I imagine that visiting this museum on your own would be just ok, but taking the tour is an awesome experience. The docent was knowledgeable and he gave a very interesting tour indeed. Can’t say enou...

Nice tour, maybe too long.
A nice tour with some very nice artifacts from his military service and life after. One negative, our tour took 90 minutes, that was about 45 minutes too long, particularly for the tour of the upstai...

Wonderful
Great items and tour guide. You learn a lot about the man, house, and town. Tour lasts an hour. Good for anyone interested in Maine’s important role in Civil War.

Great tour - Roxanne is an amazing docent! Her knowledge of Chamberlain’s life is unparalleled, and her ability to convey important context is exceptional.
