IInvitéWe chose this hotel at random while driving down the highway. We were VERY glad that we did. The following day, we kept congratulating ourselves on the great choice.
It was very easy easy to get to off the highway. But yet it was protected from the busy highway noise.
The staff were absolutely 5-Star. Every single individual that we encountered, both hotel and restaurant, seemed to be genuinely friendly and professional. Specail shout-out to: Jei, Jasmeen, and Maltin. ( hopefully i got the correct names)
We used the pool in the evening, and it was a surprisingly nice facility for the price of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed it until an excessively noisy family showed up with undisciplined kids. But that's not on the hotel.
I don't know why the restaurant was empty because it was exceptionally good food and good service. Even the breakfast buffet was far above most free breakfasts that are on offer.
The guestrooms were very quiet (even the a/c fan was quiet). Beds were comfortable. Good quality linens, pillows and towels. Beds were especially comfortable and seemed new. Carpet looked new.
The only thing I might suggest for the rooms is that they might add a floor lamp to improve the lighting. Also, they might think about bringing up the quality of bathroom amenities to current trend in higher quality in larger affixed bottles instead of small disposables
It's obvious that they're gradually upgrading an older property and haven't gotten to the hallway paint yet. But that doesn't affect the guestrooms experience.
I highly recommend this property.

UUtilisateur anonymeThe hotel is not located in the city center, but that wasn't a problem because they provide complimentary Roam bus passes for Routes 1, 2, 4, and 6. If you enjoy walking, Banff Avenue is only about a 20-minute walk from the hotel.
They also offer free luggage storage, although you need to bring your own padlock. When we checked in, the front desk staff was very polite, welcoming, and always smiling. Complimentary drinking water is available, and it's convenient that there's a restaurant on-site where you can have your meals.
Our room was clean, and the linens smelled fresh. The shared bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. Check-out was quick and hassle-free.
The only issue we experienced happened late at night. We were waiting for the shuttle bus we had booked to take us to Calgary Airport. It was already past 11:00 p.m., and the shuttle had still not arrived. We asked the receptionist if he could help us contact the shuttle operator and even provided the contact number. However, his facial expression and response made us feel as though he was unwilling to assist. While this may have been a misunderstanding, it was the only time during our stay that we felt the front desk staff was not eager to help. As a result, my husband and I felt uncomfortable asking for assistance again and ended up waiting on our own.
Despite this experience, our overall stay was pleasant. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered good value for money. I would still recommend it to travelers looking for a convenient and budget-friendly place to stay in Banff

IInvitéThis motel is not Econo Lodge in & suites university. Which we stayed also, and was much better than this one (econo lodge motel village).
The room was small and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. The smell came from the shower curtain, which touches the bath tub water. When taking a shower, the water doesn't drain as fast so your feet end up soaking in that water along with the smelly fabric shower curtain. Also, the bath was weirdly higher than the ground so be very careful when getting in. During our stay, there were several bugs that found their way into our room during the night (Mosquitos, flies). The buzzing sound prevented us to sleep so we had to kill the bugs and go back to sleep each time. We also had problems with our room key, we had them replaced several times and you have to slide the card quite a few times before it unlocks. I think it's loose and you need to get the exact right angle, which is annoying when you have your hands full. I recommend the other econolodge situated behind this one. The staffs here are very friendly. For breakfast, they offered coffee, tea but without lids. There's bread and juice served in a solocup (but u can just use the coffee cup). There were muffins. If you have allergies, I suggest you to bring your own food. The price for this motel vs the other econolodge were the same. We try to avoid staying at the same place for our whole trip in case we don't like our room but we ended regretting not booking the other econolodge for our entire trip.

Il a besoin de tapis frais, de peinture et bien que la dame qui prépare le petit déjeuner gratuit était merveilleuse, les installations et la variété de nourriture étaient très pauvres. Il était installé dans ce qui semblait être une chambre d'hôtel convertie au 3ème étage, donc pas très confortable pour le nombre d'invités. Nous n'avons pas été dérangés, surtout parce qu'il y avait une ligne de sortie dans la hall.

AAdrianHTKDIf you’re looking for a great value stay in Lethbridge, this is it! We had a fantastic experience here. The hotel has plenty of parking, including some convenient ”motel-style” rooms where you can park right at your door. The staff made check-in incredibly easy and were super helpful throughout our stay—they even brought us a kettle the moment we asked for one.
Our room was spacious and clean, featuring a huge, comfortable bed, AC, a fridge, and a coffee machine. If you need to do laundry, they have washers and dryers on-site, plus an ice dispenser in the common area. The indoor pool was a huge hit, featuring a fun kids' water slide and a hot tub with a beautiful view of the valley. To top it off, breakfast and plenty of coffee are included in the price.
The location is incredibly convenient. You can walk to McDonald's, Tim Hortons, Wendy's, and a gas station (great for grabbing quick essentials like water and bug spray). For a local bite and a drink, the Telegraph Taphouse is just down the road. Plus, the famous Lethbridge Viaduct (the big bridge) and Fort Whoop-Up are just around the corner. It's a highly recommended, budget-friendly spot for solo travelers, couples, and families alike!

MMSiztoJ'ai choisi cet hôtel car il dispose d'un motel traditionnel. Il dispose d'un espace extérieur pour fumer lorsque vous ouvrez la porte. Il y a des restaurants locaux ouverts 24h/24 et un McDonald's à quelques minutes à pied, mais je n'avais pas réalisé que cela devrait être le cas. sélectionné lors de la réservation, ou choisissez à votre arrivée à l'hôtel à l'avance. Je l'ai testé sur votre site internet du 1er juin au 2 juin, je n'ai vu que trois types de chambres, mais sur le site de l'enseigne hôtelière, il y en a 10. types de chambres parmi lesquels choisir au cours de la même période. Bien que j'aie informé l'hôtel que j'allais m'enregistrer très tard dans la nuit, j'ai réservé deux chambres doubles pour huit nuits au total, mais lorsque je suis arrivé le premier jour, j'étais. Étant donné une chambre double dans le bâtiment et une autre à l'extérieur, en montant un escalier jusqu'à la suite, il se peut que la zone locale ait fortement chuté ce jour-là. La réception a déclaré que de nombreux sans-abri étaient soudainement restés pour éviter le froid. que la réception soit dans le chaos, ou qu'il y ait un problème de communication entre Trip.com et l'hôtel en lui-même, le rapport qualité/prix est bon, les fenêtres peuvent être ouvertes pour aérer, la chambre est propre. , il est recommandé d'apporter son propre shampoing et son gel douche, et l'introduction de l'hôtel indique qu'il y a une petite piscine avec de la chaleur et de l'eau constantes 12 heures par jour, et que la température est de moins 20 à 30 degrés en dessous de zéro. et mérite des éloges.

JJun-jun0424You get what you paid for. If you are looking for a very affordable place to stay and your only concern is your budget then this is your go to place in Edmonton area. Location wise, it is in an odd place and there aren't shops close to this location so you'll have to go out and drive if you need to buy something. With regards to service, they went above and beyond my requests and are super friendly and welcoming. I requested for a portable heater because they have no way to adjust the heat temp in each room (it's centralized) and they offered me this option for free. Their TVs are smart TV and I'm super amazed because you don't get this in bigger 3 star hotels where you pay almost double the price of what you pay here! You will just have to request in the front desk for the TV's remote control if you want to use the smart tv features like logging in on your streaming apps or casting/mirroring videos from your phone or tablets to the TV's screen..

VVedanandIt was near the airport, and the hotel provide 24 -hour free shuttle to Airport and back. I enjoyed my stay there and whenever I will be visiting Edmonton again, I will stay there.
