Hôtels 2 étoiles à Cuzco, Pérou

Hotel Santa Maria was the best hotel during my stay in Peru, which included not only Cusco, but also Lima and Aguas Calientes. The bed was comfortable, the Wifi worked well and reliably, and the serice was excellent in several ways. For example, when I requested an airport pickup at 10 pm after flying 28 straight hours, a friendly driver picked me up. Ruby was particularly helpful and very friendly and wanted the best for me as a tourist in her country. She asked follow-up questions about my experience at Machu Picchu after getting back from Machu Picchu Pueblo. It waa great Spanish practice! The men front staff were also gentlemenly willing to help. In addition to the very hospitable demeanor, the tour service also saved my trip. I booked a separate city tour with a different company on Trip.com, but that tour never happened. However, the tour services of Santa Maria gave me exactly what I wanted from their own tour booking service managed by Edith. So, rest assured that service, too, is reliable. Be wary of online city tours done online in Cusco. No need to worry at this hotel, though. I used it also for the Rainbow Mountain excursion. With Hotel Santa Maria, I wouldn't have truly experienced Cusco, Peru! Mil gracias for helping me realize my dream trip to its fullest extent!

Séjourner à l'Hôtel Andian Dream a été une expérience inoubliable. Niché dans un cadre pittoresque, l'hôtel allie parfaitement confort et charme. Les chambres sont bien aménagées et offrent une vue imprenable, pour une escapade sereine. Un grand merci à Rocio, la réceptionniste et conseillère en voyages, qui a rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Son accueil chaleureux et son service attentionné ont marqué notre séjour. Rocio a tout mis en œuvre pour que je puisse profiter pleinement de tout, de l'enregistrement à la recommandation d'excursions locales parfaitement adaptées à nos centres d'intérêt. Sa connaissance et sa passion pour la région ont fait de cette découverte un véritable plaisir. Merci Rocio pour votre hospitalité exceptionnelle et pour avoir rendu notre séjour à l'Hôtel Andian Dream si spécial ! Votre dévouement envers vos clients est très apprécié.

К сожалению я не довольна отелем. Первое - здесь нет отопления, ни одной батареи. На третий день пребывания я заболела из-за холода. Почитав отзывы, я поняла что можно попросить обогреватель, что я и сделала. Второе - слышимость действительно сильная. Огромные щели в дверях номера. Слышно абсолютно всё - как люди приходят и уходят, смотрят телевизор , разговаривают и тд. Я часто просыпалась среди ночи, когда люди уезжали на экскурсии и хлопали дверью . Третье - очень скудный завтрак! Буквально две булки на человека, немного масла, сыр и колбаса, джем и на маленьком блюдце подают скрембл , по напиткам чай, кофе и это весь завтрак . Также у меня возникла проблема с завтраками для экскурсий. Я просила приготовить их для меня , но никто этого не сделал. У меня было две экскурсии и получается за два завтрака я просто выбросила деньги на ветер. Четвертое - за 5 дней моего пребывания НИ РАЗУ не было уборки в номере, хотя я читала , что уборка ежедневная. На 4 день я спросила почему в моем номере не убирают и мне сказали, что я должна была отдать ключ от номера и тогда они бы убрались. Но мне конечно же о таких условиях никто не сказал :) Ну и последнее , женщина , которая готовит завтраки , как мне показалось, не взлюбила меня из-за того что я не говорю по испански. При этом я видела что она была милой с другими гостями. Я бы не советовала этот отель!

La dame de nettoyage amicale et utile. Les propriétaires qui courent normalement le lieu de la ville. L'hôtel est à environ 10 minutes à pied de la ville. La plupart de la route vers la place est pavée. Je mange à un très bon restaurant à la place. La plupart des restaurants offrent des vues excellentes et des options végétariennes. L'hôtel dispose de vues glorielles du toit où ils servent le petit déjeuner quotidien. Il y a du café ou de l'eau chaude 24x7. La zone est très bien sauf pour les vaches bejng. Internet excellent. Douche chaude excellent. Élevages faits pour commander le petit déjeuner. Google traduire nécessaire à l'hôtel + dans la ville. Désirer tous les hôtels offrant de l'eau filtrée. Cela réduirait l'achat quotidien d'eau bouteilleuse en plastique. J'ai aimé mon séjour.

Las personas que trabajan en el hotel son muy serviciales y dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que uno oueda necesitar. La ubicacion esta cerca a tiendas y restaurantes y muy cerca caminando a la plaza principal de Cusco.

Amazing hosts, they kind, friendly and helpful! Hotel located in the beautiful place close to our geological sites, not far from a city centre. Rooms are very nice and clean. Coca leaves and coca leaves are offered to help with altitude. Hotel provides very delicious breakfast and snacks if you are leaving hotel early in the morning for excursions. If we’re back to Cusco we definitely want to book this place again! We highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

The location is pretty far from the main square and you have to walk up the hill to the hotel. All the bars, shops and restaurants are nearby the main square where it takes about 15 minutes to walk down. No car can stop in front of the hotel. So be prepared to walk up the hill and stairs. But the view from the room is awesome and the surrounding area is lovely. Price is very reasonable for this cute hotel if you don't mind the walking up and down.

Le salon de la chambre 8-person n'a pas été prolongé deux jours plus tard, donc j'ai fait un désir de réserver une chambre privée. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Właściciel dbał o serwowanie śniadań i dopilnowanie bagażu, kiedy podróżowaliśmy w inne miejsca. Śniadania w porządku, mogłyby być większe i bardziej różnorodne (codziennie pieczywo, odrobina masła, odrobina dżemu, 3 plasterki szynki i sera na dwie osoby i mini porcja jajecznicy). Herbata dostępna całą dobę. Papierowe kubki zazwyczaj były, ale nie było dostępnych szklanek, sztućców do używania w pokoju. Przy zameldowaniu nikogo nie było w środku, ale na szczęście był z nami przewodnik który skontaktował się z właścicielem. Pokój dość chłodny ale jest elektryczny grzejnik, dzięki temu mieliśmy bardzo ciepło. Łazienka malutka, kotara w prysznicu trochę przepuszcza wodę więc w łazience jest mokro. Zestawy kosmetyków dostępne. Przepiękny widok na panoramę Cusco 🙌🏻 Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.
