My recent stay at Tanoak Hotel left a lot to be desired. From the noise disturbance to the lack of a private beach and the unfortunate case of food poisoning, the overall experience was far from pleasant. Let's start with the rooms, or should I say, lack of peacefulness. The walls must have been made of tissue paper because I could hear every single sound from the neighboring rooms. The constant slamming of doors throughout the night made it impossible for me to get a decent night's sleep. It was as if there was no soundproofing at all, resulting in a restless and frustrating stay , The bed was reminiscent of rocks masquerading as mattresses, left me with a severe back pain. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the promise of a private beach. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that there was no such luxury. The hotel failed to deliver on its advertised amenities, leaving us feeling deceived and disappointed. It would have been a nice bonus to have a tranquil beach area exclusively for hotel guests, but instead, we had to share overcrowded Beach. To make matters worse, my husband suffered from food poisoning on our last day at the hotel. This was an incredibly distressing experience, exacerbated by the fact that there was no hospital nearby for immediate medical attention. We were left in a helpless situation, with no option but to check out the next day and travel back home with my husband in such a sick state. Our journey was frequently interrupted as he had to stop every couple of kilometers to vomit. This not only added physical discomfort but also cast a dark shadow over our entire stay at Tanoak Hotel. In conclusion, my stay at Tanoak Hotel was nothing short of a letdown. The constant noise from neighboring rooms, lack of a promised private beach, and the distressing case of food poisoning made this trip a complete nightmare. I am deeply dissatisfied with the experience and would caution others who are considering staying here. Tanoak Hotel needs to address these issues promptly to ensure that future guests do not have to endure similar disappointments.

Every thing was perfect, the olace is very cozy and comfy for relaxing and escape the world, the food was wooow varied and tasty and the rooms was super comfy and clean also the house keeping was perfect ,the sandy clean beach was spectacular and it's not very far from the rooms also the golf cars always available ,the pools eas heated and super clean and safe for kids , the play area for kids was very good , all rooms have a pool view which is amazing, i had a great time and i would come back again isa 😍

L'environnement de l'hôtel est très bon. Après être arrivé à l'hôtel, j'ai décidé de rester une nuit de plus et j'ai été surclassé dans une chambre avec vue sur la mer. La salle est grande mais l'équipement est relativement ancien et simple. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont bons. L'hôtel est entièrement composé de locaux, très sympathiques et L'organisation des activités est bonne. Le deuxième jour, la gorge de notre enfant s'est irritée et a fait de la fièvre. L'hôtel avait aussi un médecin qui prescrivait des médicaments gratuitement, et nous a également présenté l'hôpital du Caire. Merci beaucoup. Quand nous sommes arrivés au Caire, nous étions inquiets et sommes allés à l'hôpital. Le médecin de l'hôpital était d'accord avec le diagnostic et la médication du médecin de l'hôtel. L'enfant a récupéré le lendemain. Merci beaucoup! Soit dit en passant, les médecins de l'hôtel et de l'hôpital du Caire n'ont pas fait de discrimination à notre égard parce que nous étions chinois et que nous avions de la fièvre. Ils ne portaient même pas délibérément de masques, ni même étaient en désaccord avec notre demande de dépistage de virus. En cette terrible période de la nouvelle épidémie de pneumonie coronaire, il est très précieux. Merci beaucoup! J'ai pris beaucoup de belles photos d'hôtels, mais je n'ai pas pu les télécharger au début. Voyons si je peux les télécharger à nouveau après mon retour en Chine. Cet hôtel est fortement recommandé, le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner ne sont pas chers.

I enjoyed my stay in Stella Di Mare sea club hotel, one of my best vacations in El Sokhna, I almost enjoyed everything, the clean room, variety of tasty food, one of the best beaches in Sokhna without rocks, the aqua park was wonderful my daughter liked it a lot, the daily kids club on beach and the shows at the theater were fantastic. The staff is helpful and very friendly trying to do their best to keep you happy and enjoying. For sure I will be back again to Stella Di Mare Sea Club next vacation.

L'hôtel est très éloigné, dans un quartier non terminé, aucun chauffeur local ne peut trouver la route, mais le prix est bon, la salle de scène de la mer est inférieur à 300 yuan par nuit, elle est également emballée, le personnel de service est très enthousiaste, les installations de l'hôtel sont vieux, mais ce prix est déjà très bon.
