Villas à Sariharjo

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights this August 2022. My main purpose for staying in this hotel was staycation. And I chose a room with bath tub, because in case the pool water is cold, I wanted to use the bath tub instead. But unfortunately, the bath tub in my room (637) was malfunction (the plug didn't hold the water well so the water in the tub kept decreasing). I reported this issue to Guest Service via room phone, and the lady said she would inform the housekeeping/technician. But then, until the next day, and then until time for check out, no follow up whatsoever from the hotel. So, that was sort of ruining my staycation, because I couldn't use the pool because of the cold water, and I couldn't use the bath tub either. Eventually some hotel official approached me in the lobby to apologize, but that was after me checking out. So.. I guess there is an issue in internal control and quality assurance in this hotel. Quite the shame, considering this is a legendary 5 star hotel in Yogyakarta. But the service from breakfast staff was remarkable. And there were adorable doves looking for crumbs in the restaurant outdoor.

Nous avons séjourné pendant 2 nuits avec 2 chambres. Hôtel situé dans la zone de résidence de Palagan, très tranquille depuis non pas sur la route principale mais à pied à la cafetière et mini-marché. Il n'y a que 20 chambres avec style européen de luxe. Chambre de luxe avec balcon. La taille de la chambre est très grande autour de 40M2. La salle de bain est également très grande, pas standard. 2 décharge avec douche. Minibar gratuit pour une boisson douce et un bar de chocolat. Pas d'informations de téléphone extérieure pour appeler le bureau de front, le restaurant et la garde de la maison. Canal de télévision limité. Toutes les chambres sont très confortables, confortables et confortables. L'entrée du lobby avec les escaliers nécessite un effort important pour ramener les bagages à l'étage.

Excellence breakfast, services with affordable budget in Yogyakarta. The staffs are truly friendly, nice and always smile. The pace is outskirt of the city, so it's not too crowdy and busy. It is a good place to relax and have an holiday & workfree with a family

Bon hôtel, facile à réserver. Nous avons réservé directement à l'hôtel car nous avons besoin d'une chambre pour 3 personnes et n'était pas disponible dans aucune application de réservation. Situé dans un nouveau centre de cafés et un grand lieu de hangout. La chambre est grande et rômoise. Le petit déjeuner était bon, ils nous donnaient seulement 1 clé, même si notre chambre était une chambre pour 3.. et quand nous avons demandé une clé supplémentaire, ils ont demandé un dépôt 🤦🏻‍♀️.
