Nous avons eu un séjour inoubliable et fantastique à Alila Diwa, il a toujours été agréable et mémorable expérience de séjour dans cette propriété, grâce au personnel qui fait la différence dans le monde de fournir un haut niveau d'hospitalité et toujours avoir un contact personnel Le petit déjeuner buffet est très bon avec beaucoup d'options à choisir. Les membres du personnel sont attentifs, courtoissés et compréhensibles pour les besoins des clients et feront leur niveau pour fournir le meilleur service de classe, en particulier la famille avec les toddlers. Tous les membres de l'équipe Alila Diwa étaient étonnants et certains d'entre eux, dont nous avons interagi et les avons rappelés pour être à leur meilleur, étaient Hanlula,Hi***shu de l'équipe de bureau frontal, ***ish, Arfaan, Roella de Vivo Restaurant, Alice de l'équipe Alila Spa ainsi que Reeni, qui est chargée de la zone de jeu des enfants.

It was a last minute decision to take a trip to Goa with my family (3 adults + 1 Child) and decided to book this hotel having looked at their website. I booked in for 4 nights all paid upfront based on this. To all travellers to this hotel please do not be fooled by the pictures on the website as they are no way a true reflection to reality. Also, this is also not a reflection of any of the staff members we came across as they were all good but this directly aimed for the owners of the hotel. On arrival(17.08.23), checkin was smooth and we were shown to the 2 rooms we had booked. On entering the room my heart sank as we walked in to be greeted to a sight as you will see from the pictures attached. Everything from bedroom to bathroom was in not to fit to stay purpose. I immediately went to the front desk and aired my complain to which I was given staff member to show my complain was about. I was then offered to be shown 2 other rooms but again both of them were in no different state to the one we were already allocated. Hence, within the first half hour we decided we would sleep it in in check out the next morning as it was almost getting close to midnight. In the morning we decided to have breakfast as it was included in the package and again we were disappointed with what was available on offer and the time it took for get the food we ordered from the live counter. After breakfast I approached the ***ager in charge and explained the situation and my decision to check out. I was offered to go view one of the more premium rooms that is served for the VIP guest to which my wife and I did. It was a very very slight improvement to what we had the previous night and our decision to check out stood. I spoke to the ***ager to see if I could get a partial refund on my payment but was told it was hotel policy on no refund as it was all conducted online which was quite disappointing as it was not such substantial amount. I decided to swallow the bitter pill as I was not going to let my family spend another day in the hotel. Again to re-iterate this is not a reflection on the staff but directly aimed tot he owners of the hotel. You need to update your website profile so as not to mislead travellers. The whole hotel needs an overhaul and reality check.
