J'ai choisi cet hôtel de villégiature pour ma dernière nuit à Cairns. Il était très grand et comportait de nombreuses chambres. C'est comme un hôtel dans la forêt tropicale, situé en banlieue, à 10 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport.
Parce que la pièce s'apparente à une succursale MOTEL, elle est un peu bruyante, mais les sons d'à côté sont relativement clairs, notamment les bruits d'enfants qui pleurent ou rient. Les personnes avec enfants l'apprécieront probablement beaucoup.
Il y a deux piscines et des aires de jeux pour enfants. Il y a aussi un restaurant dans le complexe, où vous pouvez emporter des pizzas, etc. Nous avons marché 8 minutes jusqu'à un restaurant voisin et avons pris un bon repas.

Il y a une place de parking gratuite dans le centre-ville, mais je dois conduire assez loin. J'ai d'abord garé la voiture dans la rue arrière, puis j'ai marché jusqu'à l'hôtel. Il y avait une rue à sens unique. Heureusement, il n'y a pas beaucoup de voitures la nuit. L'entrée de l'hôtel n'est pas évidente. Pub à côté Quoi

Bon hôtel mais démodé, à environ 20 minutes à pied du port. Lit super confortable et large, très bon petit déjeuner. Nous avons été entièrement satisfaits. En raison de l'humidité élevée, vous ne pouvez pas faire sécher vos maillots de bain sur le balcon, même les vêtements dans votre valise sont un peu humides - mais l'hôtel ne peut rien y faire.

Great modern place to stay that is central to all the happenings around restaurants, shops (Broadbeach & Pacific Fair), great beaches, grass areas, soccer pitches and BBQ places.
The pool is a great addition to chill out on the cushion beds.
Would love to have access to sauna & steam room without extra costs, but the gym and outdoor spa (Star Building) were adequate for some post game recovery.
We didn't need housekeeping during the 7-day stay, and would have loved to get some offset credits for it, though we got 2 × $10 vouchers at checkout.
Highly recommend the place for sure.

We loved our stay at this hotel. We enjoyed the swimming pool so much. Room is clean and spacious with a lovely view over the balcony. The vibe at both bars is excellent reminding me I am in a holiday. Our room is in front of an elevator, so it is a bit noisy on the morning when people go down to the restaurant. The breakfast didn't meet my expectations. Sometimes food didn't get refilled fast enough. There is room for improvement.

IInvitéHad to wait while one of our 2 rooms was made up but the room that was supposed to have been made up had only had the beds done. Toothpaste splattered across the bathroom mirror, toilet unscrubbed, no face washers, hand towel or bath mat though there were fresh towels on the beds.
The kitchen hadn't been done as there was no dish cloth or liquid for cleaning only 2 tea cups, no mugs and the fridge contained half eaten yoghurt, a full bag of grapes and a 1/4 of rotten watermelon its juices all crusted under it.
The well frosted freezer contained a partially eaten iceblock frosted into the freezer, obviously it had been there long enough to be frosted to it.
The kitchen had not been stocked with tea coffee sugar or most importantly for me milk (being a little fussy I bring my own tea and coffee)
I have doubts about if it was vaccumed due to the pills as several other items on the carpet. I mention the pills as we had young children with us.
The aircon remote had no batteries or back to it but we just swopped out the batteries for the T.V. remote
The cleaner sent to remedy this politely made it clear that she wasn't the one who'd made up the room. She cleaned the mirror restocked the face washers, hand towel and bath mat, removed the food from the fridge and freezer and upon request gave me a cloth for me to scrub off the crusted watermelon juice.
The beds were clean (I checked) with fresh sheets and comfortable. They were clear that they expected courtesy to others by not making alot of noise late at night or slamming doors. The pool area could have been cleaned. I don't know where the dirt came from but it was there when we arrived and still there when we left. The lobby chairs I wouldn't sit in, needed a good scrub with soap and water.
They unlocked the freezer at the Cafe late one night for us to buy ice cream. The staff were helpful and polite. The kids loved playing ping pong and swimming.

CChih minWe stayed in the hotel for three days（7/7-7/10）. On the first day, no one came to clean the room. We thought we needed to notify the service counter to arrange cleaning. On the second day, we used the ”cleaning notification” button on the phone in the morning, but no one came to clean the next day. On the third day, we reported it to the service counter in the morning, and they said they would arrange for a cleaning staff. As a result, when we returned to the room on the third night, we found that it was still not cleaned (this was the first time we were deceived). So we called the service counter again, hoping that at least they could change the bath towels for us to use. The service counter staff replied that they would ask someone to bring us clean bath towels, but they did not keep their promise in the end. We were deceived again.

MM350667****Daydream Island n'est pas grande, mais elle est très agréable. Il y a de nombreuses excursions en bateau de Hamilton Island à Daydream ~ c'est très pratique ! Le dernier bateau que nous avons pris nous a emmenés à Daydream Island, et chacun de nous a reçu un collier composé de petites conques. Le personnel est sympathique et le petit déjeuner est copieux. Des kangourous et des pluviers pierreux sont visibles partout, et il y a des petits requins et des raies pastenagues dans l'étang... l'ambiance générale est très bonne ! ! !
Points clés à éviter : Si vous souhaitez jouer ou voler depuis Hamilton Island, choisissez de rester sur d'autres petites îles. N'habitez pas à Long Island. Il n'y a pas de bateau direct de Hamilton Island à Long Island. Shute Port et la fréquence des vols Très peu. (Il m'a fallu une demi-journée pour me renseigner sur les différents itinéraires de transport que je devais appeler. C'était vraiment ennuyeux, car il n'y avait pas de postes vacants sur l'île Hamilton et j'avais vraiment peur de dormir sur l'île). Nous avons atterri à Hamilton Island en avion et réservé un hébergement à Long Island. Nous sommes retournés à Hamilton Island le lendemain pour prendre un hélicoptère pour voir Heart Reef. Le premier départ de Long Island était pour Shute Harbour à 8 heures du matin. , il faudrait y aller le lendemain. Je dois attendre 17h30 pour arriver à Hamilton Island ~ Oh mon Dieu ! À cette époque, je croyais vraiment à la critique de cet hôtel disant que le bateau-bus était très pratique🐶🐶🐶 Nous n'avions pas d'autre choix que de renoncer à aller à Long Island et avons immédiatement réservé un hébergement sur Daydream Island. Le dernier horaire a été pris par moi au terminal des ferries de Hamilton Island pour votre référence. Personnellement, j'ai l'impression que Changdao est isolé et n'est pas développé par la même agence de voyage. Les frais de chambre ne sont pas remboursables ~ nous avons donc perdu 2 nuits d'hébergement à Changdao. De plus, le tarif du bateau entre les îles n'est pas bon marché, tout le monde devrait le faire. pensez-y également lors de la réservation d’un hôtel ! Il est à noter que Daydream Island nous a à nouveau redonné de la bonne humeur pour les vacances ! ! ! J’espère qu’écrire autant aidera tout le monde ! Après tout, personne ne veut vivre une si mauvaise expérience en sortant pour s'amuser.

The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. There was an issue with the shower head , the water was barely coming out due to build up of limescale and an old shower head. Also the shower gel dispenser was empty.

IInvitéThe hotel is within 10-15 minutes walk to the CBD area, and 6 minutes walk to the Woolworths supermarket, which we found very convenient. The car parking cost $25 per night with limited in and out, for close to CBD I think that’s quite a reasonable pricing. We stayed for 5 nights and extended our stay for another 2 nights there after, the only time they did not clean the room is on Sunday cuz we woke up too late and the cleaning service already went home. Other than that they always keep our room very clean, which we really appreciate. I am a big tea drinker and they always refill my tea :) we love the complimentary buffet style breakfast (western style with fruits, yogurt, toast, croissants, muffins, eggs, sausages, and bacon, coffee, tea, cereals) although we always miss it because they open at 7 am on weekends and 6:30 am on weekdays and we have to leave around 6:40 am most of our stay except the last 3 days. However I love their service, the hotel manager, Dilansh is amazing, during my stay the washing machine and dryer were both under maintenance and she were able to point out where I can do my laundry (10 mins walk) and she were able to refund my future stay because I decided to find another place with the laundry service. Everyone very helpful including the restaurant staff who gave me a take away box for us to take the fruit for breakfast even when it wasn’t 7am yet. I am very grateful for that. The TV in the hotel support chrome cast so you can watch anything from your phone in the big screen. They have a small fitness room and laundry room.
