Hôtels avec bar à Queensland, Australie

J'ai choisi cet hôtel de villégiature pour ma dernière nuit à Cairns. Il était très grand et comportait de nombreuses chambres. C'est comme un hôtel dans la forêt tropicale, situé en banlieue, à 10 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. Parce que la pièce s'apparente à une succursale MOTEL, elle est un peu bruyante, mais les sons d'à côté sont relativement clairs, notamment les bruits d'enfants qui pleurent ou rient. Les personnes avec enfants l'apprécieront probablement beaucoup. Il y a deux piscines et des aires de jeux pour enfants. Il y a aussi un restaurant dans le complexe, où vous pouvez emporter des pizzas, etc. Nous avons marché 8 minutes jusqu'à un restaurant voisin et avons pris un bon repas.

Il y a une place de parking gratuite dans le centre-ville, mais je dois conduire assez loin. J'ai d'abord garé la voiture dans la rue arrière, puis j'ai marché jusqu'à l'hôtel. Il y avait une rue à sens unique. Heureusement, il n'y a pas beaucoup de voitures la nuit. L'entrée de l'hôtel n'est pas évidente. Pub à côté Quoi

Lovely hotel located at the other end of the Esplanade. The broad walk at the back of the hotel was nice to stroll along and an easy way to get to the city center. Kudos to the reception staff, Riccardo for leaving a really good first impression when I first arrived. He was so clear in explaining everything I needed to know before I checked in, and subsequent days when I saw him he was also really helpful with whatever requests I had. The room was big and spacious, very comfy beds!! The housekeeping staff were also friendly whenever I saw them as I head out for the day. Food from the room service was tasty. However, the breakfast buffet options were almost the same everyday though, wish there could have been more variety. But overall, I still had a rather pleasant stay here(:

Nice view, nice location, walk distance to cruise harbor and town centre. Hope one day can stay again

Great location and secure no need at ease breakfast is yum coffee is hot can sit back and relax and enjoy the weekend and they have it covered the rest of your stay . Thanks guys 10/10 Best part I loved was the balcony room 1502 pretty sure because this is right in the 0ath of fresh air . And room service quick and affordable.

Booking online with Trip was simple. The Dorsett have clean rooms and staff are lovely, plus it's attached to the Gold Coast Casino. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel is equipped for people with disabilities or use a wheelchair. This includes self opening and closing doors, shower and toilet set up with aids that can be pulled out to accommodate needs and there are wheelchair touch buttons for opening the door. I showered before going out and it flooded the bathroom, luckily there were 2 infloor drains. Within 2 mins or asking for maintenance they had a lovely young man up to fix it, then another minute later housekeeping arrived with fresh towels. The maintenance man also gave me a good rundown and recommendations on the restaurant's at the Casino. 2 negatives - 1st, it is hard to work out where to park as you use the Casino parking, the carpark directs you where to go but there is no clear signage on where the hotel lifts are. I only knew this from a past visit over 2yrs ago. This is something that needs sorting out. 2nd, the entrance address for the hotel foyer is actually on the Casino entry side, so you drive around looking for it. I now know that instead of turning off onto The Darling Ave, as gps instructed, you take the slip road before The Darling Ave exit. This takes you past the residential tower and to the front of the hotel

This hotel is centrally located on the esplanade, and this is its main plus. In everything else, in my view, it loses out to the Hilton , to which I moved after a few days. My room smelled to the extent it made me feel unwell. The two swimming pools they boast are a joke. In the first glass pool, you are fully exhibited to everyone on the esplanade, which is why no one swims. In the second one you can't swim if there's anyone else in the pool, it's that narrow. The spa is a private massage joint. I was given a parking spot with no remote the first day, and allowed to park as an exception - their parking is too small to accomidate a hotel of this size. It has no ev charging. The breakfast is nowhere as good as the Hiltons. In any case I fixed all these problems by moving.

Il est très confortable et calme, mais il y a encore un tas de cheveux sur le sol, et il n'a pas l'air super propre. Le personnel semblait un peu confondu avec l'information, mais il est bon. Ne vous attendez pas à un service de cinq étoiles, c'est tout.

Cet hôtel remporte la palme parmi tous les hôtels de notre séjour à Cairns ! Tout neuf, il dispose d'un personnel exceptionnel, toujours prêt à rendre votre séjour parfait. L'hôtel possède quatre piscines dans une jolie cour donnant sur la plage, vous permettant de nager avec vue. Pourtant, les piscines ne sont jamais bondées. La piscine familiale, bien que peu profonde et agrémentée de sable et de petites fontaines, est très appréciée de tous. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits extrêmement confortables. Les balcons, meublés et même éclairés, sont parfaits pour profiter de l'extérieur. La vue vaut vraiment le détour !

Very convenient location for us to explore Cairns and go onto boat trip. Walkable to many popular eatery and harbour. Lobby staff is helpful and friendly for basic enquiries and baggage. This is our second stay at Benson.
