Too much mosquito even in higher floor. I booked this hotel for my Parents. They stayed 3nights on 12th floor room number 16. Overall facilities is okay,clean but not really clean.1st night they could not sleep at all because of mosquitoes. They informed reception next morning was was told they will spray but same thing happened 2nd night as well, when called reception said they sprayed which was not true.after requesting 3times they sprayed and finally there was no mosquito.they need to give more attention. Visitors are not allowed, bathroom is too small and bidet is too short to reach.

В принципе всё понравилось, отель чистый, достаточно новый, завтраки не разнообразные, но вкусные, отдельный этаж фитнес зона, отдельный этаж СПА, басейн, очень хорошая сауна. Не работали массажный кабинет, что расстроило. Местоположение прекрасное, есть отопление в номерах, но в дату выезда 10:00 отопление отключили.

Pros: 1.) Below USD130 for a king deluxe room and room is big. 2.) comfort mattress 3.) key card access to floor 4.) rooftop swim pool and jacuzzi 5.) 24 hours gym is quite complete but lack of storage cabinet 6.) sauna and steam room is just 1 floor below gym and swimming pool 7.) restaurant ala-carte food is good 8.) buffet is good but need more variety towards Chinese/ SEA cuisine 9.) did not see any mosquito inside hotel but I got few bites in my room, no idea where to mosquitoes come from 10.) in room facilities is perfect Cons: 1.) shower water pressure is not strong, but the shower at rooftop swimming pool is strong! 2.) suggest to adjust the lighting control for 1 touch off/ on all 3.) curtain is heavy, suggest to install a motorised curtain 4.) complimentary buffet breakfast every day same, suggest to provide more different variety at least put up a noodle station 5.) don’t have groceries store within nor nearby hotel premise 6.) a welcome fruits basket will be perfect for long stay guests 7.) a bar at rooftop swimming pool will be good 8.) bar at level 16 don’t know how to get in, a dark glass blocked the entrance.

I think all is good except there securities at the ground floor. one of the guys behaved roughly when we checked in at 12.15am

The breakfast have a good selection of choices and it is different everyday. Stayed here for 4 nights and enjoy it. The people in Bangladesh are courtesy and welcoming. Everyone is helpful and the area of this hotel is near to many other food choices of walking distance of 10-15 mins. The next biz trip will still select this hotel as my choice of stay.

Cet hôtel est situé dans le centre-ville, ce qui est le meilleur emplacement, le grand Central Park, l'université et l'hôpital sont tous autour, le petit-déjeuner standard international était incroyable. Le restaurant propose une variété de plats au buffet du dîner, le salon est conforme à la grande salle. La baignoire était fantastique. Le personnel de la réception et du ménage transportait. Je vis pour y vivre à nouveau.

L'hôtel est très bon, mais le 2e soir de ma réservation, l'hôtel m'a relocalisé sur 3 nuits en raison de l'absence de chambre mais ma réservation a déjà été payée. Mais ils offrent de nouveau de rester à la 3e nuit, mais il sera difficile de réemballer et de reemballer les bagages.

I had a wonderful stay at Sarina Hotel.The location is ok The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making my first impression of the hotel truly positive. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean,and roomy. The room service was excellent, and I always had my dinner there. The food was really delicious and great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and hope to return in the future. I highly recommend Sarina Hotel to others.

Le séjour de la suite était confortable, mais a chuté de la part des attentes pour le prix. Apprécié l'inclusion d'un bain, mais les caractéristiques de la chambre globale se sentaient plutôt fondamentales pour une catégorie premium.Sur une note positive, il était agréable que l'équipe ait accueilli notre demande de petit déjeuner même si elle est basée sur la demande, pas standard. Quelques améliorations considérables pourraient rendre l'expérience plus alignée sur le prix.
