I recently stayed at The Zabeer Dhaka and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. That said, The Zabeer Dhaka is a great option if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of the city. I would consider staying here again.

Tout était simplement délicieux, de la nourriture au service à la vibe globale. UMPHHH! ✨ Cinq étoiles tout le long! Le personnel était chaleureux, bienvenu et vraiment attentif. Amar Dhaka sait vraiment comment fournir le confort, la classe, et la joie culinaire.

An overall good hotel that needs some attention and renovation. Breakfast was great with lots of options, staff were always friendly and attentive, airport taxi is seriously overpriced at 20 USD (we didn’t take it), bed and bedding were very comfortable, the cord of the shower head was very short and the water pressure could be better, hallways were a little dirty, bar on the second floor smells like old cigarettes, rooftop was quite nice with a pool, doors and lighting felt a little old, too many light switches and it was always unclear which controls what light, deluxe king room felt smaller and the bed definitely wasn’t king size, room service was great with flexible and diligent service, complementary welcome drinks, fruits and two large bottles of water per day. Wouldn’t recommend getting beer at their restaurant as the menu prices (300 TK for a Hunter) are different from their actual prices (700 TK) and they’re not very honest about this gap.

I think all is good except there securities at the ground floor. one of the guys behaved roughly when we checked in at 12.15am

L'hôtel est confortablement situé très proche de l'aéroport. Le personnel était aimable et utile tout au long de mon séjour, que j'apprécie vraiment. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux avec une bonne variété, mais j'ai vu un cochon dans la zone du petit déjeuner, qui était décevant. En général, je comprends que ce soit considéré comme un bon hôtel selon les normes bangladeshiennes, mais, du point de vue du voyageur international, il n'est pas assez parfait.

C'était mon premier voyage d'affaires au Bangladesh. Le Westin Dhaka a été recommandé par les locaux et je suis venu immédiatement et je n'ai pas été déçu. L'hôtel est très propre, le petit déjeuner est très délicieux et les environs sont très pratiques. Je reviendrai ici à l'avenir !

I booked two rooms for 4 nights. We arrived hotel 9am but the hotel charged USD$ 106.00 for early check in. Breakfast was good

Excellent Transit Hotel Given the city's terrible traffic, I decided not to venture out and instead stayed at this hotel during my 12-hour transit. It was a great experience using this hotel as a stopover before my domestic flight. The gym was unavailable due to renovation work and appeared quite small, but the rooftop bar was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.
