位置好，如果不想住法語區，這裡是不錯的選擇。傢俱是新的，鏡子很多，廁所明亮，乾淨衞生。我選的樓下門口停車，很方便，因為是4層矮樓，沒有電梯，腿腳不方便的長者，選一樓很舒服。早餐豐富，服務也很好，還幫着收拾盤碗，我都不好意思，記得給小費，還有人先吃飽，再外帶一餐。強烈推薦，下次來一定住。

I was very impressed with the front desk service at Hilton Garden Inn Moncton. Our son have a French test in Moncton, as the hotel is close to the test centre, we chose to stay here. We arrived around 5:30pm last evening after driving on icy roads all afternoon. Gordon at the front desk welcomed us warmly and explained everything clearly and professionally. Our room was very clean and more spacious than expected. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast at Mook10 Taproom. It is not a buffet, we ordered from the breakfast menu, and it comes with coffee or juice of your choice. The portions were generous and the food is super tasty. Parking is underground, which was a huge plus in winter. It costs $15. When we checked out this morning, the girl at the front desk was extremely friendly. After learning that we had a long drive ahead, she even offered us free coffee to go, which was a very thoughtful touch. The only downside I would say is that the hotel does not seem very soundproof. We were on the second floor facing the street and could hear cars passing by.

We were given a handicapped room. The only problem was the washroom. There was mould (black) along the wall and on the chair legs. We did not use the chair. Breakfast was ok. Staff very friendly and polite. A quiet room.

We had a great time. Though it’s a bit busy when we stayed but stil was able to rest and had tasty breakfast.

Nous avons eu un bon séjour. La chambre était jolie. La piscine était dommageable mais tout en tout un bon séjour.

Location confortable. Personnel amical. Chambre spacieuse est propre et lumineuse. Nous souhaitons seulement que le petit déjeuner puisse durer jusqu'à 10 heures au lieu de 9 heures. Merci.

The location and hotel were great. What was very disappointing was I booked a room with 2 Queen beds. When we checked in yesterday afternoon they said they upgraded my room to king size bed because of how busy they were. I said that was nice, but I was with my 81 year old father and needed 2 beds like I booked. They said oh sorry, but there's a couch in your room. I had 30 minutes to get ready for a family funeral, so I didn't have time to insist something be done. Needless to say I wasn't going to make my father sleep on the couch, so I did. Advised the front desk about this this morning and they said oh sorry.

Il s'agit sans aucun doute de l'hôtel le plus posh de NB. Il est très élégant et offre le service d'un hôtel 5* et possède les activités d'un resort. Cependant, notre chambre n'a pas été bien entretenue. La chambre est très confortable et vous pouvez vous amuser à l'hôtel. Si vous avez besoin de charger plus, montrez-le dans le prix de réservation.

Everything was great. The included breakfast the next morning was excellent. Staff behind the counter serving the breakfast and replenishing worked very hard and were very personable with the guests.

I can't say enough about our stay , what a beautiful place to take your family. The lady that welcomed us was so kind and friendly. The hotel was super clean and beautiful, I felt like I staying in luxury. My daughter is all about the hotel pool and wow what a pool you have, not many hotel pools have a actually deep end in the pool, it was warm and clean. And such a beautiful view of the river from it. The restaurant was fantastic, the food was delicious. I will definitely stay there again.
