Le personnel était très aimable et très utile, toujours prêt à assister à toute demande. L'hôtel est situé au centre de la ville, et il est facile d'explorer les attractions de Grimsby et la cuisine locale.

Il est arrivé dans la première chambre pour trouver ce que le sang semblait sur le sol de la chambre. Air conditionné sur notre étage a été cassé et fixé le deuxième jour mais une mauvaise nuit due à toucher 26 degrés dans la chambre et un lit extrêmement dur et inconfortable Le nouveau haut-parleur a été équipé et une feuille et un ventilateur de la maison ont été faits pour un meilleur sommeil de la seconde nuit. La nouvelle chambre a un étage de bouquet dans la salle de bains, en raison de la fracture de la salle de bains et de l'absence d'eau. Les deux chambres ont des baisses qui ont craquée de folie et avec noir dans les cracs Ducher échappé sur le tuyau Certains canaux ne sont pas disponibles sur la télévision à accès libre Cabls d'électricité exposés aux lumières du mur Les tapis de couloir sont fatigués et sales avec beaucoup de marques noires et de points blancs de la garde-fous La fenêtre dans les chambres où petite et la lumière de la chambre est assez faible Le petit déjeuner était très bien continental et frit disponible Avec jogurt fruit beau vue sur le lincon Profite du séjour une fois que la chambre a été sortie et changée Mais j'ai attendu mieux et j'aurais préféré ne pas me plaindre.

Clean hotel with cheerful staff and a comfortable large bed. Lovely Dove soap, shampoo and shower gel provided. Hairdryer, tea and coffee supplies, decent size TV with good signal and plenty of electrical sockets each with 2 usb ports. Roomy powerful shower and 2 bath and 2 hand towels (some hotels only provide one hand towel for 2 occupants). Aircon which was nice in the warm weather. Lifts to all floors. Bar in reception area. Lots of choice at breakfast: 4 fruit juices, multiple tea and coffee varieties, croissants, rolls, white and brown breads (toaster too), croissants, pastries, yoghurt, compote, cereals, sausages, bacon, hash browns, tomatoes, beans and scrambled eggs. They are also happy to store luggage before check-in time and after checkout. A couple of minutes walk from the train station. Car park (payable - although you get first 20 mins without charge if for example you're being dropped off). What's not to love!

Me and my partner book the Huckleberry bar and grill last minute. I rung them the day before to see if they had an iron which they did and the lady I spoke to was very kind and put it in our room ready for when we arrived . we arrived a little earlier than check in time , there were clear instructions on how to get into the room . We had room 1 , it was a lovely room , very spacious and very clean , good size bathroom . The bed was very comfy , there was a little noise when we went to bed but we was out till late our selves so didnt both us . We had a drink in the bar that evening, staff were very friendly , food looked lovely , and was very busy . We said next time we go over to Lincoln we will definitely stay here again as the place is in a good location to shops and bars . Thank you for having us .

We had a wonderful stay here previously and so returned for a night. This time it wasn't quite as pleasant. The toilet seat in the bathroom had a big crack in the lid and was more than just loose in the sense that it almost came off when sat on. The shower curtain was mouldy and uncleaned mirrors and cobwebs. The staff were all very pleasant and the bar and restaurant area were lovely. I did use the toilets at the bar. One was taken and the other 2 cubicles were soiled so maybe not checked as often as required. Overall the room was warm and there was lots of storage space and a nice big bed. It wasn't unpleasant although I'd not be as keen to return again as I was last time.

All the staff were friendly efficient and very helpful. The room was very clean spacious and beautifully decorated in keeping with the age of building yet and uncluttered contemporary feel. Room temperature was controllable and the provisions, TV etc. of excellent quality. Next time we would look to have dinner there as the breakfast restaurant was of the same excellent standard with everything beautifully cooked fresh, hot and well presented. We were able to park and this plus the location in Stamford made the stay very relaxing and enjoyable. A big thank you to Toni on reception who was very helpful and friendly.

Le parking gratuit est disponible dans un grand salon, à partir d'une chambre double à une chambre familiale (constituée d'une chambre double séparée, d'une chambre individuelle et d'une toilette / douche). Le restaurant est très bien, 2 mains pour 15 livres et de grandes portions ! L'eau de douche est chaude, mais la pression de l'eau est faible (peut-être est-elle un style ”économiseur d'eau” ? ) Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Juste 5 minutes de route au centre-ville / gare.
