hôtel incroyable. Le spa est brillant et a eu un excellent massage. Restaurant, bar et chambre étaient magnifiques et le personnel super amical. Avez recommandé à plusieurs personnes et ils vont certainement revenir !

The hotel itself was a great experience and we did enjoy the novelty of staying in the prison which I would recommend to anyone. Upon arrival we were welcome by the team but very basic information was given, leading to us missing a tour of the hotel which we were told was included in the price. The manager then offered for one of the team to do a later tour for just the two of us which was cut short, very awkward and definitely not worth the money paid for. If we had been advised of the tour with the bigger group when checking in we may have had a better experience. We decided to book dinner at the chapel to experience it as much as we could but dinner was poor. We had to wait for our table, 3 different people asked for our name before we sat down and then again a fourth person checked once we were sat down. With minimal staff on the service was poor to say the least and The burger ordered was pretty much raw, I did not finish it. Once we had finished no one came to ask if we wanted anything else or to look at a dessert menu. We left the restaurant with no one even there working! Not sure where the team had disappeared to. Breakfast was good and would recommend it.

A really great stay on top of Tregenna hill overlooking St Ives. The hotel has multiple buildings and lots of facilities. Great for lovely walks with views and sitting and watching the ocean. We stayed in Lowarth which is a self-contained building with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an upstairs kitchen and living area. It was really quiet and comfortable!

Notre chambre a un lit très inconfortable, une étrange lumière électrique à partir de certains appareils dans le plafond une fois que nous avons éteint les lumières et un son électrique répétée de boutons toute la nuit qui nous a perturbé notre sommeil. Les chambres sont confortables et confortables. Le restaurant n'avait pas de caractère - un sentiment presque stérile. Un peu bizarre. Bien que la piscine, la nourriture et le service étaient vraiment excellents, et les nombreux golfeurs qui ont visité étaient clairement heureux, certains des espaces ont besoin d'une refonte et d'une réflexion.

La location est belle, la bonne valeur, le spa est un peu petit et sans climatisation dans notre chambre, mais en général un séjour très agréable.

Notre première chambre. Le personnel était très aimable et utile et la chambre très propre. La nourriture était étonnante. C'était notre anniversaire de mariage et nous avons trouvé 2 boulangeries de tête de truffe de chocolat dans notre chambre. L'eau et le lait frais sont laissés dans le mini-frigo. A la table, une surprise a été apportée après le dîner ... 8 truffles de caramel salés. Les personnes qui reviennent à l'hôtel, chattent et baignent jusqu'à 1 h. Il n'y a pas de ventilateur agréable qui n'était pas si bon avec 29 degrés de température dans la chambre malgré avoir la fenêtre ouverte toute la nuit.

Déçu de notre séjour global, l'hôtel est un peu fatigué et daté. Pas d'A/C, donc la chambre, bien que spacieuse, était comme un four. L'approvisionnement de 2 des fans les plus bruyants n'a guère aidé. L'endroit confortable mais les pièges comme des briques. Bons toilettes. Il est grand de disposer d'une piscine mais il faut à nouveau mettre à jour - plafond de peeling dans les lieux. Le personnel n'a pas pu gérer le service de petit déjeuner, oublié notre thé/café et alors oublié notre commande de nourriture chaude. Peut-être que nous étions juste malheureux. À la fin de l'arrivée, la nourriture est grande - environ une heure après l'ordre. Un jeune gardien très pardonné et honnête, une honte le gestionnaire n'était pas le même. hôtel à une bonne position mais pas assez de positifs pour nous retourner

The hotel itself catered for our specific needs, nice big room, warm, lovely bed, hot shower, tea, coffee, biscuits in room. Swimming pool and gym on-site which were fab. The hotel is a typical seaside hotel, dated and could use a paint job and windows need a clean but this didn't bother us. Breakfast was lovely, your usual help yourself to cereal, toast, croissant, jam, butter, yogurt, fruits etc plus you can request a hot breakfast e.g. fry up, eggs benedict etc. The hotel is right on the seafront, about a 10min walk from Falmouth Town station and 20min walk into town. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Stayed here with my young son for my birthday Room was very clean I'm a cleaner of 5* properties and i was very satisfied We visited the indoor swimming pool and were pleasantly surprised how lovely it was The receptionist was lovely and helpful i can't remember her name but thankyou Room had a lovely view of the sea and wasn't too far to walk from the town Evening entertainment sounded great but my son was too tired for us to stay and listen but bar area was very cosy and clean Beds were comfy and Room temperature was good Breakfast was amazing definitely recommend having that
