We loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. Fantastic location and the room was large, clean and had everything we needed. The bedroom had ambient lighting which was nice until you need to put make up on. It lacked lighting and a mirror for getting ready.
When we arrived at 3 we were told the room wasn’t ready. We, along with several other families had to wait half an hour. It would have been a good idea to offer drinks while we waited.
Breakfast was good and plenty of choice.

La Liner est dans une grande localisation, le personnel était agréable mais a dû faire la queue pour se rendre, la chambre était adéquate et propre, bien que rien de spécial, le piston était loin du mur à l'arrivée, mais cela a été réparé rapidement.
Le petit déjeuner était adéquat mais il serait dévoré si le retour était possible, car il y avait de meilleures options au niveau local.

Lieu merveilleux. Très belle zone de réception et bar. Livraison confortable et cuisinières. Short of a few niceties e.g. Shower cap / free bottled water / no refrigerator in the room. Didn't have a breakfast so can't comment on that. Nous avons été en mesure de faire un voyage de shopping de deux nuits et le centre-ville a été réuni pour toutes les petites déceptions.

J'ai eu un séjour absolument fantastique à Ibis Styles Liverpool, et une grande partie de ce séjour a été grâce à Fayne, qui est allé au-dessus et au-delà pour rendre notre expérience exceptionnelle.
Nous sommes arrivés quatre heures avant l'arrivée pour nous décharger de notre bagage, mais Fayne nous a bien vérifiés à l'avance, tout à fait gratuitement. Le jour où nous avons vérifié, nous avons laissé stocker nos bagages pendant plus longtemps, afin que nous puissions explorer la ville jusqu'à notre temps de train.
L'hôtel était propre, élégant et confortable, mais le personnel, en particulier Fayne, nous a réellement fait le séjour mémorable. Nous reviendrons, et je recommanderais cet hôtel à tout le monde qui visitera Liverpool !

It was a great experience.
I was staying at the hotel for 3 nights.I was at Merseyside Latin Festival, wich was absolutely brilliant.
I would definitely come and visit Liverpool and stay at this beautiful hotel.

Nice decor, clean and good sized rooms. I stayed on the top floor. Great view from room and sky bar :-)
I will definitely return if in Liverpool for business or leisure with family (interconnecting rooms available).

Hi, as we were leaving the hotel today I mentioned the cost of our stay was £193.50 for a one night stay with a continental breakfast! There was no kitchen facilities to offer a cooked breakfast or food. I feel this is soo expensive, your sight had no mention of the kitchen being closed or the replacement of a cooked breakfast with a basic continental option. I also mentioned the room 208 was tatty with stains on the carpet, the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. It was mentioned that because Everton were playing at home that’s why the cost went up!! I understand economics but to increase the cost by nearly £120 is ridiculous. We have stayed at the Aloft on a number of occasions but feel we won’t be returning in a hurry. Can you please look into my comments. I would appreciate some form of refund or compensation. AAbishaÀ l'arrivée, le récepteur était agréable. Pas de problème m'a conduit à ma chambre. Cependant, une fois dans la chambre, quand il essayait d'ouvrir la fenêtre, le manche supérieur s'est éteint dans ma main. L'eau froide pour le baignoire n'était pas en service, donc j'ai dû utiliser une douche pour l'eau froide. Il y avait aussi des tincelles dans la couille. La télévision n'avait pas de service, et bien que j'ai informé le récepteur, rien n'a été fait. Il m'a été conseillé de le informer.
En général, pour un séjour de nuit, ça va, mais je ne resterai plus ici.

IInvitémy wife and I had a very enjoyable weekend break at Ropewalks. the hotel was centrally located, which suited us as we were away without kids and wanted to make the most of that. breakfast was your standard fare, but there was a chef cooking to order. the service staff at breakfast were excellent. would recommend for a boozy city break. thr hotel is neat to a lot of late bars and night clubs which was noisy and may be an issue for some travelers.

IInvitéI recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Liverpool in Room 323. While my overall experience was great—the room was excellent and the price was fair—I have some feedback regarding the front desk service.
As a professional with 15 years in the hotel industry, I felt the welcome at reception was lacking. After my wife checked in, I arrived and went to the front desk to inform them. They were not very welcoming and didn't offer any directions to my room or to the lifts, even though this was my first visit. I believe your staff would benefit from additional training on guest interaction and hospitality standards.
This is not a complaint but rather constructive feedback to help you improve.

IInvitéWe stayed here the night before creamfeilds I will start with the good points .. Staff 10/10 so helpful and very good customer services skills.. cleanliness was top notch, the breakfast was plentiful, the mattress in the bed room was actually one of the most comfortable hotel mattresses I have stayed on and I was thinking we would get a lovely nights rest before our festival but on to the bad points. we had the worst nights sleep of our lives our room was facing the road. Now this road is busy throughout the whole of the night. It is non stop, you can hear every car, every lorry, every motor bike, every horn every engine zooming past all throughout the whole night ! We barely slept a wink !! We was shattered the next day. We told the staff the manager said to go through the app we booked on and we can get 20% back as they would of gave us a free breakfast for our trouble but we had already bought one . The manager and receptionist were so lovely. They do know this is an issue and have been trying to get something implemented from the company to resolve this issue as it’s not just us who have complained about this .. and unfortunately I would not stay here again until the issue is resolved and they got the triple glazing windows to reduce noise otherwise I would much rather book another hotel without the noise issues so I could get a good nights rest ..

I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible.
I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price.

All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us.
We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey.
The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out.
Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.

IInvitéWhen we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC.
I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did.
Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there.
I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this

IInvitéI really enjoyed my 3-night stay here - the breakfast was excellent with a good mix of English Breakfast, pastries, fruit and beverages. The room was big and quiet, I could even see Anfield Stadium from my window. The staff were very friendly too (shout-out to Bridget!) and loaned me an umbrella on a rainy day.
There is also a nice work area on the first floor and even a pod if you need to take Zoom calls. A small drawback is that the hotel is about a 15 - 20 minute walk from Euston Station and the Liverpool City Centre but it honestly wasn't too far once I got used to it.
