Hôtels avec bars à Merseyside, Royaume-Uni

Pour moi, c'était un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour séjourner un jour de match. La chambre était immense et j'aime le vieux look traditionnel des chambres avec une immense salle de bain et un plateau thé/café substantiel. Il se trouve en plein centre-ville et même si je n'ai pas pu m'enregistrer plus tôt, ils ont pu entreposer mes bagages en toute sécurité pendant que je me promenais dans la grande ville.

When we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC. I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did. Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there. I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this

Stayed one night with my daughter for my birthday. The hotel is very central and the reception staff were welcoming. Our room was large and modern, but extremely dark, if you plan on doing makeup, it might be worth bringing a lighted mirror. I had requested a quiet room and was placed at the back, but unfortunately there was a constant noise that sounded like a generator, as well as the sound of glass bottles being emptied somewhere. Some guests also returned around 4 a.m., so I was lucky if I got an hour of sleep. That said, I would still stay again.

J'ai eu un séjour absolument fantastique à Ibis Styles Liverpool, et une grande partie de ce séjour a été grâce à Fayne, qui est allé au-dessus et au-delà pour rendre notre expérience exceptionnelle. Nous sommes arrivés quatre heures avant l'arrivée pour nous décharger de notre bagage, mais Fayne nous a bien vérifiés à l'avance, tout à fait gratuitement. Le jour où nous avons vérifié, nous avons laissé stocker nos bagages pendant plus longtemps, afin que nous puissions explorer la ville jusqu'à notre temps de train. L'hôtel était propre, élégant et confortable, mais le personnel, en particulier Fayne, nous a réellement fait le séjour mémorable. Nous reviendrons, et je recommanderais cet hôtel à tout le monde qui visitera Liverpool !

Had a fantastic stay, your staff are a absolutely FANTASTIC they are all so efficient, had a issue with my room but as it wasn't found till late in the evening but I was in a clean fresh room by 11 the next morning. As for your staff the tall blonde lady can't rambert her name super polite and on the ball, and as for Collette she made me feel so welcome and she treated me like I was a returning customer and it was my first time staying at the hotel, she is a asset to you and the hotel, also the bar team I met were amazing too and your house keeper I spoke too was so appreciated of me *****ping the beds for her when I changed over rooms, all your staff are AMAZING. Thank you to all of you guys and yes I will be returning ASAP.

Good location, lovely staff, very accommodating. Comfortable bed in a nicely decorated room. The only issue we have is that the cleaning products are highly scented and both me and my husband are sensitive to anything perfumed. So on the morning we were bunged up and with the windows not opening made it even worse. This is the first time we have noticed the highly scented chemicals and we have stayed in many hotels. I thought it would be best to be honest because there are people who have allergies that could stop them from staying at your hotels. Lieu merveilleux. Très belle zone de réception et bar. Livraison confortable et cuisinières. Short of a few niceties e.g. Shower cap / free bottled water / no refrigerator in the room. Didn't have a breakfast so can't comment on that. Nous avons été en mesure de faire un voyage de shopping de deux nuits et le centre-ville a été réuni pour toutes les petites déceptions.

I have to be honest, the room I was in was about the size of a prison cell! Not that I've been in one before!! 🤣🤣 However, it was clean and had everything you needed for an overnight stay. I'm sure there's bigger ones available. The bathroom was like a modular room. It was a little worn in places, just water marks and damage, but again, all you need for a night! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very good but there was a bit of noise from the street for a while, which you have to expect being so close to so many bars etc, but it wasn't bad! Based on the price and everything else, it's a really well priced option and one I'll definitely be checking out again!

Fantastic location beautifully clean have stayed here b3fore totaly changed in respect of more of a party hotel they have got rid of a great deal of the football memorabilia more like a boutique hotel .some parts of hotel is looking tired .our room was good i would suggest a few little things I had no where to sit and put my make up on and couldn't see in bathroom mirror as had to lean over sink on my tip toes also trying to plug kettle in finding a socket that's not on the floor .Just a few little tweeks
