Das Hotel ist neu, sehr sauber und verfügt über äußerst freundliches Personal. Es liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt, was für meinen Aufenthalt anlässlich des Cardiff Halbmarathons ideal war. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, ebenso das Abendessen. Mein Zimmer war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert – ich komme gerne wieder.

L'agent de la frontière m'a payé une carte différente de celle que l'agent de réservation avait acceptée. Heureusement, leur chef supérieur, M. Deepy, a écouté avec patience ma explication et compris mon taux de chambre réduit. Il a expliqué tout clairement et soulage mes préoccupations. Après quelques jours, la carte a été enfin correctement facturée.

Wow what can I say last minute booking so not expecting much But as soon as you walk in the staff make you feel so very welcome even had free refreshments in reception The lift security and your card very important on your own Room was fabulous clean and wonderful view and lovly tribute to Newport transporter bridge TV didn’t work but was moved with no fuss to another room Able to sit on terrace in sun Then evening meal was served by friendly staff even boxed up rest of meal as do much Bed very comfortable Shower was a bonus not to claim into a bath to be accessible Breakfast very good and agsin helpful staff with a smile Definitely recommend a stay here well done to all the staff

Plus de 300 ans, les bâtiments ont été récemment rénovés à l'intérieur, et un bâtiment est également commun avec le village de vacances du kelte. Il est souvent entendu parler de la boue de la boue, sans aucun souci, il n'y a rien d'autre. Desk with desk lamp and luggage storage along with open wardrobe and bedside drawers/unit. Large full size mirror. The Queen size bed is comfortable and has plenty of pillows/bedding. Bathroom is one of the best I have seen In hotels with modern and clean fittings. Subway tiling with chrome finish fittings, large bath with waterfall shower and over bath shower attachment for when just your hair needs washing. Huge fitted mirror with lighting and ample space for your toiletries etc. Towel rail and door hooks all complete the better than most bathroom. Towels and toiletries/hand wash/kettle and mugs, glasses, quality hangers and the attention to details all complete a good value room. The hotel flows on to the pub/ restaurant. Being Green King the food is all good. An extensive food and drinks menu. Easy and user friendly app allows ordering from your table for food and drinks. Overall the convenience of both hotel and bar with good service and good value a highly recommendable place to stay whether your here for business, leisure or just a night or two r&r The New Inn @ Green King always hits the mark. If you have breakfast with room it's served at the restaurant with hot & cold options Continental and Full English. Both perfectly presented and quality products. Parking for guests is free and input of car registration avoids any after stay fees.

Booked this hotel to attend conference nearby. Loved the Signature room, which was big with seating area. Complimentary bottle of wine, or substitute with bottles of non-alcoholic drinks was nice touch. Pastries provided at the lounge made for quick and easy breakfast option. Enjoyed the swimming pool, jet pool, sauna and hot steam room in the Health club. Area around Resort is also very big, walking along the woodlands trail to the Golf club was therapeutic. Stay Signature room, worth the additional upgrade.

Good, clean rooms, conveniently located to the conference hall at the manor . Nothing to fault really.

Il y a quelques fois, toujours une bonne expérience. La chambre est propre et confortable, le petit déjeuner inclus et est toujours bon.

Grande chambre, grand personnel et grande position au cœur de Caerleon. Elle a également un des meilleurs restaurants dans la région.

Impossible de défaut d'hébergement et de service. Excellent room, food and staff. Rien n'était trop de problème pour eux.
