I could be A1 if the facilities were maintained but unfortunately the spa is starting to look and feel shabby. Lockers broken, tiles missing, saunas and steam rooms not working, hot water temperamental, circa 70% of light bulbs not working (hydrospa area) ... Just missing the touch that would elevate the place.
Rooms are clean and welcoming, our bed had been wellness and the mattress sagged in the middle, but it was comfy and we didn't complain (rm 224). Couldn't control TV, controller was faulty. Nice view across canal and fields.
Overall, it is worth the price but could be so much more!
We enjoyed our stay, we will be back for an overnight break away, we dont expect.much to change, just wish it would!

Hotel and room where clean, friendly staff, Breakfast was ok, nothing special. The bed was a little hard for my liking and the room was very hot. The location is ideal for access to the International centre.

The hotel is a little tired and in need of refurbishment in places. The staff were very friendly, especially considering they were having to work on NYE!
The room was warm, the bedding/towels were clean and breakfast was good. We couldn’t connect to WiFi during our stay until we were in the car park ready to leave

Overpriced for what you get. The room is tired; a few damaged items - dripping tap, very loose door handle, toilet seat, flickering light, crumbs on the carpet. The lift isn't currently working so not ideal with heavy bags up flights of stairs.
Very friendly staff, especially the ladies on the breakfast service. Breakfast offering had good options and it's a good location for being right in the town centre.

Un ancien hôtel de vacances, l'hôtel est en cours de décoration pendant son séjour, les installations dans la chambre ont été en grande partie remplacées et les murs ont été rénovés. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, le petit-déjeuner anglais est un terrain.

The hotel was good, and both the receptionist were so helpful and had a good sense of humour. They were always ready to help., The only downside was we missed on goring in the pool as the Ph levels were high on the day we wanted to use. The breakfast was fresh and very good too

It is a brilliant experience. The hostel is near the museum and also Victoria Village.
Be aware of the check-in time in Winter as it is an hour later than the closure of the nearest by museum.

Très belle chambre, bien que petite, tout est très confortable et le jardin devant le petit bâtiment est aussi très beau! L'hôtel est nombreux restaurants, boutiques et attractions, et il y a beaucoup de petits magasins qui peuvent être déshabillés!

CCharlee78Booked a room and evening meal. Check in was straightforward and receptionist was professional. Gave advice on breakfast time and where room was located.
Room was spacious and thankfully not too hot. Thw bathroom had an extractor fand that kept.going about 15 mins after the light had been turned off!
Bed was really comfy, not too soft and duvet was warm. Plenty of pillows :) There was 2 free bottles of water and a coffee machine with pods, I did not use this but water in a fridge was appreciated.
Towels were clean and bathroom radiator was hot so towels were nice and warm.
Free toiletries in the bathroom but I had taken my own so didn't use them.
The lights in the hallways have motion sensors so the hallway are a bit dark when you first walk into them.
The evening meal was with my work group and results varied. Most people enjoyed but personally I didn't. The soup I got was half cold and the other side of the bowl was warm. The mushroom stroganoff was lacking taste and the apple and cinnamon crumble was most cinnamon. I have eaten here before and enjoyed but was not impressed this time. It was quite busy and the staff seemed overworked as no one came to ask if we were OK or if we needed drinks and I did have to wave people over a few times.
The reception area is also the bar. Its obviously a popular pub as it was crowded but maybe they should have more staff on, the same people seemed to be dealing with check in, diners and bar drinks. Just seemed a bit disorganised. The drinks here were nice and decently priced. They also do large 250ml wine, unlike a lot of places nowadays.
Breakfast the next morning was great, good coffee and hot food.
Check out was simple, just hand your key card back.
I would stay here again but might not have the evening meal!

RRachelClean, comfortable hotel in a very good location for the train and shopping centre. A small but reasonable gym and a bonus to have the swimming/sauna facilities although the pool and jacuzzi were a little on the small side so often quite full. Staff were friendly and helpful when approached.
Parking charges seemed a little expensive which was a bit of a put-off for driving there and the walk-in shower wasn’t great as water got all over the floor because the glass piece wasn’t really long enough to contain the water.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and would stay there again if in the area.

IInvitéLes Feathers sont bien situés au centre de Ludlow et sont un ancien bâtiment plein de charme. Cela signifie cependant aussi qu'il s'agit d'un petit coup de coq à l'intérieur, ce qui la remet en difficulté pour trouver votre chemin autour des longs corridors de branchement - un cauchemar certain en cas d'incendie.
Le parking était plein quand nous sommes arrivés, bien qu'il soit beaucoup plus grand que je ne l'attendais, mais il y avait un parking de conseil derrière l'hôtel et seulement une courte promenade, gratuit de 6h à 8h, qui est très pratique.
Notre lit était grand, propre et confortable et la chambre était bien réservée: installations de thé et de café avec une grande variété de thés et de lait; eau potable complimentaire dans le mini-frigo; table de fer et de fer; beaucoup de soutettes, y compris USB, Le service de la chambre est très confortable et vous pouvez vous amuser à l'hôtel.
Nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'utiliser les zones de réception en bas, mais elles semblent magnifiquement présentées et sont pleines de caractère, offrant un espace très attrayant pour avoir un verre ou un repas.
Le personnel de la réception était agréable et professionnel.

Positives - Toutes les personnes sont confortables et aideuses, si vous pouvez réserver une chambre de luxe, vous obtenez une chambre de première étage avec table et chaises extérieures et vue sur le terrain de golf. Les installations de traitement et de spa étaient bonnes, bien qu'il n'y ait pas de jaqoozi.
Negatifs - Organisation, j'avais une journée de spa et un déjeuner, il n'a pas été expliqué où était le déjeuner ou ce qui était inclus j'avais à poser toutes les questions. Je n'ai pas été dit le plafond de 15 livres pour le déjeuner, donc je suis passé et ils m'attendaient à payer la différence, mais ils ont convenu que c'était injuste. La chambre était très chaude et il n'était pas si chaud, prendre un fan dans le temps chaud ! Le prix de la nourriture est très élevé pour ce que vous obtenez, rien de spécial!
Je ne retournerais pas pour le prix que vous devez payer et ce que vous obtenez

MMillie HafOn Trip.com said free parking, but got charged £5 for parking upon arrival. Good budget hotel, you pay for what you get really. Dated rooms, but clean enough. Hotel location is at a services, so no public transport etc, but good location if you have your own car. Easy check in and check out.

MMeg6366This is a lovely place, we stayed in the ‘cottage’ which was more like an annexe building and it had two rooms of which we occupied one. The room was good, we enjoyed breakfast in the dining room and the breakfast menu had a lot of choice too which was great. There were options for a full English style breakfast, but also options for cereals and fruits etc. We decided to try dinner at the hotel one evening and we were extremely happy with our choice. The food was excellent quality and very enjoyable. The hotel is a short walk into the centre, very close to the castle which is worth a visit and you can see the castle from the road you walk on from the hotel to the city.
