Booked a room and evening meal. Check in was straightforward and receptionist was professional. Gave advice on breakfast time and where room was located. Room was spacious and thankfully not too hot. Thw bathroom had an extractor fand that kept.going about 15 mins after the light had been turned off! Bed was really comfy, not too soft and duvet was warm. Plenty of pillows :) There was 2 free bottles of water and a coffee machine with pods, I did not use this but water in a fridge was appreciated. Towels were clean and bathroom radiator was hot so towels were nice and warm. Free toiletries in the bathroom but I had taken my own so didn't use them. The lights in the hallways have motion sensors so the hallway are a bit dark when you first walk into them. The evening meal was with my work group and results varied. Most people enjoyed but personally I didn't. The soup I got was half cold and the other side of the bowl was warm. The mushroom stroganoff was lacking taste and the apple and cinnamon crumble was most cinnamon. I have eaten here before and enjoyed but was not impressed this time. It was quite busy and the staff seemed overworked as no one came to ask if we were OK or if we needed drinks and I did have to wave people over a few times. The reception area is also the bar. Its obviously a popular pub as it was crowded but maybe they should have more staff on, the same people seemed to be dealing with check in, diners and bar drinks. Just seemed a bit disorganised. The drinks here were nice and decently priced. They also do large 250ml wine, unlike a lot of places nowadays. Breakfast the next morning was great, good coffee and hot food. Check out was simple, just hand your key card back. I would stay here again but might not have the evening meal!

This hotel was located just off the motorway, and fairly easy to find. Upon arrival/check in we were informed of our room number and given our key card, however no information was provided. ie (check out times, breakfast times, any of the bar/restaurant details, pool/fitness centre details. We had to go back and forth to reception through out to get the information we needed. Fortunately the staff were friendly and welcoming which made easy to approach them. Room was nice, bit cramped even for a king privilege room. Not much space to walk, too many unnecessary chairs. Room and bathroom was clean. Mini fridge was nicely stocked up with water and soft drinks for free. TV in the room was a smart tv, allowed us to watch Netflix via screen mirroring which was excellent. Bed was comfortable with multiple pillow options. Sockets and USB charging points on both sides of the room, great for charging multiple devices. Full length mirror and cupboard space to hang up clothes. Nice gown and slippers presented neatly on the bed. We did visit the pool facilities on multiple occasions during our stay. It was just a medium size. With a separate jacuzzi and steam room and sauna. Pool water was nice temperature, slightly warm which felt really nice. Lighting in the pool area was poor, quite dimly lit. Lockers in changing area needs a padlock, as we didn’t know we didn’t take out. Some chairs are available on the pool side which we were able to put out things. Dining room was nicely laid out with ample space to move around. Breakfast had multiple options including vegetarian options available on request. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay. Would recommend it.

I received good service from the reception when checking in, ideally wanted a walk-in shower but no room was available. Matthew however managed to find us the perfect room after a lot of juggling so was well pleased. Fortunately, the new room was in a cooler part of the hotel than the original one which was full on sun and since there is no air conditioning would have roasted even with a desk fan which is provided in every room. Breakfast was disappointing since the serving plates are cold and although the selection was reasonable for those who prefer the standard English breakfast there is no facility to order poached eggs, vegetarian sausages, porridge etc, you had to have what was presented. The continental side was ok although limited at times. Found the general service in the hotel was very good and friendly when speaking to the receptionist and staff members. Room service was ok but felt the laminated flooring in the room needs a good clean looking at the state of the bottom of my slippers when packing them away.

We stayed at the Days Inn Telford Ironbridge for a quick overnight stop on a road trip, and overall, I was pleasantly surprised. The location is perfect—just off the M54 at a service area, which made it really convenient without needing to go into town. Despite being near the motorway, the room was surprisingly quiet and I had no trouble sleeping. The room itself was clean and well-kept, with all the basics I needed for a short stay—comfortable bed, TV, free Wi-Fi, and a kettle for tea/coffee. It’s not luxury, but for the price, it delivers solid value. The staff at check-in were friendly and efficient, even though I arrived a bit late in the evening. There’s no restaurant in the hotel itself, but being attached to the service station meant I had access to a few food options, which was handy. Also, it’s just a short drive to Telford town centre or Ironbridge Gorge if you’re staying longer and want to explore the area. Overall, it’s a no-frills stay, but it’s exactly what I needed—clean, convenient, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if passing through the area.

Where to begin with this one? Firstly i requested to cancel as i was coming down with COVID like symptoms. Ramada Telford seem to not mind that though, so that request was denied (no offer of another stay, or partial refund, nothing). Felt better day of, and decided to travel. On check-in (nor on the website, photo attached) i wasn't told anything about the pool being out of service. Turns out it was. No offer of a full or partial refund. Nothing. Luckily, Trip have stepped in with a good will gesture. Spoke to some people (named below) by email afterwards and basically told ”nothing they can do” and ”it's trip's fault” that the website didn't reflect that their pool had been out of action since DECEMBER. The hotel is a little tired and in need of refurbishment in places. The staff were very friendly, especially considering they were having to work on NYE! The room was warm, the bedding/towels were clean and breakfast was good. We couldn’t connect to WiFi during our stay until we were in the car park ready to leave

Nous avons réservé le discours de la Skole de Shrewsbury et nous avons quitté la ville, de sorte que la ville entière a été réservée. Nous avons besoin d'une chambre pour 3 et le personnel de l'hôtel était super utile pour répondre à nos besoins. Il est de la famille et la culture de la garde est vaste. Il est un hôtel où le personnel aime dire oui. Ne pas mentionner le caractère de l'hôtel lui-même. Il s'agit d'un mélange d'architectures du 12ème, 15ème et 17ème siècle qui forment un lac de chambres détaillées couvrant le bloc. Le restaurant est un hôtel de qualité, et le restaurant est un hôtel de qualité.

This is a lovely place, we stayed in the ‘cottage’ which was more like an annexe building and it had two rooms of which we occupied one. The room was good, we enjoyed breakfast in the dining room and the breakfast menu had a lot of choice too which was great. There were options for a full English style breakfast, but also options for cereals and fruits etc. We decided to try dinner at the hotel one evening and we were extremely happy with our choice. The food was excellent quality and very enjoyable. The hotel is a short walk into the centre, very close to the castle which is worth a visit and you can see the castle from the road you walk on from the hotel to the city.

Malheureusement, j'ai appris des morceaux de milbe dans le Kenthall la première nuit. Il n'y a pas eu d'indemnisation. J'ai dû me rendre à la prochaine étape de la mise à jour de la hall principale pour ne plus avoir le problème. La direction n'a pas pu me répondre, bien que les morceaux de milza semblent être sur mon dos et dans mon bras. Malheureusement, je dois mal évaluer la pureté de Kenthall. Dans la nouvelle pièce de la hall principale, j'ai eu une chambre incroyable avec salle de bain, fer à arc et une vue incroyable sur le jardin. La mise à niveau avait été récompensée. Ce que je ne trouve pas bien, c'était que les lampes dans le réservoir de vêtements portables étaient toutes vides de la batterie et personne ne remplace les batteries. Il n'y avait pas non plus d'aéronef. Je reviens. Je voudrais saluer plus les chaussures et les éviers de Kenthall. J'attends d'ailleurs encore la facture pour la mise à jour.
