All good , breakfast quality to be improved. Reception staff lack of training. Lot of misguidance .. not informative at all

In all aspects it is good, mid night receiving is not up to mark. No driver for parking. Rooms are good location is good.

Hotel facilities/location, Staff's customer service and cleanliness/hygiene, and overall experience are excellent. One area that needs complete change is the buffet breakfast management. Morning buffet breakfast was very chaotic and staff managing breakfast lost control. To name a few areas for improvement, when you walk-in, nobody greeted and seated you, nobody served water or explained the buffet, several food bins were empty, breakfast area was very noisy, guests were coming in and sitting wherever they want, etc. So, I recommend that Manager and team be present at the door, control the entry, staff decide which table to seat them, ask if they want water, coffee, etc., monitor and refill bins timely. In ONE word BF team and manager take control and implement smooth discipline.

We had a great time at Ekante Bliss. Outstanding facilities, clean and spotless rooms with prompt service. We reached early and they accommodated us which was very helpful. The staff are amazing and made our stay enjoyable. The restaurant has a huge selection of delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The ambience was good and the staff did provide the best service. I would always return to this hotel when visiting Tirupati!!! Thanks for making our stay memorable and enjoyable.

I stayed with my family for 3 nights. Breakfast has majority of south Indian items like dosa, idli, vada etc very tasty food.  The room is good size, but it smells drainage smell from bathroom. The bed lines not replaced and had marks. Towels also had marks and didn’t look fresh.  Inconsistent service. The room also looks dated and not even english movie channel in TV.

Enjoyed everything here . Service in the rooms could have been faster . Used Plates lying outside room doors for over 15-18 hours . Housekeeping needs to gear up . Change batteries in the safe took them more than 2 hours . Breakfast could have improved . Was boring to eat the same mostly for 4 nights

Taj Tirupati – A Memorable Stay, As Always We stayed at Taj Tirupati for just one night this time, but it's one of our favorite places—we visit two to three times every quarter. Every stay feels special, and this one was no exception. The hotel graciously helped us with an early check-in, which we really appreciated. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly kind, warm, and professional. Their hospitality always makes us feel at home. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. This visit was even more special as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. A heartfelt thanks to Ms. Bhavani D, the Reservation Team Leader, who went out of her way to arrange a complimentary cake for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our day extra memorable. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

I love everything here. Comfortable, very comfortable bed. Food is delicious. Bar is great. My friends and I went there and will definitely go back.
