What a wonderful experience. The staff was just great - went the extra mile to make it a great stay.

Hotel facilities/location, Staff's customer service and cleanliness/hygiene, and overall experience are excellent. One area that needs complete change is the buffet breakfast management. Morning buffet breakfast was very chaotic and staff managing breakfast lost control. To name a few areas for improvement, when you walk-in, nobody greeted and seated you, nobody served water or explained the buffet, several food bins were empty, breakfast area was very noisy, guests were coming in and sitting wherever they want, etc. So, I recommend that Manager and team be present at the door, control the entry, staff decide which table to seat them, ask if they want water, coffee, etc., monitor and refill bins timely. In ONE word BF team and manager take control and implement smooth discipline.

Mes premières visites à Wijayawada.. 3 séjours à Vivanta Hotel.. Excellent service, propre, excellente hospitalité.. facile à se déplacer dans le centre-ville. Apprécié à tous les membres du personnel très facile à communiquer et utile Le bureau frontal ***agérateur.. M. Pritam et le personnel, Le restaurant ***agérateur M. Sanjib n Personnel.. Sourav, Ripul, Rajesh, Ritu et Kalyania.. très utile et ami ...Sécurité Superviseur M. Sunil et le personnel Sivashanker.. fait un grand travail .. Ils ont presque perdu mon téléphone ZFold mais ils ***âge de recevoir.. Kudos à ViVanta.. prochaine visite sur Avril 24..meet vous tous alors.. Merci..

La chambre d'accueil est propre et propre, les produits de lit sont confortables, le service de la réception est chaleureusement et attentif, et le séjour est efficace. La position est confortable, les installations sont complètes, le petit-déjeuner est riche, le prix est élevé, le choix de voyage est excellent, vous resterez la prochaine fois.

Grand Vijayawada by GRT is an excellent Hotel, beyond my expectations. Location : Excellent, walkable distance to all shopping Hotel Room : Excellent, with all facilities like a five star hotel, provided complimentary fruit basket Staff : well trained , very good behaviour, never experienced in any star hotel across the world . Also very polite and helpful. Excellent ambiance. Provided complimentary Foot massage for both Very low priced and value more than what we paid. Food is very good.

This hotel boasts a truly excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The service provided by the staff was consistently good and very helpful throughout our stay. We found the general ambiance to be quite pleasant and welcoming. However, it is worth noting that an update to the air-conditioning systems in the rooms would greatly enhance future guest comfort. Overall, we had a positive experience and would consider returning.

Covered parking needs to improve. Can't have bird droppings over my car due to open air parking. The hand soap, shampoo dispensing system needs to change from the” squeeze” to something better. I'm Not satisfied with the towels (clean but probably are not being replaced with brand new towels for quite a long while). Expected the experience to be much better from a Marriott bonvoy group hotel. The reception , cleaning staff were attentive and responsive.

Le buffet a été très bien accueilli avec des cuisines internationales ***** avec d'autres aliments indiens. Les chambres étaient également très modernes et élégantes. La terrasse a une infinite piscine accompagnée de la vue de Vijayawada. Le personnel de l'hôtel ****** avec leur amitié a fait de cette occasion très accueillante. Grand hôtel, il est une visite avec votre famille.

Service was average, food was average, and rooms are below average as all rooms were without windows. If guest prefer rooms with windows, avoid this hotel. If guests do not need windows, consider this hotel and overall hotel is average for Tirupati. Service is low due to the negligent attitude of pilgrimage location. TV was not working and it took a longtime to even turn on and show channels.
