Personnel formidable et service formidable. L'hôtel a annoncé sur son site Web que la rénovation de la piscine serait terminée avant notre séjour, mais malheureusement, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, on nous a dit qu'elle était fermée pendant encore une semaine environ, ce qui était vraiment dommage. Notre chambre n'avait pas de réfrigérateur et j'ai dû le demander deux fois et quand il est arrivé, il ne rentrait pas dans l'espace prévu pour le réfrigérateur, il traînait donc. À part ces choses, le service était excellent. Je pense qu'ils peuvent améliorer quelques petits détails, mais dans l'ensemble, l'emplacement et le service sont excellents. J'y retournerais.

Un hôtel plutôt douteux, convenable pour une nuit avant un vol. Le personnel de la réception n'était pas particulièrement aimable et a tout simplement ignoré la moitié de mes questions. Ils n'ont rien expliqué, pas même indiqué l'emplacement de l'ascenseur. La piscine était magnifiquement présentée en photo, mais en réalité, elle était triste et petite. La chambre était déjà délabrée, malgré un design que j'appréciais beaucoup. L'insonorisation était très mauvaise ; des clients qui partaient la nuit criaient et parlaient dans le couloir pendant une dizaine de minutes. Impossible de bien dormir dans un tel endroit. En revanche, le restaurant au deuxième étage est excellent ; les plats étaient délicieux et présentés avec soin.

The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

Hey guys I recently visited Holiday Inn in New Delhi and stayed there for two days. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I really enjoyed my stay. The weather and overall ambiance made the experience even better. I would definitely prefer to stay at this hotel again whenever I visit Delhi in the future.

Mais ce qui m'a légèrement dérange, c'est quand le personnel a expliqué qu'il n'y avait pas de changement, de sorte qu'elle ne pouvait pas me donner 60 INR. C'est une très petite somme, mais je l'ai sentie une liberté - imaginez offrir un taux de change exorbitant, mais vous n'avez pas de monnaie. La piscine était étonnante, comme c'était ma belle suite de club. La salle de club est ok, mais pas vraiment à payer - les horaires pour le thé haute, etc sont si inconvenants que vous ne pourrez pas les utiliser. En général, il s'agit toujours d'un bon séjour et probablement le meilleur hôtel pour le prix dans cette partie de la ville.

Services is good. I always to choose check in here because my job is always return to Delhi Airport. Easy to access with airport and they also provide airport transfer. The staff always kind. Very polite. Kiran, Sunil and Vinay. Thanks Ramhan. Surely i will come again in next 2 month.

I stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. The room was spacious, and they provided complimentary water generously. However, the elevator was very slow, and it took a long time to go up to the room. Unfortunately, the front office team was not helpful at all. I felt they were quite new. They arranged my car going to Taj Mahal 30 minutes late, and the front office staff insisted that I was mistaken. It was very frustrating because I had proof and a message sent to the concierge requesting the car at 5:00 AM. I ended up calling the Night Manager to report the issue. The saving grace was the hotel driver (Ardos—apologies if I spelled his name incorrectly), who provided excellent customer service. He was very good and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. He is a wonderful staff member who truly goes above and beyond. He was very helpful and kind. Someone like him should be well taken care of by the management. Kudos to him!

J'ai passé une excellente nuit dans cet hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, et le lit était très confortable, ce qui m'a permis de me détendre complètement. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également très pratique, avec des restaurants et des attractions facilement accessibles à proximité. Le personnel était aimable et m'a fait sentir comme chez moi. Room Very clean! Bed and pillows are comfortable. I chose one that’s far away from the lift, and on high floor with a city view. It was very quiet, and nice natural light! Shower and toilet were very clean. Strong powerful shower with very hot water available. Amenities Impressive that there’s a cafe that’s opened 24/7 downstairs that serves coffee, pastries and cakes. Gave a very good option in the middle of the night, and early morning should you need to grab something fast for an early morning flight. The coffee was good. Lovely swimming pool, meant to try it out. Location Excellent location only about 7 mins walk from the main shopping complex and restaurants. Very decent restaurants available there and the food court provides wide variety. I tried out a restaurant this time and it was lovely. Service House keeping - was very good. Early evening the team knocked on my door, very pleasant, and asked if I had any needs. Very thoughtful, and they tried best to make me comfortable. I had an enquiry about the smart tv functions. The gentleman came promptly, and was very helpful. Airport pick up Raju was very prompt, polite and friendly. Thank you! Especially appreciated that the pick up arrangement just had a sign of the hotel, vs having your name displayed on a big sign, which isn’t the case with many other hotels. Very thoughtful. (Others: Don’t really need two tables in the room. If it can be replaced with a couch/ sofa would even be better.) Overall: very comfortable stay, friendly staff, and will come again. Thank you!
