*Poor hospitality - hotel staff lying to guests & downgrading guest’s room type during their stay* This is my second time staying at this hotel, as I find the location and facilities suitable. However, I am extremely disappointed this time due to the poor level of hospitality. I booked my stay from February 11 to 14 initially, and then added one more night on February 10. We arrived at the hotel at 23:45 on February 10. When we checked in, we informed the staff that we had two bookings. At first, the staff asked us to check out and check in again on February 11. This was very strange and inconvenient for us. After some discussion, the staff said we did not need to check out and check in again on February 11. The room type was also upgraded to a suite, and the staff assured us that this upgrade would be valid for the entire stay until February 14. On February 11, around 16:00, we received a call from the hotel informing us of issues on the entire 11th floor and requesting us to move to another room. This was very disturbing, as we had just checked in late the previous evening. Unpacking and repacking our bags exhausted us. The staff assured us that the new room would be of the same type as our current one. However, when we moved and reached the new room, it was a standard room. We are disappointed that the staff has been dishonest. How can a hotel downgrade a guest’s room during their stay? This is absolutely unacceptable. When we called the staff, they claimed that we had to leave the suite because it was full. The reason given earlier (issues on the 11th floor) was a lie. Moreover, we did not receive a room of the same type as our original one. This has been a completely horrible experience for us. When we returned at night, we saw that some guests were going to the 11th floor, which indicates there are no issues there. This clearly shows that the staff's explanation was false. I hope there will be an explanation. Is this discrimination because I am not a local Indian? I also believe that better training for your staff is needed. This kind of hospitality only damages the hotel’s reputation. I am also providing the upgraded and downgraded room type as a proof of this comment.

Comfortable and Well-Appointed Rooms: The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after a long journey. Thoughtful touches like high-quality toiletries and a well-stocked minibar added to the luxurious feel. Excellent Amenities: The hotel boasts a range of amenities, including a well-equipped gym, a refreshing pool, and a relaxing spa. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious and diverse menu, with options for both quick bites and more formal dining. Potential Drawbacks: Price Point: As a luxury hotel, Hotel Luxe Manor comes with a higher price tag. However, the quality and convenience arguably justify the cost, especially for those prioritizing comfort and convenience. Noise (Potentially): While well-insulated, some guests might be sensitive to occasional airport noise. Requesting a room on a higher floor or facing away from the airport can help mitigate this. Limited ”Local” Experience: Being so close to the airport, you might not get a strong sense of the local culture. However, the hotel's concierge can assist in arranging day trips and excursions. Overall: Hotel Luxe Manor is a fantastic choice for travelers seeking a luxurious and convenient airport hotel. The combination of its prime location, elegant ambiance, exceptional service, and comfortable accommodations makes it a standout option. While the price point may be higher than other airport hotels, the added value and stress-free experience are well worth the investment. Nous séjournons toujours à l'Aerocity et je dois dire que nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Nous avions réservé une chambre Club Lounge et, à notre arrivée, on nous a conduits à une chambre qui dégageait une forte odeur d'humidité. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception et avons été immédiatement relogés dans une autre chambre.

The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

J'avais réservé deux chambres pour une nuit, mais le personnel avait reçu des instructions erronées : il s'agissait d'une seule chambre pour deux nuits. Le paiement avait été effectué via Trip.com, mais le personnel a prétendu que la transaction n'avait pas été validée lors de mon départ. J'ai dû leur fournir un relevé bancaire et les détails de la réservation pour qu'ils puissent vérifier mon compte. Il a fallu plus d'une heure pour régler le problème.

Le meilleur hôtel de luxe de New Delhi, la nourriture est aussi bien annoncée, le personnel fait tout ce qu'il a fait dans la petite chambre Taj hiérarchie leur permet. Comme je suis finalement revenue au minibar, je dois lui donner le vote algorithmique mérité 5/5 pour la 2e nuit. Le minibar à prix excessif Je ne bois pas de sucre qui est encore plus irritant. Cela dit, je sais le prix d'un soda malsain peut ...qui est littéralement vendu pour 10% le riz 50 mètres de loin avec le même code de barre. Le superprix de soda commune aka minibar, est plus acceptable. Les hôtels qui insistent sur la insulte de leurs clients avec des cans de soda plus chers ne seront plus des hôtels de luxe ...Faites attention à cela, tous les nouveaux Resorts de luxe proposent un minibar gratuit et un check-in instant sans dépôt ...autocheck-out ...car ils veulent que les clients se souviennent le séjour ...Le harcèlement systématique au checkout n'est pas de luxe, les hôtels qui ne peuvent pas changer les politiques obsolètes et malignes seront laissés derrière, le minibar surpicé sodacan fait que les clients supposent le restaurant et les chambres sont également 10 fois surprix ...le Le prix de Soda Can est le marqueur de diagnostic que tout client peut facilement identifier avec confiance. Tous les hôtels de luxe High-End offrent un minibar gratuit car il coûte peu à rien; il projette l'opulence et le vrai luxe. Les clients ne se demandent pas le prix de leurs restaurants ou logements car ils n'ont plus un Soda surprix pour servir de point de référence de Valeur. Une fois que Taj confirme qu'ils ont fait une politique de marque pour se débarrasser de l'escalier minibar, ils bénéficieront beaucoup de l'entrée rapide et de la sortie rapide et des dépôts inutiles ... il y aura moins d'énergie intime désavantagée avec les clients, Personne ne veut se sentir profité de ... Pour se débarrasser de l'extraordinaire minibar de l'internet, c'est comment le meilleur luxe se distingue des établissements de fraude de classe inférieure

Hotel magnifique avec un grand personnel amical offrant un traitement VIP et un bienvenue. Il dispose de beaux cafés, bar salon et restaurant, offrant un bon petit déjeuner buffet, déjeuner et dîner. Grand moyen de goûter la cuisine indienne.

J'ai passé une excellente nuit dans cet hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, et le lit était très confortable, ce qui m'a permis de me détendre complètement. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également très pratique, avec des restaurants et des attractions facilement accessibles à proximité. Le personnel était aimable et m'a fait sentir comme chez moi. Je le recommande vivement !

Room Very clean! Bed and pillows are comfortable. I chose one that’s far away from the lift, and on high floor with a city view. It was very quiet, and nice natural light! Shower and toilet were very clean. Strong powerful shower with very hot water available. Amenities Impressive that there’s a cafe that’s opened 24/7 downstairs that serves coffee, pastries and cakes. Gave a very good option in the middle of the night, and early morning should you need to grab something fast for an early morning flight. The coffee was good. Lovely swimming pool, meant to try it out. Location Excellent location only about 7 mins walk from the main shopping complex and restaurants. Very decent restaurants available there and the food court provides wide variety. I tried out a restaurant this time and it was lovely. Service House keeping - was very good. Early evening the team knocked on my door, very pleasant, and asked if I had any needs. Very thoughtful, and they tried best to make me comfortable. I had an enquiry about the smart tv functions. The gentleman came promptly, and was very helpful. Airport pick up Raju was very prompt, polite and friendly. Thank you! Especially appreciated that the pick up arrangement just had a sign of the hotel, vs having your name displayed on a big sign, which isn’t the case with many other hotels. Very thoughtful. (Others: Don’t really need two tables in the room. If it can be replaced with a couch/ sofa would even be better.) Overall: very comfortable stay, friendly staff, and will come again. Thank you!
