C'est un café sur un toit-terrasse avec vue sur le Taj Mahal, et on peut y boire du chai à volonté et gratuitement. Le personnel était très aimable et accueillant, et même si ce n'était qu'un court séjour d'une journée, ce fut un moment inoubliable.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits, du 1er au 3 janvier 2025. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et les lits très confortables. Le personnel nous a toujours accueillis avec des sourires chaleureux, nous faisant sentir vraiment les bienvenus. Le petit déjeuner était agréable, en particulier le lassi chaud et les délicieuses crêpes, qui ont été un moment fort de nos matinées. Un merci spécial à la charmante Mme Shilpa pour sa gentillesse et sa patience pour m'apprendre à porter un sari. Ses conseils ont rendu l'expérience incroyablement mémorable, et je la chérirai toujours. Son service était exceptionnel ! **Inconvénients :** Pendant les deux nuits de notre séjour, il y a eu de nombreux événements, ce qui a entraîné du bruit. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande toujours vivement cet endroit pour son excellent service, ses chambres propres et confortables et un séjour mémorable à Agra !

Superbe! L'hôtel est situé dans le centre-ville, très belle chambre, bon petit déjeuner et très amicaux personnels et utile. Avec centre de fitness et piscine, ils ouvrent 24 heures. Excellent choix et valeur pour de l'argent. 👍

Le séjour était confortable , J'étais avec mon collègue de bureau, était là pour un voyage d'affaires, imaginer la situation où une personne se trouve dans la chambre peut clairement voir l'activité de la salle de bain à travers la porte glissante, il était très embarrassant et a besoin d'une attention immédiate

My stay at ITC Mughal, Agra was fantastic. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. The beautiful Mughal-style architecture, gardens, and peaceful atmosphere added to the experience. The spa was relaxing, and the food, especially at Peshawri, was delicious. Plus, the hotel is close to the Taj Mahal, making it a great place to stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, highly recommended!

We chose this hotel as it was well placed to walk to Taj Mahal for sunrise (15 mins). There was a good spread at breakfast. They had a travel desk to organise drivers which was handy (we stopped by Akbars tomb on the way to Delhi). There was a pool and spa but we had no time to use it. There was a shop inside the hotel with good quality marble pieces and his prices were fair - check it out! Sheets had stains and duvet cover had holes - that could have been better.

Had a wonderful stay, nice rooms, decent location, my stay was so great due to the staffs they are so welcoming and helpfull. And they have 2 dogs Max and Maya which is damn cute. The roof top restaurant is insanely pricy in my opinion, 17USD for friend rice which taste just ok nothing specially and plus we in india so like im just shocked.

The stay was amazing. The service was fast and the food was tasty. It was all an all a wholesome experience

This hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great.

Le service et les prestations du Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow sont vraiment excellents. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, tout comme la piscine. Les chambres étaient impeccables et le personnel très efficace. Une expérience formidable.
