IInvitéWe stayed for a night and this property exceeded expectations. It is spotless and you dont need to leave at all. It is so well run and the service is so personalized, from which bus you are taking back into town to what allergies you have, all staff members take note of your preferences. Especially want to thank ***** for making this stay so memorable! Food is also very wholesome and seasonal. Could not fault this place if you tried!

We recently stayed at this brand new hotel for 3 nights and was thoroughly impressed. As someone who travels frequently and appreciated good design and hospitality, this property hit all the right notes.
The ambience & Room:
The hotel features a clean and medern design.
My room was a decent size-not too small for 2 people-and perfectly maintained.
ิิิิฺ-Modern amenities including a Nespresso machine and a smart TV with Netflix made our stay very comfortable when snowing outside.
-Attentive and consistent housekeeping. The room was refreshed daily with plenty of drinking water provided.
Service:
The staff here are the true stars. They are genuinely friendly, always greeting us with a smile. They went beyond by help to pre-booking a fixed-rate taxi for our airport transfrer, which made our early morning departure stress-free.
Location and Dining:
While the hotel isn't right in the hustle and bustle of the center area, it is within easy walking distance to everything. The subway is just around the corner but we prefer walking for observation. The surrounding area is packed with great local dining options. Plus, the hotel's own restaurant is quite a great choice for a great dinner.
A Small Note for Improvement:
The only thing I missed was the ability to slightly crack open a window. As someone sensitive to room temperature during sleep (especially in winter), having a bit of fresh air would have made the stay even more perfect.
Verdict: Highly recommended for those who valure cleanliness, modern aesthetics, and top-tier service. We would definitely stay here again next time.

IInvitéI had a really wonderful stay at Hotel Sosei Sapporo (MGallery Collection) and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hokkaido.
From the moment we arrived, the hotel already stood out with its beautifully designed entrance and lobby. The entire space feels like a curated designer showroom, every corner is thoughtfully styled and incredibly aesthetic, with plenty of Instagram-worthy spots.
The room itself was very cosy and comfortable. You can tell that a lot of attention has been put into the details, from the furnishings to the amenities. Even the smaller touches, like the toiletries and hair dryer, felt premium and well-designed, which really elevated the overall experience.
One of the highlights of our stay was the service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and hospitable, making us feel welcomed right from check-in. Their attentiveness definitely added to the comfort of the stay.
Overall, I would rate this hotel 9.5/10 and would happily stay here again on my next trip to Sapporo.

IInvitéHave been to this airport 3 times, 1st time using this hotel to catch the early morning flight out. It’s ambience quite an eerie experience, a bit difficult to find the hotel initially😄
Otherwise the room was big, toilet & amneties was great! Staffs were very helpful & friendly. Would highly recommend this place if wanna good rest before flight out.

Overall Impression: A perfect blend of convenience and cozy. Despite the bustling atmosphere and classic, dark decor, the private onsen and dining experience make this a standout choice in the area.
Hightlights:
The room: Spacious with beautiful wooden floors and a private outdoor onsen. Soaking in the heat while snow falls is pure magic. Features like the ”His&Her” sinks and an in-room massage chair make our stay more comfortable. All complimentary in the room adds a thoughful touch.
Dining: The buffet offers and impressive variety of local dishes alongside beautifully plated mains. Even when busy, the staff sustematically managed the seating, ensuring we enjoyed the stunning winter views comfortably. The Hokkaido cheese pizza and dessert are absolute must-tries.
Location and Service: Perfectly situated in the heart of the sightseeing district, with famous sweet shop right nearby. The complimentary valet parking and polight, perfessional staff made our stay seamless.
Observations:
Atmosphere: The common areas can feel a bit crowded due to its popularity.
Design: The room interiors are a bit outdated and lean toward very dark tones, and notably, Netflix is not available on the in-room TV.
Note: Windows are fixed; ventilation is managed via the onsen balcony door.
Verdict: Highly recommended for foodies and onsen lovers who want to be the center of the action.

TTek KooiNicely renovated hotel. Unfortunately staff are new and surprising not many front desk staff can converse in English.
Breakfast was good with many choices. However, we couldnt eat most of the time as my family has to go for activities early like skiing and local tours. The cafe staff allows us to start breakfast before the opening time but an English speaking lady with a coat turned up one morning and stopped us from starting breakfast early before the opening time. She was so rude and told us wait till 630 before we can touch the food!
I dont see why we cannot start with cereals that was already on display.
I will return to stay as the hotel is new, rooms are large and the onsen is clean and comfortable. There was a gym and laundry facilities too

IInvitéL'architecture, l'environnement, la conception intérieure et la conception de l'éclairage du parc Hyatt Niseko Hanazono étaient tous vraiment merveilleux.
Le service de restauration et de boisson était chaleureux et attentif, ce qui améliorait l'expérience de la cuisine générale. En outre, le service de garde-fous a fait un travail fantastique pour garder notre chambre propre et propre.
Il est évident que le matériel et le logiciel (le personnel) du Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono sont parfaitement compatibles.
Nous attendons avec impatience de revenir à l'avenir!

SSuet Sum LaiIl y a quelques mois, j'ai réservé l'hôtel pour que je puisse obtenir un très bon prix pour rester avec OMO5. Très confortable et énergique, surtout la zone commune était un endroit pour se détendre et le refroidissement. Ils ont un autre schéma pendant la journée et la nuit. L'accent de cet hôtel est le service de bus gratuit, qui se déplace autour de la ville, et le service de navette payé pour monter sur la colline pour voir le soleil. Vous savez à quel point il est chaotique de vous y rejoindre, donc il est bon d'avoir un bus de transbordement qui vous ramène à la porte de l'hôtel. En séjournant une nuit, je pouvais utiliser les services avant le check-in et après le check-out, donc essentiellement il couvrait 2 jours d'activités quand j'étais à Hakodate. Et je pense vraiment que ce groupe d'hôtel a des pensées de la perspective des voyageurs et essaie de leur mieux pour donner la meilleure expérience et pour nous aider à réduire les problèmes. Je vais certainement réserver avec les hôtels sous Hoshino Resort Group. Merci beaucoup.

IInvitéL'hôtel est calme, sans grands groupes de tours, et j'ai vraiment aimé les vibes traditionnelles et relaxantes. Le salon est très confortable et la chambre est incroyablement spacieuse.
Le personnel est amiable et utile, même m'aider avec l'aménagement du service de taxi. J'ai aussi aimé le petit-déjeuner buffet et le dîner Ils m'ont vraiment épaulé comme si je étais la reine du monde.
Le public est magnifique et énorme.

Le site est un bijoux caché ! Depuis notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec les sourires les plus chauds et la plus réelle hospitalité.
La chambre était sans place, confortable et incroyablement confortable, mais l'accent était certainement le souci privé dans la chambre. Souffler dans le chaud printemps après un long jour était pure heureux. Calme, relaxante et absolument luxueux.
Et la nourriture... WOW. Chaque repas se sentait comme un masterpiece. Beaument présenté, fraîche, goûtant, plein de caractère local. Chaque repas était un plaisir, et nous attendions avec impatience chaque repas.
Service parfait, séjour parfait, repas parfait, rencontres parfaites.
Je reviendrais dans un battement de cœur et recommanderais cet endroit à quiconque cherche une expérience vraiment spéciale. 💖
