They served public baths, payment of ¥500 per pax per visit which is super reasonable, cleaned laundry room, wonderful breakfast. Downside is the size of the rooms which are typical of all Japan hotels. Some restaurants McD Sukiya and Yoshinoya & Lawson are all situated nearby so it’s truly great choice for fams to stay. Saw many tourist groups arriving too so it might get busy at lobby. Overall it’s recommended

I have booked room with breakfast andspa access for 5 nights. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the overall experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with daily housekeeping that made the room feel fresh every day. The hair dryer provided was a high-quality Refa brand, and all the amenities such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner were excellent.
The skincare set for women was especially impressive—I really loved using it. The hotel also provided comfortable pajamas that were changed daily, which meant I hardly needed to bring many personal items with me.
The public onsen experience was outstanding and very relaxing. Overall, it was a memorable stay and I was genuinely impressed. Highly recommended.

Great location. Close to everything. Rooms are spacious relatively. We stayed at a deluxe room with view of the street. Very friendly crew! Only big big issue is the WiFi connectivity. It’s super super slow. You can’t even play a YouTube clip without pausing every few minutes. It’s is really horrible. Hope the hotel will fix this ! Otherwise it is a perfect hotel for the price it charges for casual travellers.

My family had a wonderful stay at La’gent Stay Hakodate Ekimae. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized, giving us plenty of space to rest after a full day out. The onsen was a real highlight for the adults to relax in the evening, while the location near Hakodate JR Station made traveling with kids and luggage extremely easy. We also really appreciated the washer and dryer facilities, which were a lifesaver for a family trip, especially in winter. Overall, it’s a family-friendly hotel that balances comfort, convenience, and practicality perfectly.

Warm and cozy retreat in snowy Sapporo”
We had a wonderful stay at Keio Plaza Hotel. Even with heavy snow, the hotel felt warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with many local Hokkaido specialties. My mother loved the comfortable beds and the beautiful city views from our room.

Dans l’ensemble, j’ai été très satisfait des sources chaudes, du luxe du petit-déjeuner, de l’espace et de la propreté de la chambre, etc. Les gens de l'hôtel sont également très gentils. Sans me donner de billet de voyage, je recommande également cet hôtel.
Tout d'abord, en raison du retard de mon vol de correspondance, le personnel de l'hôtel a été ravi de m'aider. J'apprécie vraiment leur aide.
Deuxièmement, l'emplacement est juste à côté de la gare. C'est un emplacement idéal.
Troisièmement, la vue pittoresque depuis ma chambre en automne est magnifique. C'est une expérience vraiment incroyable.
C'est ma deuxième visite à Hokkaido, et j'ai déjà séjourné deux fois dans cet hôtel.
Oui, au printemps ou en hiver, je séjournerai dans le même hôtel.
Le petit-déjeuner est très varié et je l'apprécie beaucoup.

hôtel beau avec un spa et une sauna de l'onsen. Cependant, il est à 15-min à pied de la gare et le service de navette est limité. Beaucoup de mariages et de visites royales à ce resort. La chambre double est spacieuse et confortable. La distance de marche vers la chaîne alimentaire rapide M à côté de la porte et Aeon shopping près.

Cet hôtel n'a pas été récemment ouvert depuis longtemps, et les installations et les chambres sont très neuves !
L'emplacement est à environ 15 minutes à pied de la gare de Sapporo. Ce n'est pas trop proche mais les conditions routières sont bonnes et ce n'est pas trop difficile de marcher dans l'ensemble.
Le personnel de service est très professionnel et enthousiaste, et du personnel de service parlant chinois est disponible. Il y a des machines à glaçons à chaque étage, ce qui est très pratique pour les amateurs de boissons fraîches comme moi.
L'hôtel dispose d'un grand bain public que vous pouvez utiliser.
La ville de Sapporo est vraiment magnifique. Voici quelques photos de l'hôtel et de ses environs pour référence.

IInvitéWe booked and stayed for one night as a layover before catching our flight the next day. We arrived around 5 PM only to find out that there were no parking spaces available at the hotel, which was inconvenient for guests who are driving. Given that we were traveling with young children and had many suitcases, we were very unhappy with the parking situation. The staff were not apologetic and didn't go out of their way to assist us. They handed us a map with QR codes showing nearby parking options, but one of the QR codes for the nearest car park led to an error.We had to drive around several blocks and eventually found parking on our own. To make matters worse, we noticed cars double-parked at the hotel the next morning and on the side lane next to it. Having stayed at Portom on our arrival and Sosei on our departure, I can confidently say that Portom offers far better standards, service, and facilities.If you're staying here with Sapporo Factory in mind, this hotel might suit your needs. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but overall, I would not choose to stay here again.

YYi ShieanFrom the moment we arrived at Mizu no Uta, Tsuruga Resort at Lake Shikotsu, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquil luxury. Valet parking greeted us, and we were swiftly escorted to a path lined with zen music, setting the tone for a stay where every detail exudes serenity.
Upon entering the reception, a majestic wooden carving of an owl, a powerful symbol of protection in Ainu culture, watched over us. In a delightful and intimate touch, we were asked to remove our shoes – a gesture that immediately made the resort feel like a sanctuary. Walking barefoot on soft wooden floors in such a refined environment felt like the ultimate indulgence.
Live harp music floated through the air as we were led past a live fireplace, its warm flames inviting guests to roast marshmallows, adding a whimsical, yet homely feel to the elegant surroundings. The staff, attentive yet discreet, escorted us to our room via separate lifts, ensuring our luggage was seamlessly handled.
Entering the room, we were struck by its sheer spaciousness. A half-sized fridge, thoughtfully included, perfectly stored all our chilled treats from the road trip. But the true star was the view: an uninterrupted panorama of lush greenery, stretching out to meet the serene waters of Lake Shikotsu. The combination of the stunning scenery and the luxurious in-room robe made us feel like chaebols, lounging in opulence and shielded from the cool lakeside breeze.
As for the dining, the buffet at Mizu no Uta is nothing short of spectacular. Where many buffets struggle to balance quantity and quality, this resort excels at both. Highlights included a live dessert station and a live pizza-making corner, where thin-crust pizzas, surprisingly better than those from Furano’s famed Cheese Factory, were expertly prepared. The spread also featured an incredible assortment of sashimi – the freshest I encountered during my 1.5-week trip across various hotels. The salmon and mackerel, both raw and uniquely marinated in glass jars, were exceptional.
The hot dishes maintained the same elevated standard. A simple tomato-based clam spaghetti was transformed by the quality of ingredients, while even the sautéed kailan was enhanced with the addition of Parma ham. Local produce, such as the fresh broccoli used in the cream-based dishes, lent an unmistakable brightness to each bite. The combination of Japanese and Western cuisine was balanced beautifully, with every plate delivering a sense of thoughtful craftsmanship.
Of course, no stay at a lakeside resort would be complete without a visit to the onsen bath. While slightly smaller than the one at Lake Akan, the onsen here is far superior in cleanliness and upkeep. Conveniently, the bath is stocked with towels, so there’s no need to carry your own from the room. The experience is further enhanced by a sauna illuminated with soothing blue light, adding a layer of tranquility to the ritual. The open-air onsen is another highlight.
For those who appreciate the purity of nature, the bath even features drinkable Lake Shikotsu water, renowned as one of Japan’s top 100 spring waters. This thoughtful touch, coupled with the stunning views, creates an immersive experience that is equal parts restorative and luxurious.

KKellyL'architecture, l'environnement, la conception intérieure et la conception de l'éclairage du parc Hyatt Niseko Hanazono étaient tous vraiment merveilleux.
Le service de restauration et de boisson était chaleureux et attentif, ce qui améliorait l'expérience de la cuisine générale. En outre, le service de garde-fous a fait un travail fantastique pour garder notre chambre propre et propre.
Il est évident que le matériel et le logiciel (le personnel) du Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono sont parfaitement compatibles.

Located just a pleasant 20-minute drive from Otaru Station, the hotel is nestled in a tranquil, private area that feels like stepping into a captivating wonderland. I was delighted to discover a bus stop right across from the hotel, making it effortlessly convenient to explore the surroundings.
From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly by name, and they were incredibly helpful with our luggage. Taking off our shoes upon entering the hotel created a feeling of comfort and cleanliness that made us feel right at home. After a smooth check-in process, during which they confirmed our breakfast time, the staff graciously guided us through the hotel, sharing helpful information about opening hours for various amenities.
Our room was beautifully adorned in traditional Japanese style, complete with an open-air bath. Enjoying this serene experience during the winter was simply magical! We also savored a delectable Kaiseki dinner in our room, which was not only a feast for our taste buds but also left us delightfully satisfied.
The onsens were a real highlight, featuring an adjacent sauna. With daily alternating access for women and men every other day, we were able to enjoy both during our stay. Families will find this hotel exceptionally accommodating, thanks to its variety of playrooms and relaxation spaces catering to guests of all ages. Plus, the complimentary refreshments and bar in the lobby until 10 PM added a lovely touch to our experience.
Breakfast was a true delight, with a peaceful view of the snow outside the restaurant, enhancing the serene atmosphere.
On our departure day, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a shuttle bus to take us to the JR station, making our exit seamless and convenient.
Looking back, our only regret is that we stayed just one night—I can't wait to return and immerse myself in a different season's beauty. This hotel is now firmly on my list for future visits, and I’m already looking forward to the next adventure!

IInvitéOur reservation for this hotel was done at the last minute. I managed to get the last room available after we missed our flight as a result of a snowstorm. Our travelling companions were less fortunate, and their reservation glitched out, likely due to the increased network traffic. However, thanks to the kind assistance of Yi Lin (who was a terrific polyglot fluent in both English, Japanese, and Chinese!), we were able to get things in order, and we had a very smooth check-in and reception.
The rooms were very comfortable and the amenities provided were more than sufficient. We had a great view of the airport runway too. We were provided with ample drinks and snacks through the minibar, and our hotel meals, surprisingly, ended up being a highlight of our trip.
We were more than satisfied with our rooms and the service provided to us by all the hotel staff. Cleanliness was immaculate, too.

IInvitéLe paysage de l'hôtel est vraiment magnifique, avec vue sur le lac d'un côté, vue sur la mer de l'autre et vue sur la montagne de l'autre. Marcher dans la neige pendant trois heures pour voir le paysage m'a rendu heureux physiquement et mentalement. Les enfants skient dans la station de ski de l'hôtel🎿. Il y a peu de monde et il n'y a pas lieu de s'inquiéter pour la sécurité. Il existe deux types de petit-déjeuner, de style occidental et japonais. J'ai essayé les deux et ils sont très bons. Il n'y a pratiquement aucun endroit où manger pour déjeuner et prendre un verre, mais il y a une boulangerie au premier étage. Le pain fraîchement sorti du four est très bon et vous pouvez également acheter un gâteau pour le thé de l'après-midi. Vous devez réserver à l'avance pour un restaurant pour le dîner. Bien que le prix soit cher, l'environnement et le service sont très bons.
