From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe.  Breakfast and dining at the hotel also deserve special mention. The buffet breakfast was generous and satisfying — a great way to start a busy day in Davao. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. What stood out was how the hotel blends comfort, convenience, and courteous service with enough extras to feel like more than just a “place to sleep.” The pool, spa, and kitchen-equipped rooms make it a strong choice for families, couples, business travellers — essentially anyone who values a balance of luxury and practicality. The hotel residence is very cozy to stay the style is a kind of vintage ambience. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Facilities are good, transportation is very accessible and convenient.

Le service était excellent, le transport était bien organisé et bien organisé. Le personnel et l'équipage étaient très confortables, polis et attentifs tout au long de notre séjour. J'ai apprécié la qualité de tous, certains de l'équipage ont même aidé à prendre nos photos, ce qui a fait l'expérience plus mémorable. Je donne 4 étoiles pour la propreté parce que j'ai remarqué qu'il y avait un nid d'oiseaux dans la maison de Samal, et il y avait des moments où les oiseaux étaient présents dans la région. En général, il était encore un séjour merveilleux et relaxant, et kudos à l'ensemble de l'équipe pour leur hospitalité et un excellent service client.

The hotel is clean and in a great location, making it convenient to get around and access nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. The only downside was the breakfast, which had limited options and could be improved by offering a wider variety of food. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider staying here again.

We had a pleasant stay at Blue Lotus Hotel - we booked a king size bed and the room given was vey spacious. The room had adequate amenities . We will stay here again the next time we are in Davao.

Le petit déjeuner est très varié chaque jour. Si vous demandez un bacon, ils vous feront un bon déjeuner. Le personnel est très confortable et je m'aime comment ils saluent les invités tout le temps. Le spa est étonnant et très relaxant et la salle de sport est propre et ouverte 24/7. La piscine est jolie. Nous avons une belle vue du 5ème étage. Tout le monde est super mabait et étonnant des gardes à la réception, au personnel et au service de la maison. Recommandera cet hôtel à mes amis qui visiteront Davao
