Stunning location! Walked into the lobby and was floored by panoramic views of the cape. The hotel isn't modern or new, but it's well-maintained. Stayed in the tatami room and it's extremely spacious. Opt for the dinner buffet as there aren't lots of dining options unless you drive. Breakfast was full of Western and Japanese options. Oiishi!

We had a pleasant stay in general. However, room ceaning service needs to be improved. Our group of people have a few bad experiences. 1) after returning to room after the day, there was a used mask left in the bathroom. There’s also a day without providing onsen towels and we had to bring over the mid size ones 2) the door of my friend’s room remained open after the cleaning service (a 3M sticker with なすし2 sticked on wall). Glad there’s no missing items 3) another room, there was blood and urine stint left on the toilet cover! I hope the hotel can take it seriously as it indeed ruins the brand of IHG and bad customer experience.

Dans l'environnement naturel entouré de montagnes et de forêts, le ruisseau limpide derrière l'auberge coule en gargouillant, guérissant le corps et l'esprit. Il est amusant de profiter de chacune des quatre sources chaudes qui coulent directement de la source, mais nous recommandons particulièrement la source chaude la plus profonde du Japon. Il s'agit d'un bain de roche naturel automoteur ”Shirasaru no Yu”. C'est une source chaude très rare. En raison de sa profondeur, vous pouvez vous lever pour entrer, mais il est uniformément réparti dans tout votre corps. On dit que l'application d'une pression d'eau chaude peut favoriser efficacement la circulation sanguine. La salle a également une atmosphère nostalgique, comme si elle voyageait dans le passé. L'accueil du personnel est également très attentionné. Si vous avez la possibilité de séjourner à Hanamaki, c'est un hôtel qui vaut le détour.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here during my trip, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm and attentive service.

Great stay. Front desk was courteous and offered complimentary luggage storage after checkout. Room was nice, well designed and had a small couch which was really great! 10 mins from Morioka Station by bus (easy) or 15 by foot. Many local attractions, bars and restaurants nearby. If you like a dive bar don’t mis Soul Bar Jody across the street. Unfortunately I forgot to take photos of the room, but can share a few recs for good spots within a 10 min walk. There is also a Starbucks on the first floor if you need a little something to get you going before heading outside.

距離安比高原很近民宿有提供雪場接送服務 同時也有請其他員工負責來做接送，所以民宿要到雪場輕鬆滑雪是沒有問題的 比較有問題的是如何到達民宿如果拿雪具要搭巴士的話從巴士站到民宿有一段距離，雪地要推20分鐘的行李很困難 如果是到了JR站請民宿老闆來接會有需要打電話溝通的問題，並且有接送時間的限制，這方面網站並沒有說明的很清楚 另外就是透過trip.com跟民宿之間的溝通不是很順暢, 必須要親自透過打電話確認住宿，老闆也是廚師，所以不太回email, trip.comAI線上客服則幫不上忙 我會覺得住這裡自行開車是比較理想的 早餐算是可以吃得飽準備出門滑雪 但是晚餐的話則是非常的簡單對某些人來說可能會有點吃不飽 民宿有優惠雪票與雪具提供 整體來說如果能解決到達民宿的問題，我會願意再次入住這間民宿

Je suis un voyageur américain en affaires. Le personnel de l'hôtel est le plus gentil, le plus soignant et passionné que j'ai rencontré à l'hôtel. Les équipements sont fantastiques, la nourriture de l'hôtel est fenomenale, et mon séjour est toujours relaxant. Les chambres sont très propres et confortables. Il y a une belle voie naturelle près d'un fleuve qui est aussi beau. Si vous êtes à Hanamaki ou que vous cherchez quelque part pour profiter d'un week-end pacifique, je suggère Kashoen.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely incredible, the room was very spacious with a western style room attached to an 8 tatami tea room, and floor to ceiling windows highlighting the snowy exterior. The onsen with indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic, and most people staying at the hotel wore yukata which gave the whole experience a tranquil vibe. The bus from Morioka goes directly to the hotel. It was a perfect traditional Japanese hotel.

L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la mer et dispose de chambres propres et confortables avec un peu d'espace pour les bagages. C'était un peu de loin des restaurants si vous n'y aviez pas réservé pour dîner, mais une bonne expérience.

C'est un très bon hôtel à partir avec 2 Onsen au sol séparé, ont également un onsen privé pré-book pour le couple ❤️. Voir magnifique de ma chambre. Le kit de repas est également excellent. Certainement reviendra.
