非常優質的溫泉會館，很多泡湯池可選擇，這次在一月份入住，有幾個露天泡湯池格外有味道，下著大雪泡腳熱呼呼的湯，還有溪流搭配山脈的美景。房間也非常的寬敞乾淨，是個值得推薦的好地方。

L'hôtel est à environ 1 km de la station Morioka. La route vers l'hôtel est vraiment bouleversante avec beaucoup de surfaces inégales. Si vous avez des bagages lourds ou pas assez forts physiquement, je suggère de prendre un taxi. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et précitées pour son argent. Le château de morioka est situé à droite autour du coin. Globalement, si vous êtes un voyageur léger, vous recommandez très fortement cet hôtel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here during my trip, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm and attentive service.

It’s a very nice get away hotel with 2 Onsen at separate floor, also have a pre-book private onsen for the couple ❤️. Stunning view from my suite room. Dinner food set are also excellent. Definitely will come back again.

Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, le parc de voitures est très bien situé et nous avons été très aidés à vous rendre visite et toutes les installations ont été complètement expliquées à ce moment-là, nous permettant de réserver notre temps de repas. La chambre était confortable et traditionnelle, la vue, étonnante! Avec un soir de soleil, il a été pris le temps de profiter de la vue dans un environnement contrôlé par la température. Les toilettes fournies étaient magnifiques et je vais certainement chercher à les acheter pour ma maison. Le dîner était un buffet chinois avec une excellente sélection de plats. Barbecues pour la table et sashimi délicieux et la main préparé sushi. Soupes, prunes, salade et plus! Pour suivre était une gamme de gâteau et de crèmes de glace. La chambre est confortable et large, le salon dispose de café gratuit. La ville est plus loin. Vous pouvez regarder les étoiles à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, très surpris!

We had a pleasant stay in general. However, room ceaning service needs to be improved. Our group of people have a few bad experiences. 1) after returning to room after the day, there was a used mask left in the bathroom. There’s also a day without providing onsen towels and we had to bring over the mid size ones 2) the door of my friend’s room remained open after the cleaning service (a 3M sticker with なすし2 sticked on wall). Glad there’s no missing items 3) another room, there was blood and urine stint left on the toilet cover! I hope the hotel can take it seriously as it indeed ruins the brand of IHG and bad customer experience.

距離安比高原很近民宿有提供雪場接送服務 同時也有請其他員工負責來做接送，所以民宿要到雪場輕鬆滑雪是沒有問題的 比較有問題的是如何到達民宿如果拿雪具要搭巴士的話從巴士站到民宿有一段距離，雪地要推20分鐘的行李很困難 如果是到了JR站請民宿老闆來接會有需要打電話溝通的問題，並且有接送時間的限制，這方面網站並沒有說明的很清楚 另外就是透過trip.com跟民宿之間的溝通不是很順暢, 必須要親自透過打電話確認住宿，老闆也是廚師，所以不太回email, trip.comAI線上客服則幫不上忙 我會覺得住這裡自行開車是比較理想的 早餐算是可以吃得飽準備出門滑雪 但是晚餐的話則是非常的簡單對某些人來說可能會有點吃不飽 民宿有優惠雪票與雪具提供 整體來說如果能解決到達民宿的問題，我會願意再次入住這間民宿

I am a US traveler on business. I have visited Kashoen before and based on my experiences it is the only hotel I will ever stay at in Hanamaki. The hotel staff are the kindest, most caring, and passionate people I have met at a hotel. The amenities are fantastic, the hotel food is phenomenal, and my stay is always relaxing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a nice nature trail nearby with a river that is beautiful as well. If you are in Hanamaki or are looking for somewhere to enjoy a peaceful weekend at, I suggest Kashoen.

食事は岩手牛、松茸御膳と大変美味しかったです。龍泉洞ビール、紫波のワインがあります。ワインは売店で3000円のを3500円で飲めるので良心的かと。ヨーグルトソフトクリームのサービスがあり食後に楽しませて貰いました。 温泉は、泉質：弱アルカリ性　PH8・5 龍泉洞の地底湖と同じ源泉をくみ上げ、活性石にとおした水を沸かしているため、柔らかな優しいお湯でした。 龍泉洞まで車で5分かからず、浄土ヶ浜まで50分と、観光拠点として便利でした。 コスパは良いホテルかと思います。 EV充電はあるけれど料金が高く使用しませんでした。
