The location is beautiful and the views from the car park assured us we had chosen well. Check in was helpful and all facilities were fully explained at this time, allowing us to book our dining time. The room was comfortable and traditional; the view, amazing! With an afternoon of sunshine, time was taken to enjoy the view in a temperature controlled setting. There was a beautiful tea set and tea provided along with some complementary snacks and water. The toiletries provided were lovely and I shall certainly be looking to purchase these for my home. Dinner was a Chinese style buffet, with an excellent selection of dishes. Barbecues for the table and delicious sashimi and hand prepared sushi. Soups, stews, salad and more! To follow was an assortment of cakes and ice creams. Staff were very helpful and polite and the food was filling and delicious. We then retired to the hotel bar where we were again greeted by a lovely member of staff. Upon return to our room, futons had been prepared and the room made ready for sleep. These were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious with a huge array of dishes to choose from. Check out was simple and staff were helpful and polite. I will definitely be returning! I

We had a pleasant stay in general. However, room ceaning service needs to be improved. Our group of people have a few bad experiences. 1) after returning to room after the day, there was a used mask left in the bathroom. There’s also a day without providing onsen towels and we had to bring over the mid size ones 2) the door of my friend’s room remained open after the cleaning service (a 3M sticker with なすし2 sticked on wall). Glad there’s no missing items 3) another room, there was blood and urine stint left on the toilet cover! I hope the hotel can take it seriously as it indeed ruins the brand of IHG and bad customer experience.

Dans l'environnement naturel entouré de montagnes et de forêts, le ruisseau limpide derrière l'auberge coule en gargouillant, guérissant le corps et l'esprit. Il est amusant de profiter de chacune des quatre sources chaudes qui coulent directement de la source, mais nous recommandons particulièrement la source chaude la plus profonde du Japon. Il s'agit d'un bain de roche naturel automoteur ”Shirasaru no Yu”. C'est une source chaude très rare. En raison de sa profondeur, vous pouvez vous lever pour entrer, mais il est uniformément réparti dans tout votre corps. On dit que l'application d'une pression d'eau chaude peut favoriser efficacement la circulation sanguine. La salle a également une atmosphère nostalgique, comme si elle voyageait dans le passé. L'accueil du personnel est également très attentionné. Si vous avez la possibilité de séjourner à Hanamaki, c'est un hôtel qui vaut le détour.

Conveniently located beside JR Morioka station and Iwate Galaxy Railway (IGR) Line with the bus terminus across the road in front of the hotel and also housed within the same building as the FESAN Shopping Mall. Room was spacious and the breakfast (buffet style) in the hotel’s Chinese restaurant was good. City sightseeing bus stops at 5pm so I opted to walk to Morioka Castle/Park which took about 20mins to reach.

La comodité de cette position est dépassée. C'est particulièrement bien. La distance de marche de l'hôtel est le parc de villes, le rocher, le dragon, le sanctuaire de la montagne, le sacré pétrole, le portrait de la station り, pas loin de la gare. L'hôtel est en bas avec le bus public のりば N multiroute pour aller au parc Gauss. Très bien. Après avoir fait un voyage à Sang-Gon, cet hôtel est fermé. Je souhaite également que le petit barbar de la réception さん devienne le président dans les meilleurs délais.

距離安比高原很近民宿有提供雪場接送服務 同時也有請其他員工負責來做接送，所以民宿要到雪場輕鬆滑雪是沒有問題的 比較有問題的是如何到達民宿如果拿雪具要搭巴士的話從巴士站到民宿有一段距離，雪地要推20分鐘的行李很困難 如果是到了JR站請民宿老闆來接會有需要打電話溝通的問題，並且有接送時間的限制，這方面網站並沒有說明的很清楚 另外就是透過trip.com跟民宿之間的溝通不是很順暢, 必須要親自透過打電話確認住宿，老闆也是廚師，所以不太回email, trip.comAI線上客服則幫不上忙 我會覺得住這裡自行開車是比較理想的 早餐算是可以吃得飽準備出門滑雪 但是晚餐的話則是非常的簡單對某些人來說可能會有點吃不飽 民宿有優惠雪票與雪具提供 整體來說如果能解決到達民宿的問題，我會願意再次入住這間民宿

第一次住日式溫泉旅館，晚餐是在自己房間吃的。食物種類很多，最後的米飯很特別，但我已經吃不下，溫泉有室內和室外。很大，景色很美，還有桑拿。沐浴液和洗髮水有很多款式給選擇。早餐也很棒。房間很大，窗外景色很美。還有按摩椅可以鬆鬆背。

I loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely incredible, the room was very spacious with a western style room attached to an 8 tatami tea room, and floor to ceiling windows highlighting the snowy exterior. The onsen with indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic, and most people staying at the hotel wore yukata which gave the whole experience a tranquil vibe. The bus from Morioka goes directly to the hotel. It was a perfect traditional Japanese hotel.

Super hôtel avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Les levées de soleil à ne pas manquer. La restauration est excellente tout comme le service. Un bain chaud est grand et avec vue sur mer également. La seule chose qui nous a manquée c'est la laverie automatique.

It’s a very nice get away hotel with 2 Onsen at separate floor, also have a pre-book private onsen for the couple ❤️. Stunning view from my suite room. Dinner food set are also excellent. Definitely will come back again.
