Le personnel était très attentionné et sympathique, les plats du petit-déjeuner étaient suffisants et délicieux et le ménage était bon. Ce que l'on peut dire négativement, c'est que l'éclairage de la pièce était un peu insuffisant et que nous avons eu quelques problèmes car nous ne pouvions pas modifier le réglage de la climatisation pour chauffer.

Arrivé de nuit, le service et la chambre sont d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix, le parking est gratuit et le petit déjeuner a une belle vue. La petite ville est plus confortable que la grande. Elle a une note de cinq étoiles, je la recommande vraiment.

L'hôtel est très calme, bien qu'il soit sur une route occupée. Tout le personnel était très aimable et utile. L'hôtel a une haute sécurité, donc aucun étranger et aucun taxi ne peut passer sans permission. Le petit déjeuner était le seul décevant pour moi, car j'attendais beaucoup plus de variété comme certains des Hilton's que j'ai passé avec. Je resterais encore ici pour sûr.

Our stay at Crown Plaza Bursa was wonderful, and the room was upgraded to a superior room, which was very spacious with all the amenities anybody needs. Breakfast was so tasty with a large selection of food that all you desired was just in front of your eyes, plus the choice of preparing any special dish on the spot by the chef. All staff at the hotel from reception to housekeeping and waiters were very professional and doing everything to serve guests satisfactory. I would like to thank Ms CARMEN, the guest relation manager, for her outstanding assistance for hotel guests that made our stay very unique and memorable which will make us go back soon and tell all of our friends and relatives and any body who want to really enjoy Bursa is to stay at this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the Le Luxe Suite Hotel. The price matches the quality, and overall everything was quite good. It can be a bit noisy since the hotel is very close to the main road, but the bed is extremely comfortable — and for me, that’s what matters most. The staff are truly wonderful, warm and helpful, the kind of team that makes you want to come back again. Special thanks to Tarek for his help.

Installations : les installations sont très nouvelles Santé: l'hygiène est propre Environnement: Il y a un restaurant à manger à proximité, l'environnement de l'hôtel est très bon Service: Le service de petit frère de la réception est très bon, parce que je suis arrivé un peu plus tôt, je m'en occupe directement, très bien.

Günübirlik Bursa turunda tercih ettik. Otel Konum olarak doğrudan turistik bölgelere yürüme mesafesinde olmasa da araçla çok yakın. Gürültü olmaması için böyle tercih etmiştik ki doğru tercih ettiğimizi anladık. Konum itibariyle huzurlu bir yer. Çalışanlar ***et yardım sever kişiler. Açık büfe kahvaltısı yeterli. Verandasında oturup dinlenmek için iyi. Kaldığımız oda ***et kullanışlı ve temizdi. Banyoda musluğun üzerine diş fırçası vs koymak için küçük bir raf koyarsanız; daha iyi olur. Bir de camları kapatıp açarken kornişler camlara çok yakın olduğundan biraz zorlanıyor. Tekrar bir Bursa seyahati düşündüğümde tercih edebileceğim bir nokta oldu.

I am so glad we go ahead and book this place. Its very near to Ulu Camii Mosque. Just cross the road and you will reach the mosque and we basically walk around to have our lunch and dinner. Mr Suphi is such a great help as he rendered us with our heavy luggage up the stairs. Hotel has a lift but our room is on the older side I think, so we have to go up this stairs above the lobby. Mr Suphi also assist us to get our laundry washed and return back to the hotel on time. Within the same day. Hotel also provides delicious turkish kind of breakfast. This hotel is highly recommended. Thank you for the awesome experience we had for our first time in Bursa.

On est toujours très belles mais la température des piscines a été un peu plus basse, je crois que la piscine les plus basse, et la piscine de la jacuzzi que les couples peuvent utiliser, était un peu plus chaude que jamais.
