À notre arrivée, nous avons eu un problème avec notre chambre. Elle paraissait très vieille et démodée, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et le Wi-Fi était inexistant. J'ai déposé une réclamation le lendemain matin à 8h. Il a fallu attendre deux soirs de suite pour que le problème soit résolu et qu'on nous propose une autre chambre. Cette nouvelle chambre était exceptionnelle. La climatisation fonctionnait. Elle était moderne, plus jolie et moins étroite que la précédente. On pouvait accéder au lit facilement des deux côtés, contrairement à l'autre chambre où le lit était collé au mur. Cette nouvelle chambre était donc bien plus agréable. Le seul bémol de l'hôtel était le Wi-Fi, extrêmement mauvais, voire inexistant. Mais c'était le seul problème que nous avons rencontré durant notre séjour. Tout le reste était parfait, de la propreté au personnel. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était correct, même s'il manquait de choix pour les palais occidentaux. Pour un Philippin, c'était suffisant.

I enjoyed staying in this place although the flat was a little hard to find, make sure that you connect with the landlord first :)

Location is good as it is near the airport and the city. Breakfast buffet is superb! Pools are big and clean. Staffs are helpful. Good and fast internet connection. My only prob is that TV is useless. No cable, not installed with netflix or internet. So no entertainment if you’re in room. But overall, its a really nice hotel and affordable.

Les petits déjeuners étaient délicieux, proposant une cuisine philippine, avec un buffet et un menu à la carte selon l’occupation. La chambre était spacieuse, mais la climatisation était bruyante. De l’eau potable était disponible à la fontaine à eau à l’étage, très pratique ! Un grand centre commercial, des cafés et des restaurants se trouvent à proximité. J’ai beaucoup aimé cet hôtel et je le recommande vivement !

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Acacia Hotel Davao, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and everything felt organized and guest-friendly. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The food was also excellent, with a good variety of choices that catered to different tastes. Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I would definitely give Acacia Hotel Davao a 5-star rating. I had a wonderful stay at Cozy Condo Bed Space in Davao! The accommodation is cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Sir Noel, the owner, is incredibly generous and attentive, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, checking in to see how my stay is going and ensuring I have everything I need. This place is perfect for solo travelers like me who also need to work during their stay. They provided a desk and office chair, making it very convenient to get work done comfortably. While it would have been even better to have a variety of lighting options, what’s available was still perfectly sufficient. I truly appreciate all the effort Sir Noel puts into making his guests feel welcome and cared for. It’s rare to find such a combination of cleanliness, comfort, and personal attention. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Davao, and I’ve already recommended this place to my friends. Without a doubt, I’m giving Cozy Condo Bed Space a full course rating! 😊✨
