Excellent castle living experience. Personnel sont agréables.

While your hotel facilities are acceptable, the operational failures and hostile staff conduct during my recent stay were entirely unacceptable. My room was located excessively far from the lobby, which amplified a serious safety hazard: the in-room telephone was completely broken. When I discovered the television was also unusable (stating the room was ”not checked in”), housekeeping dismissed me, forcing me to walk all the way to reception just to report your own technical failures. Worse, I experienced an emergency when my phone died without a universal adapter. Instead of helping me during an urgent situation, your staff predatorily refused to assist unless I purchased an overpriced adapter from the hotel. To top it all off, the reception staff were cold and dismissive. Their complete lack of basic courtesy and welcoming demeanor went beyond poor customer service. it felt distinctly like racial bias. A broken room phone is a safety violation, but your staff’s total lack of empathy during an emergency is a failure of management. I expect a formal response regarding how you plan to address these room defects and the deeply problematic behavior of your front desk team. Mein Zimmer lag extrem weit von der Lobby entfernt, was ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko verschärfte: Das Zimmertelefon war komplett defekt. Als ich feststellte, dass auch der Fernseher nicht funktionierte (Anzeige: „Zimmer nicht eingecheckt“), wurde ich vom Housekeeping abgewiesen. Ich wurde gezwungen, den gesamten Weg zur Rezeption zu laufen, nur um Ihre eigenen technischen Fehler zu melden. Noch schlimmer war, dass ich mich in einer Notsituation befand, als mein Handy-Akku leer war und ich keinen Universaladapter dabei hatte. Anstatt mir in dieser dringenden Lage zu helfen, weigerte sich Ihr Personal, mich zu unterstützen, und drängte mich stattdessen in räuberischer Absicht dazu, einen völlig überteuerten Adapter vom Hotel zu kaufen. Zu allem Überfluss war das Personal an der Rezeption kalt und abweisend. Der völlige Mangel an grundlegender Höflichkeit ging über schlechten Kundenservice hinaus – es fühlte sich eindeutig nach rassistischer Voreingenommenheit an. Ein defektes Zimmertelefon ist ein Sicherheitsverstoß, aber das völlige Fehlen von Empathie Ihres Personals in einer Notsituation ist ein Versagen des Managements. Ich erwarte eine formelle Rückmeldung darüber, wie Sie diese Mängel im Zimmer und das zutiefst problematische Verhalten Ihres Rezeptionsteams beheben wollen.

Great stay! Attention to details, the moment we walked into the hotel lobby calming aroma sense, welcoming us .Sweets and water provided at the hotel lobby. The room is spacious. Pro: Location: stone throw away from the train station, old town and tons of food choices. Service: great service, Official check in time 3pm, we arrived at 1pm and our room was ready. The staff were friendly and service with smiles. Amenities: there is a sauna room, we didn't get to use it but we went to check it out. It is sparkling clean! Disposable room slippers provided which are rare in Europe. They also provide pulse point essential oil placed at the bedside. Love the sense. Kettle provided in the room, convenient for quick coffee fix. Con: Bed: this is the only major concern. The bed support is bad, at the hard side.

En ouvrant la porte de ma chambre, j'ai eu une petite surprise pour mon anniversaire ; l'équipe de Lady in Red s'était vraiment surpassée. Après le petit-déjeuner, j'ai croisé Zheng Qinwen à l'entrée de l'hôtel ; il s'avère qu'elles logeaient dans le même hôtel ! 😄 Je choisirai sans hésiter le Kempinski Four Seasons la prochaine fois !

The location was one of its biggest strengths for us. The hotel is only one bus stop away from Munich Messe, or about a five-minute drive if you're coming by car. For anyone attending an exhibition or event there, it makes the early mornings and long days feel much more manageable. Another thing that stood out was just how clean and well maintained the hotel felt. You could tell that some parts of the property, such as the carpets, had been there for quite a few years, but they were looked after remarkably well. Rather than feeling worn, the hotel gave the impression of being carefully maintained and respected by the people running it. I also appreciated the little touches in the lobby. There were refreshments available for both adults and children—ice cream, cookies, and drinks—which added a welcoming atmosphere to the space. It was one of those simple gestures that makes a hotel feel more hospitable and less transactional. The gym being open 24 hours a day was another unexpected bonus. Whether arriving late after a long day or wanting an early workout before heading out, having that flexibility was genuinely useful. For those arriving by car, the free parking directly in front of the hotel was another convenience that shouldn't be underestimated, especially around Munich where parking can quickly become expensive or complicated. The only less positive part of our stay was an interaction at the front desk. One of the gentlemen working there came across as somewhat impatient and a little abrupt. To be fair, the hotel was fully booked during our visit, and it was easy to imagine that the workload and constant stream of guests might have been contributing factors. Still, it stood out slightly against what was otherwise a very positive experience.

Pour un hôtel situé près du lac avec une notation relativement élevée, j'attendais naturellement une chambre confortable et raisonnablement spacieuse avec une vue agréable sur le lac. La chambre était très petite, le lit se sentait crampé, et le plafond était très bas en raison du toit déroulé, ce qui signifie que je ne pouvais même pas me siéger en position debout sur le lit confortablement. La chambre était petite, la chambre était très sombre, et elle n'avait rien de plaisant. Pour une chambre à prix d'environ 150 € par nuit, ce type d'espace et de condition semble injustifié. Il y a une zone de bien-être, un gym et un restaurant avec de grands aliments et une belle vue. Cependant, le restaurant est également très cher, et le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus et doit être payé séparément. Compte tenu du prix, je ne pense pas que ces aspects méritent d'être loués excessivement. Ce qui compte vraiment est la chambre elle-même.Payer 150 € par nuit pour une chambre d'environ 15 mètres carrés, avec une hauteur moyenne de plafond inférieure à 2.2 mètres et une fenêtre très petite face à la balconie d'autres m'a fait sincèrement sentir mal. À mon avis, la qualité de la chambre ne correspond pas au prix.

A lovely hotel offering full amenities and a wonderful breakfast. The atmosphere is welcoming, the facilities are well-maintained, and the breakfast selection is exceptional—perfect for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Le centre de la ville est très confortable et très confortable. Dans trois nuits seulement à Munich, nous avons personnellement assisté à des incidents tels que la lutte et le vol de magasins, ce qui a créé un fort sentiment d'insécurité pour nous, en tant que famille voyageant avec des enfants jeunes. C'est inacceptable pour un hôtel de cette marque bien connue et il est choquant que la sécurité des clients n'ait pas été évidemment prise en considération au cours de la phase de conception. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée quand on est revenus le soir. Lorsque nous avons demandé l'aide pour empêcher le coffre-fort, le nettoyeur a refusé, affirmant que notre chambre n'était pas dans leur zone de travail attribuée, même si elle était au même étage. Le nettoyage n'a été effectué qu'après avoir appelé la ligne de garde-fous, ce qui nous a très déçus par la norme de service. Globalement, l'expérience a été bien inférieure aux attentes d'un hôtel de marque, en particulier en termes de sécurité, de conception et de qualité de service.

Un ami m'avait recommandé cet hôtel, ce qui en faisait un choix pratique pour les voyageurs ayant un vol matinal. Le personnel de la réception était moyen, mais les autres membres du personnel étaient très aimables. Les couverts sur la table du petit-déjeuner n'étaient pas correctement nettoyés. Je l'ai signalé au personnel, qui les a immédiatement remplacés et m'a expliqué la situation. Pour un hôtel cinq étoiles, un tel niveau de propreté est inacceptable.
