We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404. After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience. The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it! Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week! A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable. We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive! The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok. I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate.

Тихий, атмосферный отель. Рядом с отелем много заброшенных домиков и, к сожалению, мусора - но от отеля это не зависит. Расположен в очень тихом местечке с минимумом инфраструктуры. В сезон, когда везде большое кол-во туристов, подойдет для любителей тишины. Идеально для туристов с машиной. До Навшехира с кафешками, магазинами и маршрутками можно дойти пешком минут за 20-30. Брали номер с террасой- прекрасно для созерцания природы и отдыха. Бассейн с сауной пока мы пребывали в отеле несколько дней не работал. Само помещение достаточно маленькое и если там отдыхает семья или компания на несколько человек, то уже ими не воспользуешься, тк будет некомфортно. В остальном все прекрасно и гостеприимно)

C'est un très bon hôtel, il se trouve juste à côté de Pigeon Valley et le château d'Uchisar se trouve juste en dessous. Vous pouvez voir des montgolfières survoler la terrasse et les chambres de l'hôtel. Il a été rénové à partir d'une ancienne grotte. est hygiénique. 和朋友去格雷梅旅行住了這家酒店，衞生環境和服務都不錯，酒店早餐種類很多，通往前台的道路有一個露台可以俯瞰格雷梅小鎮，景色非常美麗，酒店位置也非常好，去觀景台看熱氣球衹需要步行13分鐘，距離小鎮的餐館，小店都非常近，步行三分鐘就有一家小超市，總體來説非常推薦入住 唯二不足的就是，酒店的wifi非常差，幾乎用不了，希望能夠提升一下Wi-Fi質量，另外洞穴房間是沒空調的，雙人間有空調，三人間是洞穴所以沒有，不過洞穴的結構使得住起來也不算熱

Le service est très enthousiaste, mais il n'y a pas de bouilloire chaude dans la chambre. Ce n'est pas bon pour les Chinois. Le lit est un peu épais.

The place is a wonderful location. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. You can walk to a lot of different attractions in the region without much difficulty. There’s 20 or 30 restaurants within a five minute walk the view of the hot air balloon balloons from my room was amazing. The Turkish breakfast included in the room is a great value and is so large. It can also count as lunch. We would definitely recommend it and we would stay there again

Not up to Mariott standard. Room is quite new, clean, and spacious. However there were several problems with the room during our stays. 1) Room temp was too hot (around 24C) which is not comfortable to sleep during the night. The first night, technician came to fix but still need to wait for almost 4 hours (until midnight) then the tem was down too 22C. The next morning, we asked trip.com agent to tell the hotel to fix this by turn on the A/C in advance so that when we back around 6pm the temp will be 21-22C. But nothing was done accoridng to our request. We came back to hotel and need to wait for the temperature until midnight again. The next day we asked the hotel directly to turn on the A/C the whole day wthout turn it off. Then this was the only night that when we came back the room temp was ready at 21-22C. This A/C problem happened to 2 rooms (709 and 1105) 2) The amenity in the rooms were not well prepared. The tissue in the room was finished. The shower gel and hair shampoo also finished. We has to ask for it by ourselves. 3) At the first night, hot water in room 1105 had problem. Technician had to come fix it. So we wasted so much of our time at the hotel with fixing the room problem which was very disappointing and frustating. By the way, we asked for the “ICE”, the hotel said that we have to pay for it, which was quite strange because we could ask for the it during breakfast. Minor thing, but just thought that it would be great if it was free for hotel guest.

Très bon hôtel ! C'est très pratique dans la ville. Il y a une terrasse d'observation à côté et cela ne prend que quelques minutes à pied jusqu'à l'hôtel. Il y a un toit où vous pourrez boire et fumer du narguilé. Il y aura également un spectacle de groupe. De 19h à 20h, la salle est également parfumée. L'omelette du petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel est délicieuse et les fruits sont délicieux aussi ! Ce sont les oranges les plus sucrées que j'ai goûtées en Turquie. Les Trois Inkas de l'hôtel sont si mignonnes. La réception peut vous aider à réserver tous les éléments de divertissement. Cependant, nous l'avons réservé nous-mêmes à l'avance et nous n'y sommes pas allés. accueillant. J'apprécie vraiment mon séjour à l'hôtel. J'espère avoir l'occasion de revenir.
