This is one of the coolest hotels I've ever been to In my Life. If you like Gothic architecture and something different bored of the same old boutique hotels this is a place to come visit. The blood pool in the hell dungeon is amazing with snakes and stone on the ceiling. If you are into rock music Gothic medieval and still want the luxuries this is the place you have to come see.

EN GÉNÉRAL : Un charmant hôtel de charme avec une belle décoration de grottes et de rochers. Je l'ai choisi parce que la décoration est un mélange des deux, contrairement à d'autres dans la région. Le service est incroyable et le personnel est vraiment serviable. Ils ont proposé de m'aider à transporter ma valise jusqu'à la chambre à coucher de ma chambre. J'y suis allé au début de la saison, fin mars, et l'hôtel m'a gentiment surclassé gratuitement dans une chambre de luxe, qui comporte deux niveaux, la salle de bain en dessous et la zone de couchage au-dessus. Dans la chambre, deux fenêtres s'ouvrent sur la ville de Göreme et les ballons si vous vous levez suffisamment tôt pour les voir avant le lever du soleil. Ils ont également récemment élargi leur offre de terrasses, il semble qu'ils en aient maintenant plusieurs, sans configuration d'oreillers différente. Le petit-déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet ouvert de 8h à 10h, la variété est limitée mais il y a des spécialités turques de meze, du menemem et des œufs à la coque tous les jours, des saucisses, une pâtisserie chaude, du pain, du fromage et du jambon, et pour les boissons - jus de fruits, thé et café, c'est juste. Français:COMMODITÉS : La salle de bain est TRÈS spacieuse, mais ne propose pas vraiment d'équipements réellement utiles. Il n'y a aucun kit de soins personnels supplémentaire - donc pas de bonnets de douche, de cotons-tiges, de petites choses comme ça. Il y a une douche à l'italienne dans un coin, une baignoire à l'autre extrémité et une cuvette de toilette au milieu avec un lavabo et un miroir également dans une autre zone. La porte est dotée d'un miroir intégral. Elle est magnifiquement conçue, mais l'agencement est un peu étrange et je pense que l'hôtel peut travailler à ajouter de petits détails pour améliorer l'expérience de la salle de bain car il y a tout à fait du potentiel pour cela. Mais l'eau chaude, les drains et la chasse d'eau fonctionnent très bien, donc c'est définitivement fonctionnel. EMPLACEMENT : L'hôtel est également idéalement situé à environ 10-12 minutes du célèbre point de lever/coucher du soleil pour l'observation des montgolfières (vous pouvez voir les montgolfières décoller là-bas). Le fait qu'il soit accessible à pied est incroyable ! Il est situé sur une petite colline et la rue principale de Göreme n'est qu'à 20 marches.

C'est un très bon hôtel, il se trouve juste à côté de Pigeon Valley et le château d'Uchisar se trouve juste en dessous. Vous pouvez voir des montgolfières survoler la terrasse et les chambres de l'hôtel. Il a été rénové à partir d'une ancienne grotte. est hygiénique. En particulier, le service peut être considéré comme méticuleux en ce qui concerne les conseils en matière de voyages, les correspondances de transport et les recommandations de restaurants, presque tous nos besoins ont été satisfaits de manière proactive et enthousiaste, et ils ont fait de leur mieux pour nous aider avec tout ce qu'ils pouvaient, ce qui nous a émus. beaucoup. Ce fut la meilleure expérience de notre voyage de deux semaines en Turquie. De plus, la patronne est originaire du Guangxi, et le patron local parle chinois et est très gentil. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404. After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience. The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it! Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week! A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable. We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive! The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok. I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate.

A beautiful hotel and a wonderful experience. Goreme is so beautiful and this hotel is located not too far from the central places where you can find lots of great restaurants and souvenir shops. The room is naturally cool and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the whole atmosphere at the hotel and the outside seating areas are perfect for relaxing after a long day of touring. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

L'hôtel grotte se sent propre et humide. Le linge est un peu chaud, mais la réception est très mignon avec une vue sur l'élévateur très bonne. Il y a tous les types d'instruments collectés par le patron dans le hall. Tout est très spécial. - Vous pouvez vous garer.

Best cave hotel in Gerome, beautiful room with huge space , and free access to balcony of Sultan suites for hot air balloon photography. Special shoutout to staff Alp , he gave us a tour of the hotel and room and gave us the most needed help when I had ankle injury from hot air balloon ride. Thank you for your service.

非常特別的主客交融的住宿體驗！ 酒店位於格雷梅小鎮邊緣，夜晚非常安靜。去格雷梅小鎮可以先走到路邊再打車（大概160-250里拉左右）洞穴房是當地特色，不可避免有灰，但衞生過關的，但不是每天打掃，可以去要缺的備品。 酒店早飯是固定的餐食，可以一邊看景色一邊吃，老闆推薦周圍的BBQ house物美價廉非常好吃，推薦！ 預訂之後，可以讓老闆幫忙預訂項目。我訂了接送機、綠線和熱氣球，車子會來門口接送，價格相對合理，入住時付現金即可，非常省心~ 因為類似民宿不是標準化的酒店，雖然門鎖和熱水不太好調（開門技巧是用力壓着門，開熱水技巧是先調全冷水再轉熱）但老闆人非常友好也很健談，在卡帕的三天非常開心~！

Not up to Mariott standard. Room is quite new, clean, and spacious. However there were several problems with the room during our stays. 1) Room temp was too hot (around 24C) which is not comfortable to sleep during the night. The first night, technician came to fix but still need to wait for almost 4 hours (until midnight) then the tem was down too 22C. The next morning, we asked trip.com agent to tell the hotel to fix this by turn on the A/C in advance so that when we back around 6pm the temp will be 21-22C. But nothing was done accoridng to our request. We came back to hotel and need to wait for the temperature until midnight again. The next day we asked the hotel directly to turn on the A/C the whole day wthout turn it off. Then this was the only night that when we came back the room temp was ready at 21-22C. This A/C problem happened to 2 rooms (709 and 1105) 2) The amenity in the rooms were not well prepared. The tissue in the room was finished. The shower gel and hair shampoo also finished. We has to ask for it by ourselves. 3) At the first night, hot water in room 1105 had problem. Technician had to come fix it. So we wasted so much of our time at the hotel with fixing the room problem which was very disappointing and frustating. By the way, we asked for the “ICE”, the hotel said that we have to pay for it, which was quite strange because we could ask for the it during breakfast. Minor thing, but just thought that it would be great if it was free for hotel guest.
