Alison’s Silk Road TravelsI decided to stay at Dunyo Palace as it had a swimming pool and was great value for money. Getting to Dunyo Palace was very easy on public transport as I caught bus no 33 from the centre of Bukhara straight to the outside of the hotel. It was easy. I have stayed at Dunyo palace before and I had a great stay. My room was bigger than expected with a fridge, air conditioning and a kettle. I was greeted by the nice reception lady she was very helpful. I had breakfast and it was a buffet with a large selection of Uzbekistan breakfast foods. An omelette was freshly prepared for me in the mornings. The hotel pool was really nice to swim in after a long day walking around sight seeing in Bukhara. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I will stay again in the future. The images I share are of the room I stayed in on my departure, the air conditioning, and the bathroom area. I’ve also added the places I visited while staying there. I have already added a lot of images to my last feedback if you want to check it out.

Wasn’t a very pleasant stay. On the first day we felt like a scam. We booked the room with an open window door but when we checked in, they gave us an accessible room next to the lift. Nothing looked like the picture on trip.com nor on Mercure website. The accessible bathroom design was also a huge miss. We tried to talk to front desk but they said that’s the last room they have and there were twin beds in the room, so that’s the correct room. They in the end asked us to request for room change the next day if we don’t ‘like’ it.
We waited the manager until late morning next day and explained the issue which was more than a room change request. The manager admitted there are only a few rooms that actually look like the picture on their website. They finally gave us the room that we actually booked after a long argument, and compensated us on the first night issue.
Beware of what you booked. They mixed a lot of different rooms into one room category and charge the same price point.
The room amenities were basic also.

Meilleure situation, atmosphère. Le meilleur restaurant de la ville est situé dans une maison d'affichage. L'hôtel est très confortable à la maison. Le personnel est gentilment responsable. Si vous prévoyez vos vacances à Bucarest, restez ici. Vous ne regretterez pas.

Girls who travelOur stay here was excellent! We decided to book this accomodation based on the other reviews, and it was even more wonderful than we thought! This is a home stay, and it was great to meet the family and speak with them. It is very close to the old city attractions, which made it so easy to walk to them. The family were lovely to us during our stay. The breakfast was extra special as our host made sure that we tried an array of dishes, and he even went out of his way to go to the market to get ingredients to prepare our breakfast. It was really lovely to go on the walking tour, we went to the summer palace and got to learn a lot about Uzbek culture during the tour. We chose to do a plov making class with the family as well, and it was the most delicious meal we had during the trip, and we really enjoyed learning how to make the dish and getting to know the family some more This stay was excellent and made us really love Bukhara, we highly recommend staying here!

Sylvia TeohI didn't take pic of the room as it is just a basic room. The staffs are polite and helpful. They don't speak English very well. The surrounding is very close to places of interest in Bukhara such as Ark of Bukhara, Ismail Museum, Chor Minor. It is very easy to walk around. The proximity from the hotel is within 30min walk.

InvitéLa chambre est très confortable et la chambre est très confortable. La chambre est un peu inconcevable et pas trop confortable, comme si sous l'hôtel avait été remplacée la chambre originalement conçue pour quelque chose d'autre. Les aéroports de l'île de Galerie sont très bien situés dans les environs de la ville de Galerie. Surtout selon les mesures prises par l'Ouzbékistan.

InvitéLocation-wise, the hotel is not in the city center, but that’s not a big issue in Bukhara, the city is small and a taxi ride of around 10–15 minutes gets you anywhere.
However, there is a construction site right next to the hotel. Work starts early in the morning, if you’re planning a trip anytime soon, I would not recommend staying here due to the noise . And the breakfast is quite disappointing.
Most importantly, the hygiene standard was concerning. The toilet paper provided in our room appeared to be visibly stained.

Несмотря на то, что отель заявляет о своих пати звездах, обслуживание и сервис соответствуют только 3 звездам.
Бассейн доступен только в теплое время года, тогда и заявляйте о своих звездах в теплое время года. В номере нет бутилированной воды. Есть SPA, но в номерах нет халатов, нужно идти в SPA в повседневной одежде и там выдадут халат. Пот этом халаты маленькие и старые. Полотенца в SPA все в бахроме от потертостей и износа. Персонал абсолютно не гостеприимный. Приятное впечатление, оставила только работница на ресепшен Жасмин.
