Our stay at this hotel was, overall, a pleasant experience. The property itself boasts an exotic charm, with a design that feels both inviting and unique. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in maintaining the premises was evident. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a rich and diverse selection that included an array of local dishes and traditional sweets—a perfect way to start the day immersed in the local culture. The service at the restaurant was warm and attentive. Special praise goes to the young waiter who welcomed us with a friendly demeanor when we arrived early in the morning, straight from the airport. His hospitality set a positive tone for our stay. The SPA and swimming pool facilities were well-maintained, providing a relaxing escape. However, the water in the pool was colder than expected, which slightly detracted from the overall experience. Regarding the room, or more accurately, rooms, they were consistently clean and tidy. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning in the first room assigned to us—the heating wasn’t functioning properly. After enduring three hours in an uncomfortably cold room, we informed the reception. The staff responded promptly and professionally, showing us three alternative rooms while sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience. One was of the same category (Classic room), while the other two were Superior rooms, offering more space and better views. We appreciated the opportunity to upgrade and chose one of the Superior rooms. However, when it came to preparing the new room—specifically rearranging the twin beds into a king-size configuration—the housekeeping staff seemed less accommodating. Their attitude was noticeably negative, which was disappointing given the otherwise high level of service throughout the hotel. Despite this hiccup, our stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location is slightly removed from the city center, but it’s easily accessible either by a 15-20 minute walk or a very affordable taxi ride. In summary, while there were a few minor setbacks, the hotel offered a comfortable and memorable stay, with standout service in the restaurant and thoughtful amenities throughout. PS please change the slippers as they are cheap and uncomfortable.

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un bon emplacement et est un ancien hôtel où de nombreuses célébrités ont séjourné. Les installations sont un peu vieilles, le petit-déjeuner est très copieux et il y a des restaurants et des supermarchés aux alentours. Il est très pratique de prendre un taxi pour se rendre dans la vieille ville.

位置在布哈拉新城，步行到古城中心區約15分鐘，到機場打車10分鐘，火車站25分鐘。酒店對面是街心公園。房間設施很乾凈，不愧是國際品牌連鎖酒店，特別是早餐環境、品種、味道值得一讚！

This is a very nice hotel. I found it very clean and comfortable. The workers are also nice and friendly, and they speak English very well. The price you pay here is worth the services it offers. If I were to return or visit Bukhara again, I would definitely feel okay to spend the night here. The pictures show the type of room I booked, and some parts of the environment inside this hotel.

ended up lengthening my stay in Bukharra with 1 day. had already checked out, of Malika and considered trying another hotel. Ended up booking another night at Malika as it just works.

La chambre est large et propre, le personnel est gentil et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est également très riche, vous pouvez manger du riz et du maïs. J'oublie de nettoyer la chambre. Lorsque l'eau chaude sort, 々 ne sortira plus. Les installations sont rares. Malheureusement, il est un peu loin des attractions touristiques de Bhurha et peu de restaurants dans la région peuvent manger facilement. Il y a un supermarché à proximité, donc je peux acheter des boissons et des soupes.

列車が遅延して夜遅くに到着したがフロントのスタッフはよく対応してくれ3階の部屋まで荷物を上げてくれた。中庭が気持ちよく、部屋も清潔でアメニティも揃っている。 ちょっと場所が分かりにくかったが看板にぞって歩いたらたどり着いた。

L'air conditionné dans la chambre est défectueux et je l'ai réparé quand je suis sorti. Malheureusement, il n'y a pas de papier. L'hôtel d'une jeune femme gentille m'a aidé à dire que le couleur était 々. Merci.

Все понравилось, большие номера, чисто, комфортная температура, персонал вежливвй, а еще удоьео что близко от аэропорта. Завтраки вполне сытные.

La position est très bonne, située dans la ville antique de Bharra, à proximité de la porte de la ville, il est pratique de tirer les boîtes (car il ne peut pas entrer dans la ville antique). Vous pouvez marcher à pied pour tous les attractions de la ville antique, y compris le château antique, à environ une demi-heure de marche de la mosquée de Sichuan en dehors de la ville antique. Parce que dans la ville antique, il est très sûr, les promenades après le dîner et le dîner sont très sûres et le sommeil est très calme. Il n'est pas loin du restaurant près du lac, il y a environ 15 minutes à pied, il y a une statue d'Avantie. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est bon. Il convient de noter en particulier que la réception nous a aidé à appeler une voiture quand ils ont quitté le magasin, car la voiture est dans un parking situé en dehors d'une autre porte, une grande sœur de la réception nous a amené à ce parking, très aimable.
