We had a slight mix-up with our booking before arrival, but the team quickly stepped in and offered us an upgrade. In hindsight, the new cabin didn’t quite have the deck or view we had originally booked, so it didn’t entirely feel like an upgrade—though we did really appreciate the inside shower, which turned out to be a nice bonus. That said, the staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is fantastic, and we loved the added charm of two little springboks roaming around the property! We also enjoyed a couple of great braais during our stay, and the massage before we left was the perfect way to end the trip. All in all, we had a lovely and memorable experience, and we would definitely recommend it.

Où commencer ... J'avais des attentes élevées pour Radisson Blu, mais mon séjour était assez décevant. Le bureau a été ouvert à la maison, mais il a été ouvert à la maison, et il a été ouvert à la maison. La chambre était très douce, à côté de la vue, il avait aussi besoin de quelques objets de maintenance sérieux de bois qui venaient, et la peinture était peluche dans les lieux. Le plus grand problème était l'eau des tapisit sorti marron, qui était une grande bande rouge. En général, pour le prix, j'attendais beaucoup mieux. Je ne resterais pas ici une fois que les options sont probablement meilleures.

4 Stars – Great One-Night Stopover! Exactly what we needed for a quick overnight stay. The staff were absolutely amazing—so welcoming and helpful—and the food was delicious! Big shoutout to the bartender, who made watching the FIFA final a blast; great company and great vibes. Location is perfect too—walking distance to the Hole in the Wall, and we even had some cute local doggies tag along for the stroll! A couple of minor hiccups: the bed was a little squeaky, and the bathroom window didn't have a handle to close properly. Nothing major, just small things that could use attention. Overall, a solid stay with fantastic service. Would recommend for a short trip!

We have stayed here many time because it is a beautiful building in an excellent location. The general staff are outstanding and the food and rooms are amazing. Unfortunately the front desk is just not the same as the rest of the experience. When I wrote in to ask for an early check in I got no reply- on my arrival I asked about this and was told because I got no reply that means it’s fine. I find this odd as I explained that we were arriving after a three part flight over 18 hours. We have stayed here at least 3 other times and my comment for each time would be pretty much the same - I feel the front desk could do better to Mach their rest of the experience.

L'hôtel Premiere ICC est un excellent choix, avec une position parfaite et des vues incroyables qui augmentent vraiment l'expérience. Les équipements manquants : nous devions demander des vêtements et des pantalons, qui devraient idéalement être fournis automatiquement. Questions de chauffage : Le chauffage n'était pas fonctionnel ou nous ne pouvions pas savoir comment le fonctionner, ce qui a fait la salle à temps inconfortable. Malgré ces problèmes, les forces de l'hôtel le font une option solide, et avec un peu d'attention aux détails, il pourrait être encore mieux.

Garden Avenue sans chauffeur, selon le positionnement de l'hôtel. L'emplacement est bon, descendez un peu au N2. Quand je suis arrivé à l'hôtel, j'ai découvert que l'hôtel était plus beau que sur les photos. J'ai réservé une chambre familiale, mais il s'est avéré qu'il y avait trois lits et un petit jardin avec la porte latérale ouverte. La chambre est très spacieuse. La décoration de l'hôtel est très rétro, et le petit déjeuner est généralement sous forme de buffet. Dans l'ensemble, le rapport qualité/prix est élevé. C'est aussi super de faire le tour. L'emplacement est bon. Je recommande vivement le restaurant à côté de l'hôtel, le jarret d'agneau est super délicieux !

Our stay at Barefoot was absolutely amazing and we loved the property and the fact that we were away from the hustle and bustle! The staff are fantastic and make you feel like family! Shout out to George, Olivia, Kellen and James! Our game drive on the property was one of the best I’ve experienced with James being so knowledgeable about different wildlife, plant life and nature conservation. We will definitely visit again. Thanks for making us feel so at home!

Расположение удачное, территория приятная, персонал также. Нам повезло и нам поменяли номер. Изначально бронировали тент, но не представляли, что это просто палатка по сути! Не берите тент, если вы не готовы, что у вас будут щели в полу, а туалет и душ по сути на улице наполовину. Безопасность в таком случае нулевая, спите будто в палатке. Повезло , что был свободен другой номер по той же цене. Но и в нем были свои минусы. Кнопки emergency внутри номера порой пугают.. подушки в плесени, полотенца с пятнами, дырки в постельном белье, слышимость в номерах такая, что я проснулась ночью и думала, что кто-то ходит внутри моего номера! Завтрак очень скудный, хотя входит в стоимость.

A truly luxurious stay from start to finish. The service was excellent, the rooms felt beautifully clean and indulgent, and the food was fantastic. Our family unit was wonderfully spacious, the views from the hill were stunning, and the friendly, helpful staff — along with thoughtful little touches — made the experience extra special. Highly recommended.
