Very clean hotel. Centrally located and close to lots of eating places. We had a small room but Room is comfortable and the bed large. Really clean beautiful spacious bathroom with powerful shower. Parking available on streets nearby if unable to get in to hotel car park. Very friendly staff and the coffee at the reception area is amazing.

The staff were excellent & the room was divine. It is clearly now a family/young children-centric accommodation. The pool was great but 8 unaccompanied children in the spa (aged approx 4 to 8 years old) diving around (unable to touch the bottom) was very unsafe & uncomfortable for me. 2 parents were on phones more than 5m away. Also screaming toddlers & numerous kids on all 3 billiard tables - defying the sign saying 18 years+ only. We have school-aged kids but it was our special few days so these 2 areas could have been adults only & that would have made all the difference.

Ce Shangri-La d'époque est situé dans le centre financier. Les fenêtres des chambres donnent sur l'Opéra de Sydney. Il y a un mini hammam avec piscine. Le petit-déjeuner est au 36ème étage avec une belle vue. La nourriture ne convient pas aux estomacs chinois. Le bacon dans la gaufre au bacon proposée au menu est très délicieux. Après un séjour de trois jours, je tiens à exprimer mes remerciements particuliers à Nora, la responsable du lobby à moitié chinoise, pour avoir résolu tous les problèmes au début de mon séjour. Tous les phénomènes conditionnés sont comme des rêves ou des ombres, comme la rosée ou la foudre, et doivent être considérés comme tels.

L'environnement est bon, la chambre est grande, il y a des cangures sauvages, il vaut la peine de séjourner plus de deux jours. Les installations sont également complètes, il y a un terrain de golf au tennis de piscine. C'est le dîner à réserver à l'avance ou la porte est très tôt. Le premier étage est paralysé. Le parking gratuit est adapté à la voiture. Il faut apporter quelque chose à manger, plus loin du supermarché.

Hôtel de vacances à Kovs. Les habitants de l'Australie sont nombreux. Sydney est à Brisbane, un bon endroit pour rester. Il est plus insatisfaisant que les chambres de paysage sur la mer, certaines positions sont détruites par les forêts, et aussi par les chambres de paysage sur la mer.

Maxime, the front desk staff was friendly and  helpful. Recognise me again when we met at the lift the next day. Helpful to advise to deduct the payment from the deposit for the buffet breakfast on the second night, so facilitate me to do express checkout, email me receipt so that it is also environmental friendly and saving time to catch the next morning flight.  Facilities are ok with pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna (though small pool and close at 8 pm) while gym 7/24 good and many equipment.  room with good view of the opera house.  Breakfast was good with fresh orange juice and many varieties like Parma ham

Everything about Lane Retreat was perfect—the place and scenery were absolutely beautiful, just as we expected. However, one thing felt a bit lacking. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and had paid $130 for the special preparation. Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed to find just a few roses and a handwritten note, which didn’t quite meet our expectations. We had to make additional efforts to prepare for our special day ourselves. This is simply a recommendation: for special events, it would be wonderful to go the extra mile to ensure customers feel truly celebrated. That being said, Lane Retreat is an incredible place overall, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would still highly recommend it to others!

Unfortunately this place is way over priced and well over run. You have to pay for everything on top of the already expensive room prices. Pool is old and kids area is in need of an upgrade. No sufficient shading in pool or kids area. We had a poor experience in our room, and much to the credit of staff, we were quickly upgraded to a bigger and better room. This was the saver for us, and made the stay worth it in the end. Staff are very friendly. Food was good in both restaurants, particularly downstairs at the bar. Ridges haven't really bothered doing any sufficient upgrades since Taking over.. The place feels old and outdated. Won't be going back.

C'est notre deuxième séjour à l'hôtel Crown et je dois dire que je pense que leur service est déclinant et pas aussi bon que jamais. Ils prétendent être un hôtel six étoiles, mais ils ne disposent pas de service de tournage comme un vrai hôtel de luxe cinq étoiles devrait avoir et au lieu de le proposer seulement les week-ends. Il y avait aussi quelques questions concernant la nettoyage de la chambre, mais le crédit doit aller au gestionnaire de service qui a corrigé rapidement nous laissant satisfaits.

The hotel was accommodating to families. The staff that cleaned our rooms was so nice. They were very friendly and kind to all of us. The restaurant staff was also very friendly and kind and their food was delicious. The view was also amazing. We even got to see the USS America ship pulling into the Sydney Harbor. Such a great experience at The View Sydney.
