Équipements : Une petite piscine extérieure, idéale pour les enfants, est à disposition. Le village regorge de plantations de thé, parfaites pour une promenade paisible. Un espace commun au premier étage offre un lieu de détente. Service : L'accueil a été chaleureux de tous, du préposé au parking aux chefs du restaurant, et plus particulièrement de la réceptionniste, Xiao Cui. Arrivés tard, nous avons été accueillis avec gentillesse et elle nous a aidés à nous enregistrer, nous a accompagnés jusqu'à notre chambre et a même préparé le petit-déjeuner pour les enfants – une attention très appréciable. En contrebas du village se trouve le Village du Thé, et à proximité, des restaurants de thé vert, des adresses incontournables pour les gourmets. Le temple Lingyin est également accessible à pied en quelques minutes, bien plus rapidement qu'aux heures de pointe.

This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The family design created a warm and welcoming environment, with excellent bedding, a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of space for parents and children. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. L'emplacement est un peu excentré, idéal si vous venez en voiture. Le domaine est très grand et il y a beaucoup de pentes, donc pour se rendre aux différents endroits comme le restaurant, le parc animalier ou le parc pour enfants, il faut prendre une navette. Il y a beaucoup de navettes, et si vous les appelez depuis votre chambre, elles arrivent très vite. On nous a dit qu'on pouvait aussi les appeler avec son téléphone portable, mais nous avons essayé à deux reprises à des moments différents, et personne n'a répondu. Nous avons dû demander au personnel de nous aider à appeler. Le personnel est incroyablement amical partout ; si vous avez l'air de vouloir une voiturette, ils vous demanderont spontanément si vous avez besoin d'aide pour en appeler une. Nous étions au 3ème étage du bloc 6, une sorte de villa individuelle, avec une chambre par étage. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, il faut monter ses bagages soi-même. Si vous voulez petit-déjeuner près des girafes sur les tables du bord, il faut arriver tôt ou attendre que d'autres aient fini. Le dimanche matin, nous sommes arrivés un peu après 7h et il y avait déjà plus d'une dizaine de familles. Notre majordome Sisi a également offert un excellent service !

Lors de mon séjour dans cet hôtel à Hangzhou, la réception, le bar du hall, le personnel d'entretien et tout le personnel étaient très aimables. À notre arrivée, la porte du balcon était ouverte pour aérer, et un membre du personnel nous a gentiment rappelé de bien la fermer la nuit pour éviter les moustiques. La chambre était grande, surtout la salle de bain, qui aurait été encore plus agréable avec un tapis de bain jetable. Je suggère de retirer le porte-manteau et le plateau à bijoux de la table de chevet : ils étaient usés et inclinés. Les moustiquaires étaient un peu tachées et le lustre ne s'harmonisait pas avec le style général. La chaise de bureau était recouverte de tissu et semblait peu raffinée ; je suggère de la recouvrir. La chaise de chevet et le repose-pieds semblaient si vieux que je n'osais pas m'asseoir dessus. La literie était inégale, et je l'ai vérifiée. Je pense que c'était dû au matelas, mais ces problèmes persistent probablement. L'expérience client était un peu décevante, mais heureusement, le matériel était largement compensé par le logiciel. Le service, l'emplacement et l'ambiance étaient excellents, et j'avais une vue magnifique sur le lac de l'Ouest depuis mon lit. Si le matériel pouvait être amélioré, votre hôtel serait certainement en pleine expansion. Ce ne sont que mes observations personnelles ; veuillez ignorer tout défaut.

Le seul inconvénient est que la chambre de luxe avec vue que j'ai réservée est située au 3ème étage du hall de l'hôtel. la vue est bloquée par des arbres et je ne peux pas voir d'autres vues à l'extérieur. Donc si vous voulez voir le paysage, communiquez avec la réception à l'avance. Même ainsi, ne tardez pas à féliciter cinq étoiles.

La chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse, la literie impeccable, la salle de bain impeccable, et même les coins étaient impeccablement polis. La plus grande surprise a été la machine à laver et le sèche-linge gratuits au rez-de-chaussée. Le petit-déjeuner était également excellent. C'est un hôtel vraiment convivial pour les voyageurs d'affaires ! Il y a aussi de nombreux snacks à proximité, ce qui est très pratique pour les en-cas tardifs. C'est un excellent choix dans cette gamme de prix, et j'y retournerai sans hésiter !

L'hôtel le plus cher où j'ai séjourné coûtait 2 000 RMB la nuit, mais c'est celui qui offre le meilleur service. L'accueil, de la réception au personnel d'entretien, était incroyablement chaleureux et attentionné. Le soir, après avoir fait sécher le linge, la femme de chambre le pliait soigneusement et indiquait la quantité : un vrai plus ! Il y avait aussi de la glace gratuite dans le hall, pour le plus grand plaisir de mon enfant ! Le parking était également très pratique : l'hôtel dispose d'un parking avec des bornes de recharge lente à 1,2 RMB le kilowattheure. En résumé, un séjour très agréable et bien pensé : je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything went smoothly. The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations. Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers. Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/ I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub. Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos. The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to. The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with. I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.
