worth every penny for a short stay during vacation and walking distance to get food around.. also nice rooftop bars where you can chill and listen to live performance.

Le service doit vraiment être amélioré, la demande de nettoyage des locaux doit être demandée plusieurs fois avant qu'elle ne soit faite et les résultats ne sont pas satisfaisants, l'aircondition n'est pas froid, il a été vérifié par l'ingénierie et ils ont promis de le remplacer par une autre chambre, mais attendait le check-out jusqu'à ce que 2 N n'ait pas été rempli. Le petit déjeuner est assez complet et délicieux, le menu change chaque jour.

L'environnement général de mon séjour était excellent. Le service à la réception et la cafetière était excellent. Les installations étaient bonnes. Seul le suggère de placer des installations de ferraille dans la chambre. Les personnels sont en général aimables, utiles et courtoises. Le seul reproche que je ferais à cet hôtel, c'est le Wi-Fi. Ma chambre était au 5e étage et je pensais que la lenteur était due à la distance entre ma chambre et le routeur. J'ai donc demandé à changer de chambre et on m'en a donné une au 6e étage, tout près du routeur. Et pourtant, le Wi-Fi est toujours aussi mauvais, voire inexistant. Ma chambre est connectée au réseau Wi-Fi, mais je n'ai aucune connexion internet.

The main reason I booked this hotel was because it is part of an international hotel chain and is rated as a 4-star property. However, I was very surprised by the building condition and the quality of the renovations. What made this even more disappointing is that the hotel has been open for less than a year. Given that it is a newly opened property, I expected everything to be in excellent condition. Instead, I felt that the hotel was not fully completed and may have been opened in a rush. There were still many areas that appeared unfinished and in need of touch-ups and further renovation work. Another issue was the shower’s hot water supply, which was very unstable. Even after setting the temperature to a comfortable level, the water would frequently fluctuate between hot and cold without warning. At times, it became unexpectedly too hot or too cold, making the shower experience quite unpleasant. Overall, my stay was disappointing. The hotel’s condition and facilities did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star international hotel, especially one that has been operating for less than a year.

Very friendly employees. Located next to a shopping mall but still a distance to the city. 15 minutes. Rooms are clean and neat but not soundproof. You can hear people next door or upstair. Not really disturbing. Great mountain, pool and city view.

My stay is quite good. Neo have good Aircon that comfort a lot in Pontianak hot whether. I got smoking room in the day 1 but they immediately switch to non smoking room once available, thanks to mbak Mala that help me a lot during my stay. Keep your hospitality on 👍

Be careful! if you don't want to listen to a night club daily until 2am, feel the base vibrations through the walls and bed (earplugs don't help), smell the strong ciragettes aroma, listen to the elevator tune in the lobby as the are no sound insulation what so ever. Listen to the street noise. Better avoid staying in this hotel. Cleanliness were OK for an Indonesian establishment. P.S. When checked in, we were placed into a tiny room without windows on the 3rd floor. As I've seen from other travellers, it could be tactics used to upsell for a more expensive room. We had specifically selected a non smoking and quiet room while booking. The room STANK of ciragettes! And loud music could be heard after 8pm, so the reception gave a different room quickly, only mentioning it should be a paid for upgrade.

Very close to surrounding coffee areas. Strategic location. The breakfast were good, lots of variety.
