Dining at the Taj Skyline was a delightful experience — every meal was beautifully presented and bursting with authentic flavours. The breakfast buffet was lavish, offering an array of local and international dishes that catered to every palate.
The staff truly made this stay exceptional. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression — whether it was at the front desk, restaurant, or concierge. Everyone greeted me with a smile that made me feel right at home.

Our stay at Taj Gandhinagar was a mixed experience. While the food was decent, it didn’t particularly stand out. The biggest issue we faced was with the electricity—there were frequent power disruptions, which caused the air conditioning to turn off multiple times throughout the night. As a result, we had to wake up at least five times just to switch it back on, making it quite difficult to get a restful sleep. For a hotel of this caliber, we expected a much smoother experience in terms of basic amenities.

Excellent service and very helpful staff couldn't do enough for you at anytime. I stayed 2 nights. You get a phone call to remind you that breakfast will be closing at a certain time. Choice of breakfast. Staff are there if you need help. They bring the beverages & water to the table. On next visit to Jamnagar I would like to come to the Sayaji's. Thank you.

Great service, fantastic rooms, good breakfast & friendly staff. We had a great stay here and I would personally like to thank Gulshan for being extremely accommodating & professional. He made our experience so much better and went the extra mile to help us.

PPANCHALThis charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc.
Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/***agement accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

Le service en chambre est relativement médiocre, les articles de toilette sont volontairement laissés, attendant que vous appeliez la réception pour le demander et que vous donniez un pourboire à la livraison. Le prix de la chambre est supérieur à 500, ce qui semble trop sans valeur. Mais il n'y a pas moyen, c'est pire s'il ne vit pas ici.

The Courtyard by Marriott is truly a class apart. From the moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with a sense of luxury and sophistication. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.
The service at the hotel is exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is also a highlight. It offers a wide variety of dishes, including both Western and local options. I would have liked to see a few more local specialties, but overall I was very satisfied with the spread.
Overall, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott. It's a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

IInvitéAmazing, amazing stay — and the food was simply outstanding. You’ve built something truly special here.
But there are two serious issues that need immediate attention:
1. Overdone greetings: Every staff member saying “Namaste” each time they see a guest is too much. It feels forced and intrusive, especially for business travelers who value space and focus. The first welcome is great — after that, hospitality should be felt through efficiency, not repetition.
2. Unsafe heavy gates: From the restaurant to my room, I had to push through three extremely heavy gates. This is a serious safety hazard just waiting for an accident. Try bringing an elderly guest and let them attempt it — even one of those gates is difficult to manage. It’s a clear design flaw that needs fixing before someone gets hurt.
You have a fantastic property and incredible food, but these two issues take away from what could easily be a five-star experience. Please address them seriously — the difference will be huge.

IInvitéCet hôtel a moins d'un an et offre une belle infrastructure, à proximité de la gare de Surat.
Cependant, j'ai eu des expériences moins agréables :
A) J'ai observé des petits cafards dans la salle de bain.
B) Le personnel d'entretien est censé nettoyer et désinfecter les chambres. Or, j'ai été victime d'une expérience désagréable : en entrant dans les chambres, les femmes de ménage laissaient des odeurs corporelles nauséabondes et âcres, ce qui est très peu hygiénique et gâche l'ambiance. La chambre ne semble pas avoir de fraîcheur. Il faudrait certainement améliorer cela.
C) Le petit-déjeuner, les huit matins où j'y ai séjourné, était le même : il ne changeait pas beaucoup chaque jour. Le chutney à la noix de coco semblait gâché et avait un goût amer à plusieurs reprises pendant le petit-déjeuner.
D) Le thé masal indien (chai) était si fort qu'il était extrêmement amer. Je ne l'ai goûté qu'une seule fois.
E) Il semble qu'il y ait trop de personnel dans le hall de l'hôtel et au restaurant - car ils se regroupent pour bavarder plutôt que de répondre aux besoins des clients.

IInvitéit is a relatively new property with modern decor and spacious lounge and dining hall. rooms and bathrooms are fine with very good mattresses which ensures good sleep quality. the staff at reception is very efficient and cooperative.we celebrated our 50th marriage anniversary and were upgraded to a club room with complimentary lounge facility and a lovely cake was offered to us as a loving gesture. we had booked a half board package and the breakfast and dinner both had lots of varieties and many of the dishes were good, however i feel some dishes require improvement. lastly there was live sitar recital which speaks of high taste of the hotel management. the sitarist Mr Shabir performed very well and was very graceful person.the staff every where including restaurant staff was very well trained and m/s Radhika, Tirva, Rupsha and Sonali were very friendly and always eager to help the clients and served with a smile.

IInvitéNous avons passé une excellente nuit au Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad, ce qui a valu à cet hôtel une note de cinq étoiles bien méritée. Le personnel était sympathique et le petit-déjeuner était très savoureux avec de nombreux choix de plats, notamment plusieurs stations préparées à la demande.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est à distance de marche des jardins Law Gardens et d'autres attractions locales, ce qui est un avantage.
En conclusion, nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad et nous avons senti que le personnel s'occupait de nous. Nous recommandons cet hôtel à toute personne visitant Ahmedabad.

J'avais une question de wifi ils ont même décidé de me donner un routeur individuel dial-up. Quel service merveilleux. 10/10 pour cela
Mais cependant, il y a beaucoup de choses semblent désorganiser ... peu du personnel de pause de thé et le personnel de l'heure du déjeuner semble sans intelligence sur ce que faire ...
Personne n'est prêt à servir et ils n'ont aucune idée de ce qu'ils doivent faire quand un client veut commander quelque chose.
La chambre est très bien équipée et très confortable.
Ils sont encore en train de passer par la rénovation, ils n'ont qu'à l'espoir qu'il s'améliore.
Le petit déjeuner était décent et de bonne qualité.
En général, une séjour assez agréable.
