La structure est belle, confortable à atteindre à Pontina. 10 minutes du centre de Pomézia.
On est arrivés après 23 heures et on ne savait pas qu'il envoie un code après cette heure.
Heureusement, il y avait un numéro de téléphone x assistance qui nous a résolu le problème

La chambre est très antique et a un sens historique. Elle a été rénovée et la résistance est très bonne, tout en maintenant le matériel. Les nettoyeurs sont très rapidement soigneusement nettoyés et ils sont prêts à se récupérer après le petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est OK. L'environnement est très confortable et nous aide à mettre à jour la chambre à vue très bonne. Bien que cette fois-ci soit une mission d'affaires, il est toujours très pratique, le paysage magnifique nous a guéris. Le personnel de la réception est très gentil et nous aide à appeler la voiture, donc tout est très bien. Il y a un restaurant en bas, je suis désolé de ne pas essayer cette fois. Très satisfait

La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Il y a un garde-manger aux 4ème, 5ème et 6ème étages où l'on peut remplir sa bouteille d'eau. J'avais lu des commentaires disant que les équipements étaient cassés et je pensais que les gens ne savaient pas les utiliser, mais c'est vrai, ils sont défectueux. Seule l'eau chaude fonctionnait pour l'eau chaude, l'eau froide et l'eau pétillante. Un employé est venu vérifier et a confirmé le problème. J'ai aussi essayé aux 3ème et 4ème étages, c'était la même chose, ce qui signifie qu'il y a un manque d'entretien. Le petit-déjeuner coûte 25€ par personne, mais il ne vaut absolument rien. Il y a très peu de choix, juste quelques pains, et ils ne sont pas réapprovisionnés une fois vides. Les clients occidentaux étaient accompagnés à leur table et on leur demandait s'ils voulaient du café ou du thé. Nous étions trois tables de clients asiatiques, et nous avons tous dû trouver nos propres sièges sans boisson sur la table. Nous avons dû aller au comptoir pour commander, j'espère que je me trompe. Enfin, à 5h du matin, l'alarme incendie s'est déclenchée par erreur. Tous les clients de l'étage ont dû se rendre à l'extérieur. Ce fut la pire expérience du séjour.

This hotel is unique compared to others I’ve stayed at in Italy, as it’s the only one that offered box tissues. The breakfast was adequate, and overall, I’m glad I chose this hotel.

J'ai séjourné à l'Hôtel Impero pour environ 7 500 yens par personne. La chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre, mais le prix était tout à fait raisonnable. La pression de l'eau dans la salle de bain était bonne et il y avait un ascenseur. Cependant, j'ai été déçu par la présence d'un moustique dès le départ et par le sèche-cheveux cassé. Lorsque j'ai demandé un nouveau sèche-cheveux, la réponse a été longue.

J'y ai passé 5 jours. La chambre est très grande, l'hôtel couvre une grande surface, il y a beaucoup de verdure, le restaurant est également très grand et la nourriture est plutôt bonne. J'aime particulièrement la viande de joue de bœuf qui est très tendre. J'ai vu qu'il y a de nombreux agents de bord et hôtesses de l'air sur China Eastern Airlines et Air China. Séjourner dans cet hôtel est à 3,3 kilomètres de l'aéroport, si vous prenez un taxi pour l'aéroport, cela coûte 13 euros, mais si l'hôtel le livre. , vous devez payer 25 euros.

GGiulia7Une excellente option pour 2-3 nuits. 200 mètres jusqu'à Ermini. Inscription 24h/24. Bon wifi. Consigne à bagages et coffre-fort en chambre. Très bon petit déjeuner - c'était surprenant. Le personnel au comptoir est sympathique. Mais n'oubliez pas que c'est la partie historique de Rome. Ici, tout est vieux. Mais les gens viennent à Rome pour se promener, pas pour s’asseoir dans un hôtel. Eh bien, la zone autour de la gare centrale n’est pas l’endroit le plus calme. Pas besoin de s'y promener la nuit)))

IInvitéPour être honnête, je ne pense pas que cet hôtel soit un bon choix. . Le lit est très petit, les photos de la chambre sont très trompeuses et les équipements matériels sont à peu près au niveau des Home Inns nationaux d'avant 2010. Je l'ai vraiment regretté dès que je suis entré. . L'interrupteur des toilettes dans la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas correctement.
La seule bonne chose était que la douche de la salle de bain avait beaucoup d'eau. .
Je ne le choisirais plus, ce n'est pas ma tasse de thé.

Cependant, même si nous voyagions pendant la saison estivale extrêmement chaude, la climatisation était faible et la chambre était loin d'être fraîche et confortable. Il n'y avait pas non plus de cloison dans la douche, donc c'était trop gênant pour les Japonais de l'utiliser.

PPhillipsBenjaminWe stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options.
The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find.
Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna).
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

MMichael_KOur stay at the Viminale View Hotel was an acceptable one - but we would unlikely return on a future visit to Rome.
Arriving at the hotel in the early afternoon, we were pleased to be allowed to check in ahead of the published time (14:00hrs). The service was friendly and efficient and we were quickly shown to our room - that being a ‘deluxe’ room at the end of a corridor. Room number 1 was to be our home for four nights.
The room was of a good size and well-equipped e.g. towels, tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge (with optional mini-bar), a television and a bathroom - with an excellent free standing bath tub in the centre of the bedroom.
Perhaps my biggest gripe with the hotel was the disappointing view from the room. A ‘Viminale View’ it most certainly was not. Interestingly, room number 1 was the only room on the wrong side of the building. All others, including cheaper standard rooms, had the all-important Viminale view. In fact, not from anywhere in the hotel could we see the Viminale, since the reception area too was without any windows.
Our two windows looked out onto a gutter on one side and an adjacent building on the other.
We paid a little extra for breakfast, which was of a simple but acceptable standard. Given the size of the hotel with just 10 rooms, an extravagant buffet was not expected. More a continental selection, there was enough to keep us going until lunchtime. Cold meats, cheese, bread, pastries, yoghurts, toast etc, with scrambled egg and sausage available as hot options. Hot drinks were made on request.
As a smaller establishment, this accommodation appeared only ever to be staffed by one person at a time, which somewhat impacted service. Once seated for breakfast, we were provided with a hot drink and then left to it. There was no opportunity to request further drinks, which was a little disappointing. And on one occasion, we watched as a guest had to go in search of a member of staff in order to get a cup of coffee.
Perhaps in the mornings, especially with breakfast to provide and guests occasionally checking out, a second staff member would be beneficial.
House-keeping was of a good standard but returning on our last night, we were keen to enjoy a coffee, only to find that our supplies had not been replenished and our cups were still dirty on the side. As a hotel unstaffed after 17:00hrs, it wasn’t a simple case of calling for some coffee, rather just going without.
Whilst an enjoyable stay, the view from the room and the lack of hotel staff beyond 17:00hrs just didn’t work for us.

Hello, I’m a traveler from Korea who recently stayed at Starhotels during a family trip to Italy.
Our 4-day stay in Rome was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this heartfelt review as soon as I returned home.
This trip was our very first family vacation to Europe — with my mother and my son — and we spent the first three days in Rome at Starhotels. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations: the excellent location, the spotless rooms, and most of all, the warm and thoughtful service from the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were so satisfied that we decided to return to Starhotels for our final night in Italy. However, due to a mistake on my part, I accidentally booked the wrong date.
After completing a long 11-day journey through southern Italy, we returned to Rome exhausted — only to realize the booking was incorrect when we arrived at the hotel.
It was a stressful and overwhelming moment… until Mr. Tofael M., the manager, kindly stepped in to help us.
Before even fully understanding the issue, Mr. Tofael looked us — especially my son — in the eyes and simply said, “Don’t worry.I’ll find a solution for you.” Those few words brought such relief and comfort. In a foreign country, such a mistake can feel paralyzing, but his calm and genuine reassurance made a huge difference.
Even more touching was how Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola S. at the front desk went out of their way to find a solution for us. Since the booking was made through an external site (not directly through the hotel), it was a complicated issue. Nevertheless, Mr. Tofael personally made multiple calls and followed up diligently until he was able to resolve the matter.
Thanks to his efforts, we were able to spend our last night in Italy exactly where we wanted — back at Starhotels, feeling safe and cared for.
As someone who has worked for years in global hotel chains in Korea and is still in the hospitality industry, I can honestly say that their professionalism and dedication truly stood out.
They are a model of what true hoteliers should be — and they absolutely deserve recognition and praise.
Without hesitation, I will choose this hotel again when I return to Rome. I also plan to recommend Starhotels, along with the outstanding service of Mr. Tofael and Ms. Paola, to as many people as possible through blogs, travel communities, and any platform I can.
