Pool closed at 4 Pam due to a special event, but it was open again the next morning. It’s a great pool. Very busy while we were there and staff handled it well.

Idéalement situé, à proximité des centres commerciaux et des restaurants, l'hôtel Red Planet propose un personnel professionnel et serviable. J'espère qu'ils amélioreront les équipements des chambres, notamment avec des téléviseurs connectés, ce qui serait très pratique pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants. Je reviendrai avec plaisir ! The renovated Seda Centrio were pleasantly alluring and minimalistic. I like the warm Filipino hospitality imbibe into its rooms, amenities, and also the wonderful staff.
Great choices of Breakfast buffet down to their in-house dining. The pool and the gym were renovated as well as the whole building was glammed up to the standards.
Recommended for those who want to stay in CDO and feel the ”Mabuhay!” spirit.

The hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its strongest points—conveniently situated near key attractions and easily accessible to public transportation, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The air conditioning in the room was highly effective, providing a refreshing escape from the heat outside. However, I was disappointed to find that breakfast was not included in the stay, which would have added more value to the overall experience. Additionally, the walls between rooms seemed quite thin, as noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, affecting the overall comfort and tranquility. Soundproofing improvements would greatly enhance the quality of stay for future guests.

Il y a un port pour White Island tout près de l'hôtel, et c'était très pratique de pouvoir s'y rendre à pied. On trouve également des bars et autres endroits où prendre un verre à proximité, donc je n'ai pas eu à aller bien loin pour me divertir.
Concernant l'hôtel, le petit-déjeuner était servi sous forme de plat à la carte. Les œufs Bénédicte étaient particulièrement délicieux. Veuillez noter qu'il n'y a pas de mouchoirs en papier dans les chambres. Il n'y a pas non plus de sèche-cheveux ; vous devrez donc en emprunter un à la réception. Sachez que les seuls produits de toilette fournis sont des brosses à dents et du savon. L'eau est offerte dans des bouteilles en verre ; il serait donc judicieux de la transvaser dans une bouteille en plastique pour pouvoir l'emporter avec vous. Le service du personnel et la propreté de l'hôtel étaient globalement satisfaisants.

Overall, the hotel was pretty good for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had hot water, which was nice. The room had no window, but it was okay for a short stay. It was a bit funny that the door didn’t really close properly, but honestly it didn’t bother me much. In general, a decent place to stay in Cagayan de Oro.

Wala lang bintana ang kuwarto, pero ayos lang para sa maikling pananatili. Medyo nakakatawa lang na hindi masyadong nagsasara nang maayos ang pinto, pero hindi naman ito naging malaking problema para sa akin. Sa kabuuan, maayos naman itong matuluyan sa Cagayan de Oro.

La chambre est belle, c'est juste que quand je demande de nettoyer, ils ont fait le sol en bourré seulement comme il est au-delà de 5h et il n'y a pas de garde-fous disponible. 😒 Nous nettoyons le sol avec un nettoyage humide car ils ne peuvent faire rien, car le garde-fournir est disponible que pendant 8-5pm 🙄
La salle de bain n'a pas de bidet aussi 😔

J'ai eu un problème avec l'espace de stationnement; ils peuvent accueillir 6 voitures, mais si vous parchez en dernier, vous pouvez être appelé à se déplacer afin que les autres puissent se déplacer. Sinon, je recommande 10/10!

DDanielle PiresLe séjour à Kokomo a fait notre voyage à Camiguin beaucoup mieux! Irene, le propriétaire et son partenaire David sont des hôtes merveilleux. Ils ont fait notre séjour sans heurts en assistant avec le recrutement de scooters, les tours de réservation, en donnant des conseils sur ce que faire sur l'île et bien plus encore.
La chambre est très grande, la douche est chaude, l'air conditionné fonctionnait parfaitement (la chambre était froide après 5 minutes) et la madrague est très confortable.
La piscine et les jardins sont très belles et bien entretenus, le personnel a toujours gardé le lieu et nettoyage.
Le salon de la mer est très bon avec des équipements propres et nouveaux. Les guides de la mer étaient super attentifs et aimables, nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir! Le réef devant l'hôtel est très bon pour le snorkeling.
Le village a une vibe très pacifique, Irene et David nous ont fait sentir comme nous étions à la maison! Nous avons séjourné pendant sept nuits et à la fin je ne voulais pas quitter haha
Je resterai certainement à nouveau et je recommanderais à tout le monde.

AAlvarez MacalaladeLe paysage est magnifique, mais l'insonorisation de la chambre laisse à désirer. Il est conseillé de prendre une douche tôt le matin, car il n'y aura pas d'eau chaude. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent et le petit-déjeuner est correct et varié. Pensez à réserver votre chambre à l'avance, car cet hôtel est très prisé et affiche souvent complet.

EEpistles of TobiJe tiens à exprimer ma déception quant au service reçu à la réception. Le réceptionniste s'est montré totalement inattentif ; lorsque je lui ai demandé de mettre à jour mon numéro de poste, il m'a assuré qu'il s'en occuperait. Or, le lendemain, vers midi, j'ai reçu un appel de la réception sur mon portable, alors que j'étais en réunion, me demandant si je souhaitais prolonger mon séjour.
De plus, j'ai constaté que, durant la nuit, le personnel de la réception semblait distrait, absorbé par son téléphone, alors que je donnais des instructions. Ce niveau de service est inacceptable et j'espère que des améliorations seront apportées afin de garantir une meilleure attention et un plus grand professionnalisme.

MmaxbferriThe hotel itself as a lot of potential. Right on the beach, with a nice terrace and in a quiet location not far from a few restaurants. However, it is very old and would need a full renovation. The rooms are spacious but the amenities are old. The headboard of our bed was full of termites and we could hear them behind us while we were sleeping. Therefore, the whole room was also full of flying termites. It was overall not that clean either. We stayed there for 4 nights and they never came to clean the room, not even the bathroom’s bin. On the last day, the bathroom started smelling like mold. The smell was very strong and we couldn’t do anything to change that. Also, on our last day, we were supposed to leave at 3:30am to go take our 4:30am ferry, the reception having organized a pick-up for us. However, we were woken up by the reception at 2:15am saying our pick-up was already here. The pick-up told us when we were telling him that we were supposed to leave at 3:30am to take the ferry at 4:30 that this ferry didn’t exist and we had to leave now, which we ended up doing. At the pier, when we saw that the 4:30am ferry actually existed, we texted the guy from the pick-up and this time he said that the hotel’s reception had told him to come pick us up at 2:15am. Anyways, I don’t know where was the problem and misunderstanding, but it was not the best way to start our day… To sum up, very mixed feelings about this hotel.

SS BizOur quick stay was nice. The pool was spectacular! We enjoyed it so much! Our room was okay. We were initially offered with a bigger room as there were 5 of us but we chose to stay in the 4 person cabana as we found the bigger room stuffy and the toilet was sunken. The receptionist was very nice and quick to respond to this request. Our cabana was fine but the hotel could look into ”child proofing” the room as the double deck corners are a bit dangerous. We had to wrap the corners with bath towels. The sliding doors of the toilet and shower room could also do a little maintaining as they were already rusty. We loved the garden and surrounding area. It was so serene and gave us a very relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for morning coffee. The chicken bbq we had for dinner by the pool area was very tasty. Our breakfast was okay. The location is good. It's not too far from the airport and walkable distance to the White Beach Port (around 30 mins) and restaurants. There's also a scooter renting place in front of the hotel entrance. The staff were very warm and helpful. They allowed us to store luggage in the reception area upon checkout while we went to the White Beach and wait for pick up. Kudos to Benj and Grace for their top-notch hospitality and honesty! We highly recommend this for a budget friendly stay.

Lisez simplement ce qu'ils ont à l'intérieur de la chambre et ne attendent pas trop, mais la situation est sage, étonnant! . Amour qu'ils ont aussi service de lave-vaisselle - le même prix que l'extérieur - rush 😉☺️

KKhai Travel and ToursLe lieu est familial. L'atmosphère est vraiment confortable. Il est froid à la nuit, donc vous devriez apporter une veste ✌️La vue de ci-dessus est respiratoire. Ils ont 4 types de piscines avec une vue infinie de la ville de cagayan. Ils ont une zone de jeu dans le sondage pour les enfants. Mes enfants en aiment le plus. C'était une expérience amusante. La chambre est grande et il a un balcon. Merci.
