New air conditioner unit, new roof, new extended larger upper deck that allows beautiful views of the sea of abaco and Tahiti beach. New comfortable outdoor sectional furniture and patio dining set. Lots of new furniture, and all new kitchen appliances. Extensive landscaping was done after Dorian to replace our beach, grassy yard, coconut trees, palms, grasses and other plantings. Perfect house to couple with the other Tahiti Beach homes close by. This house adds lots of boat slips for larger groups as dock can accommodate at least four runabouts. We do not Allow large party boats to tie up to dock in addition to the people in the house.This house is located in beautiful Dorros Cove next to Tahiti Beach that has wonderful natural tropical plants, coconut trees.... a true tropical paradise with lots of privacy. Many rentals show beautiful ocean view, we are actually right on the water with our own private sandy beach. We have large power generator as well. Dock can accommodate your rental boat. Please note however that the dock does not offer power or water. You can visit nearby Marina to wash down boat for nominal fee. Our location is elevated on water and provides excellent cellular service.
