L'hôtel le plus beau de ma voyage en Europe de Vienne, Prague à la Pologne.
Un excellent service de la table de front et a été utile avec mon passeport qui est derrière à Prague.
Les spas obligatoires pour le froid ont été excellents!

Geen bijzonder hotel maar wel prima. Wellness is aanwezig maar niet gebruikt, zag er wel goed uit. Bedden hebben spiraal matrassen en voelen wat hard maar sliepen wel goed. Ontbijt was netjes en ruim opgezet. Locatie is goede uitvalsbasis om naar Auschwitz’s te gaan.

L'hôtel est situé à quelques pas du terminal de l'aéroport de Cracovie, idéal pour les départs matinaux. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel souriant de la réception organise très rapidement l'enregistrement et nous nous dirigeons vers la chambre.. Grande chambre, lit confortable, grande TV, bouilloire, café et thé, eau minérale. La salle de bain dispose d'une sélection de serviettes et de produits de beauté. Tout est propre et confortable.

Nous aimons le spa et le petit déjeuner. Nous trouvons juste étrange que la fourchette par plat de nourriture froide soit placée de telle sorte que lorsque la couverture est fermée, la fourchette se débarque sur la nourriture. Pas si approprié.

Hôtel assez central à 650 m du centre, à 850 m du château et à environ 1,5 km de la gare principale.
Chambre très grande, salle de bain un peu petite en proportion, à l'arrivée on retrouve 2 bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre mais seulement pour le premier jour.
Dans la salle de bain il y a un distributeur de savon dans la douche et un au lavabo. Il n'y a pas de coffre-fort ni de minibar.
Petit déjeuner à revoir, peu sucré et de qualité médiocre, un peu plus orienté petit déjeuner salé mais depuis 3 matins nous avons retrouvé les mêmes choses.
Bon rapport qualité/prix, si vous n'avez pas de grandes attentes, ça va.

B&B hotel located in Nowy Targ, a town close to Zakopane. The room is clean and tidied everyday. With amenities like water boiler, hair dryer, etc. everyday there is 2 bottled water provided. Location is close to Nowy Targ bus station and restaurants. A supermarket right next to the hotel, opened until 2330. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to ski in zakopane.

UUtilisateur anonymeI had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Hotel Airport by Hilton from 30th December 2024 to 3rd January 2025, and it was a generally pleasant experience. Booking it through Trip.com was just the best decision—it was seamless, and I got great value for my stay.
The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers, with easy access to the airport. Despite being so close, the soundproofing in the rooms was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and restful stay.
The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, perfect for unwinding after long days. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of maintaining the room to the highest standard.
Breakfast, while offering decent quality, could use more variety. The menu was almost the same every day, which became repetitive after a few days. Adding more options or rotating dishes would greatly enhance the dining experience.
The hotel's overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, thanks to the courteous and professional staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, offering assistance with a smile whenever needed.
The facilities, including the fitness center, were top-notch, and I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout my stay.
As I was there during the New Year holiday, I was also impressed by how smoothly the hotel managed the increased number of guests without compromising on service quality.
I recommend Hampton Hotel Airport by Hilton for its comfort, convenience, and excellent service, and I’m glad I booked through Trip.com for an effortless experience. I would gladly stay here again in the future.

Les chambres étaient propres et confortables, le personnel était sympathique et le service était excellent. Le petit déjeuner était varié et délicieux, mais l'insonorisation de certaines chambres était un peu décevante. Dans l’ensemble, ce fut une expérience satisfaisante et j’aimerais y revenir.

SsallyThe positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice.
The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage.
The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

PPolarmermaidWhat an excellent hotel with a warm historic ambience and lovely staff. I loved the special antique decor and dark wood. Good place to stay if you don’t know where you are as it’s very central-a short walk to the main historic square and a short walk to the modern three-story shopping mall—Galleria Krakova I think it’s called. There are trams right outside. Take them. If you get lost, use the Bolt App and order a taxi.
There are even a few goldfish in the back beer garden with big umbrellas which must be festive in the warmer months.
There’s a lift. My room was spacious with high ceilings. The bed was big and comfy. There was also a sofa, desk, plenty of hanging space, 🧥 fridge
and kettle with coffee/tea options - very handy. The assorted breakfast buffet was divine. So much to choose from: 🍵 , ☕️ 🍊 🍏 🍪 🍳 🥓 🧀 🫕 🥗 🥣 🧁 🥛 🧃
The staff were all very kind and helpful. The in-house masseur gave me a very good massage. The reception staff helped me pronounce Chocholowski which sounds like Hoho Woof Ski so just picture Santa and a dog skiing to get to the spa in the Tatra Mountains. Something for next time. It leaves you with a good feeling to stay here. 🌞🧳🌞

La ville est super belle et impressionnante. J'ai séjourné ici pendant une nuit lors d'un voyage d'affaires et on peut dire que c'est l'hôtel le plus satisfaisant et le plus rentable de mon voyage en Europe. L'emplacement est également très pratique

the only thing i did not like was cleaness because i found some dusts on the desk and the sink.
as per the staff, everyone was helpful and warm-welcoming.
and the breakfast is a bit expensive but worthwhile to pay for 49 zloty because all the food were fresh and delicious. it is good to have breakfast early in the morning if you have to be in a hurry such as catching a plane or train.
besides, the location is very convenient. there is a direct bus to wieliszka salt mine, which is quite far from the city center and stare miasto (the downtown's name in polish) is also close to go due to lots of trams connecting from the hotel. 😆😆
and i personally take into consideration about whether there are stairs even at the entrance due to a heavy suitcase. there are no stairs at the main entrance and 2 lifts are working very well, and no need to worry about bringing the room card key. 😁
and the given password is easy to remember and convenient to get in the room, which can help you travel light.
thus, i would like to strongly recommend staying here due to lots of benefits to travel in krakow.

IInvitéCheck in was easy and quick with a friendly receptionist. They let us check in slightly earlier which was great. The room is basic, but is pretty much what I expected. One of the sheets had a large brown stain on, the cleaner was in the hallway so we asked her to change it and she did straight away which was good. We asked at reception later on that day (different receptionist) for another pillow as the one they supplied was super thin and was just told NO! Super rude! Was a 'little bit' far from the main square, however with Bolt being Really really cheap, just £2.50 to get into the main square we didnt mind at all. We were there 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or towels changed within that time. Breakfast was a sandwich from a local Deli, a biscuit, a yoghurt pot and an apple with a bottle of water, which you collected from reception. There was a kitchen at the end of the corridor where you could make tea and coffee, which they supplied free of charge. Over all definitely worth the money, would have liked an extra pillow, and perhaps one change of towel would have been nice.
