Hôtel bien situé, proche de tout : aéroport, restaurants, Walmart et bus. Ambiance agréable et familiale. Idéal pour un séjour à Universal Orlando, avec en plus des navettes gratuites très pratiques. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, la chambre est confortable même si le style est un peu vieillot et la propreté pas parfaite. Très bon rapport qualité/prix dans l’ensemble.

L'Universal Cabana Bay Hotel est idéalement situé, à proximité immédiate du parc d'attractions Universal et du parc aquatique Volcano Bay. Il dispose de deux grandes piscines et de rivières de rafting. L'hôtel dispose également d'un café Starbucks, d'une boutique de souvenirs Universal et d'un espace restauration. Vous pourrez y choisir entre des fast-foods nord-américains, sud-américains, italiens et asiatiques. Bien que ce soit de la restauration rapide, le goût est excellent, proche de celui d'un restaurant. Les prix sont très raisonnables. La décoration de la salle à manger, inspirée du style rétro des années 70, est très intéressante. On peut même y passer une journée sans rien faire. La chambre est propre. La suite que j'ai choisie cette fois-ci est très spacieuse, mais elle a été aménagée par le personnel latino-américain dans un bâtiment éloigné du hall. En tant que Chinois, je pense que si vous ne donnez pas de pourboire, vous subirez ce genre de désagrément. La décoration de la chambre est très moyenne. Le lit et le canapé sont plutôt confortables. La nuit est très calme. Si vous allez à Volcano Bay, situé juste à côté et sans bus, il est déconseillé de choisir une suite avec accès extérieur. Vous serez probablement logés dans des bâtiments éloignés de l'hôtel, loin de Volcano Bay et du hall. Vous devrez traverser l'immense hôtel pour accéder au parc aquatique. Si vous louez une voiture, le parking sera payant chaque nuit. Si vous allez à Universal Park, le bus viendra vous chercher toutes les demi-heures jusqu'à 1 h du matin.

Really great hotel very close to the South Concourse of the Orlando Convention center. Other concourses has a sky bridge to avoid the sun and rain! The rooms were spacious and clean! Hotel staff are attentive and always helpful. Having a Walgreens next door is also amazing to buy anything you might have forgotten for your trip. Overall a really great hotel!

It was the great experience staying in Pestana. The breakfast was great, spacious rooms, coffee and cookies at front desk for my daughter and we used Uber for Disneyworld that seems better option to be flexible. We didn't able to use shuttle buses on our stay as we don't think it is returning back on time. The location is ideal and close to Disney spring and Vineland outlet mall after the Disney fun to have some some shopping and rest. I am so grateful to the Manager Mihaela who made out visit super special by upgrade our room and offered late check out as my daughter wanted to take rest. I would appreciate Precious who being very soft and gentle resolving all our concerns during our stay. We will definitely stay again and will avail the parking option.

Hotel was still in the process of being built with some facilities unavailable. Room was large but very hollow and like a barn with no carpet on the floor only hard flooring. Cold tap in kitchen did not work and no cooking utensils and limited knives and forks etc. Breakfast was also poor with throw away plates and wooden cutlery like on an airplane . Expensive for what it was and I would not stay again

Mon séjour dans cet endroit a été court mais très agréable, j'ai eu un problème avec la chambre qu'ils m'avaient attribuée mais j'ai fait le constat et ils m'ont immédiatement transféré dans une autre. Le petit-déjeuner qu'ils incluent ne varie pas mais est toujours frais et je pense que cela correspond à ce que vous annulez car contrairement à d'autres hôtels, c'est l'un des plus accessibles. De plus, à notre arrivée, ils m'ont demandé une caution qu'ils ont immédiatement restituée à mon départ.

Je pouvais dire que l'hôtel était vraiment joli une fois. Il avait juste eu un tempête beaucoup des chambres ne fonctionnaient pas. Mon chambre n'avait pas d'électricité au lit ni de téléphone. Autre chose, trip.com a eu les dates incorrectes sur ma réservation. Ils me réservent pour le samedi et le dimanche quitte le lundi, mais ma conférence, la seule raison de mon voyage, a commencé le lundi. Elle m'a essentiellement fait sortir le jour où la conférence a commencé. Je leur ai dit immédiatement, mais ils n'ont rien fait. trip.com not worth the effort. The Shores resort and spa Daytona Beach will be back and certainly worth the stay if you can get over the front desk staff.... except for the one with the purple ish hair. she's a keeper.

The hotel itself looked clean and well-kept, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, however, the room was crawling with baby roaches. They were everywhere: on the tables, the nightstand near the bed, and all over the bathroom. I appreciate the effort the hotel puts into all the other aspects of cleanliness and service, but the infestation made it hard to enjoy the stay. Hopefully they take care of it soon, because it's a nice place in a nice location otherwise.

J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était incroyablement accueillant et toujours aux petits soins pour mon confort. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et offrait une vue magnifique. Le petit-déjeuner était frais et délicieux chaque matin. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour relaxant et agréable.
