Besides needing staff to cover busy times such as check in and out, the accomodations are excellent. Clean marble bathrooms with white towels. Beds white as snow and comfortable. First time seen house staff friendly and responsive to your needs. Downers Grove hotel have elevators to third floor. Breakfast was standard for first and menu posted for each morning and the eating area was clean and kept maintained by kitchen staff as people dined left tables..Noise free rooms. Individual temperature rooms controls. Wide hallways and have communication friendly rooms whatever these are. Again, communication to the front desk from room was cumbersome as long rings to answer from phones I'm rooms by front desk staff lady. Can perhaps use a two person a peak times or as a balance during the day for better response.

Loved our experience at the Swissôtel celebrating a milestone birthday! From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs from Valet service to Guest service to the corner room with an amazing view on the 26th floor! We will be back and have found a new favorite hotel right next to the Mag Mile, perfect for eating & shopping! A special thanks to Kia with Guest Services who generously gave us a late check-out when we asked last minute to extra time!

La location du motel était bonne. Easy to find and get to. The rooms were clean and the air temperature was comfortable when we walked in the room. The rooms are nice. The breakfast included was good.

Stayed here for our trip to Medieval times. It was near the venue. Staff were friendly and gave cookies for each room. I was disappointed that they didn't have the room I requested available and so had to stay in a different type of room.

Bon séjour. Les matelas étaient un peu datés et présentaient des irrégularités. Avions demandé une chambre près de l’ascenseur, ce dont il a été tenu compte. Malheureusement celui-ci était hors service.

JJamesI always book here even if it’s more expensive because they have the best team of people there who have helped me travel with ease on a regular basis so so much. I was in a wheelchair for a while and they were the only hotel who has staff that went out of their way to accommodate me and treated me like family. Andrea Dina and Joe are the best people I’ve ever had at any hotel stay. My very first stay at this location was because they had larger rooms but I went back over and over because of just how well they treated me during my first stay. I wasn’t treated as a burden and they didn’t leave me alone to figure anything out even before I got through the doorway Dina was there to get me through and my very large luggage as I rotate multiple times a year living in South America 50% of the time. She was so friendly I ended up calling her my Chicago mom. Andrea and Joe at the front desk were just amazingly nice (which isn’t common in a large city at an airport convention hotel) they helped me print out Covid and travel documents I needed and brought them to my room because I forgot them and wouldn’t have been able to fly without those documents. Dina got me up to my room and even helped me unpack what I needed for the night and made sure I securely could get into the bed and she picked me up the next morning without me calling them ahead of time she asked me my flight time and said she would handle it and be there to fetch me on time. She made sure I got my breakfast bag and loaded me up onto their shuttle all in perfect time never making me feel like a burden even though I knew how far out of their way they went for me. Every stay has been the exact same or better as they noticed the progress with my health and walking. I just can’t say enough how much I appreciate that team. This stay a friend came with me and he loved how they remembered me a received me as you would receive family you haven’t seen for while so he was impressed and also my mother was impressed the two times she stayed there also. This stay they had construction on the restaurant which is very good as I tend to order room service a lot they have a happy hour even though I don’t really drink but it’s just a generally friendly warm environment the staff bring to that place that make it a hotel that you return to even if they don’t have the cheapest rates for the airport stays. They have a great team and their management needs to know that. I don’t normally write reviews or go out of my way to write a note to a corporation about staff but I have for this team at this location they are just great and deserve recognition!

TTimYe7C'est plutôt bien. Le lit de l'hôtel est très confortable, ferme à mi-ferme, et on ne s'enfonce pas dedans. L'emplacement est extrêmement pratique, avec une station de métro au pied de l'hôtel et de nombreuses places de parking bon marché à proximité. Les équipements sont complets et le cadre est agréable.

SsknoseyLe petit-déjeuner gratuit n'est pas un buffet complet mais un choix d'œufs, puis généralement de pommes de terre frites et de galette de bœuf ou de tranches de saucisses. le reste était un petit yaourt et du pain pour griller ou faire ses propres gaufres. il y a du thé, du café et du chocolat chaud. Il y avait des céréales et du porridge mais parfois c'est si fin que ça ne vaut pas la peine d'être mangé.
Il n'y a pas de thé dans la chambre, juste du café. La machine avait un plateau jetable mais ils étaient épuisés, alors j'ai utilisé le même pendant 9 jours pour le thé et le café (j'ai reçu des sachets de thé dans la salle de petit-déjeuner). Le ménage n'a jamais fourni ce que vous aviez demandé pour la première fois, ni même pour la deuxième fois. Si vous voulez quelque chose et demandez à 14 heures, vous l'obtiendrez si vous poursuivez plusieurs fois ensuite entre 21 heures et 22 heures.
Il y avait aussi beaucoup de problèmes en ce qui concerne l'heure de départ. Je suis membre du programme de fidélité qui a pour but de vous offrir un départ tardif automatique. Le responsable me l'a donné, mais quand je suis revenu pour demander une prolongation supplémentaire moyennant des frais, il était clair que l'autre gars derrière le comptoir était en panne d'électricité et la veille, il a commencé à dire que je n'aurais pas dû l'obtenir et que c'était le cas. était le manager, il ne voulait pas le retirer mais il pouvait et je ne devrais avoir qu'une heure et être facturé 25 $/heure après cela, etc. C'était juste un homme méchant et méchant qui a vu une opportunité de causer de l'inquiétude et de la détresse et il l'a fait. J'avais des bagages à ranger et c'était un vol tardif donc je devais savoir si je devais faire mes valises pour les ranger pour le départ à midi, ou à 1 ou 2 ou 3 ou 4 (ils me dérangeaient à tout moment) mais c'est pourquoi J'ai donné 1 étoile pour le service. Ce n'est pas du tout professionnel mais enfantin et méchant. J'avais organisé le départ prolongé quelques jours auparavant et la veille, ils me dérangeaient quand je devais faire mes valises et que j'avais un horaire de choses à faire ? Le pire service dans n'importe quel hôtel que je connaisse. Hilton n'est plus une expérience 5 étoiles, semble-t-il. 1 étoile pour le service.

JJamesThis place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel.

FFazal IOverall, my recent stay at this hotel was a positive experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to restaurants in walking distance for dining. Despite being so close to these amenities, the hotel itself remained peaceful and quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep.
The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The breakfast provided by the hotel was basic but satisfying, with a decent selection of options to choose from.
Airport shuttle and price was the main reasons I chose this hotel.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.

IInvitéStayed for 3 nights - checked in on a Friday afternoon and out on a Monday morning. Got the ADA room and was mostly okay with it (I never turn down a walk-in shower), but was put off by the fact that there was nowhere to hang clothing and nowhere to place toiletries in the bathroom. Luckily I didn't need to hang anything, but this would have been a problem if I'd brought dress clothes. As for where to put toiletries, I ended up placing the portable shower seat next to the sink and using that surface. Hopefully the seat had been cleaned sometime between someone having their bare butt in it and me using it as a shelf. For the life of me I can't figure out why people design hotel rooms without bothering to know if they'll actually work for staying in. I also wasn't thrilled with the ”breakfast” on offer. Engineered ”omelet” and packaged, processed junk is NOT breakfast. There was absolutely nothing healthy on offer other than fruit - which was the stuff the grocery store didn't want. The good things about the hotel include staff truly striving to satisfy the customer, a clean room (including the carpet), a location within walking distance of many of Quincy's major attractions, and plenty of parking. But the parking lot itself badly needs repaving (it poured one afternoon and my feet and shoes were soaked because of the rivers running through the parking lot). In any event, there are some improvements that could be made, but I enjoyed my stay overall and would put the hotel on my list of places to stay should I return to the area in the future.

IInvitéL'hôtel semblait très bon, mais nous avons eu un problème majeur. Après plusieurs essais, même le personnel ne pouvait pas obtenir la carte clé pour travailler. Un autre salon était fourni, mais malheureusement, nous n'avons pas eu accès aux médicaments, aux produits d'hygiène féminine, aux toilettes, à la nourriture/à l'eau. Le service de voyage a indiqué que personne ne répondrait au téléphone quand ils essayaient de nous aider. Il n'y a pas avant de demander que les informations soient mises à la ferme avant le matin suivant. En conséquence, j'ai dû sortir et acheter des besoins. Malgré le coût et les inconvénients tous Trip.com offerts étaient $5 en pièces, ce qui est inacceptable. L'hôtel a dit qu'ils rembourseraient notre carte mais depuis que nous avons réservé Trip, ils ne pouvaient rien faire.
Cela dit, le personnel était courtois et professionnel, un membre du personnel nous a même emprunté un câble de téléphonie qui était apprécié.
La chambre était propre, le lit était très confortable et c'était la meilleure partie du séjour.
Le petit déjeuner : je ne recommande pas le petit déjeuner. Les offres étaient très similaires à d'autres hôtels, mais la préparation semble être le lien faible. Par exemple, le sauce semblait juste avoir évanoui et était plus froid que le temps de la chambre. Les œufs étaient aqueux avec des bouts bruns dans eux, peut-être à partir de la brouillard du fond.
TLDR: Nous avons besoin de quelques minutes de marche, et sans nos difficultés avec les cartes clés et le petit déjeuner, cela aurait été une bonne valeur.

IInvité酒店位置很好，千禧公園邊上，朝向公園的房間視野挺開闊的。樓下有超市也有餐廳，還算方便。房間中規中矩，面積挺大，但設施比較舊。
但酒店沒有泳池衹有健身房，也沒有早餐餐廳，這兩點要扣分，也讓我有點出乎意料，以為豪華酒店這兩項應該是標配。
訂的是帶早飯的房間，因為沒有餐廳，衹能通過送餐到房間的方式用餐。但酒店早餐規則很不合理，雖然有每天31刀/人的早餐限額（對應菜單上30-31刀的早餐套餐）。但這個限額不包含送餐費，服務費，税費。等於還要自掏腰包30刀才能吃頓正常早飯。
退房的時候和酒店反應了政策不合理後，酒店方答應會在賬單裏免除這部分費用，但到機場後收到的賬單顯示被收了全額的早餐費（連套餐本身的價格都收了）每天將近100刀。最後通過攜程和代理的持續溝通才將這部分費用退回。結果是好的，但過程很曲折。
