We arrived early for our scheduled check-in time. Robin Edwards, the general manager, has given everyone instructions to take note of my two-day stay at the hotel. After receiving a welcome drink upon my arrival, the General Manager presented me with a unique gift. My check-in was finished in a matter of minutes. After I got in the room, a representative from three different hotels came to ask if I needed anything or if I wasn't satisfied with the space, there was another one available for me. Because of the excellent customer service and concern that made my day memorable, I felt a little ashamed now. Overall exceptional cervices

孟加拉達卡市的Lakeshore 酒店在Gulshan區，本地很有名氣的酒店。酒店硬件設施齊全，有健身房，游泳池，大堂吧，餐廳等等。酒店的服務人員態度非常好，幫助外國遊客解決各種問題，非常熱心。非常開心。

L'environnement est pas mauvais, l'hôtel est relativement nouveau, c'est que la salle d'hôtel est trop chaude et le petit déjeuner est plus disponible.

The hotel is located in the very center of Dhaka CBD, which is easy to find. The facilities of the hotel are complete and well maintained, and the staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast was the best, rich and suitable for all tastes, Sherif is nice and friendly, adding a lot of memories to this journey.

I had a fantastic experience at Amari Dhaka. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the service was excellent. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The facilities, especially the pool and dining options, were top-notch. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay!

Прекрасный отель, чистый номер, постельное бельё белоснежное, хороший ресторан, еда вкусная, на ужин не было отварных овощей, для меня сделали, хотя я и не возмущалась и не просила, очень предупредительный персонал. Ещё огромный плюс СПА, хороший массаж, есть сауна. Спасибо за отдых!

Pas mal, il y a beaucoup de monde dans le centre de la ville, le personnel de l'hôtel est très enthousiaste et vous aidera à résoudre tous les problèmes, je choisirai de rester ici la prochaine fois. Très bonne expérience, sans odeur, sans moustiques. .

Location is okay but very busy traffic on the street. Front counter staff member was not friendly because at the time of check in he asked me what time I will be checking out which was not relevant at that time. Then I got a phone call at 9.50pm asked me again what time I will check out. Secondly the room cleaner left two large rubbish bags in front of my room which was not acceptable.

Dinner menu was kind of disappointing. Could have been and should be improved. View from the room was spectacular.

酒店內部還是不錯的，房間設施都很上檔次，衞生好，早餐挺豐富的，職員都很熱情得體。沒有在酒店要過車，都是用Uber，比酒店要車便宜。達卡的交通非常擁堵，趕飛機一定要多預留時間。
