L'hôtel Hyatt Kashgar Old City est incroyablement luxueux. Le service était excellent, le hall magnifique, et j'ai eu l'impression d'être dans le meilleur hôtel de tout Kashgar ! Lors de ce voyage d'affaires, j'ai eu l'agréable surprise d'être surclassé dans une chambre avec une vue fantastique ; en ouvrant simplement les rideaux, on découvrait la pagode Kunlun – tout simplement la plus belle vue de la ville ! Le personnel de la réception était également très attentionné ; l'arrivée s'est faite comme à la maison, et j'ai ressenti la chaleur et l'hospitalité des habitants de Kashgar ! Le petit-déjeuner au Hyatt Kashgar Old City était copieux, délicieux et offrait un large choix ! Je recommande vivement Hyatt pour les voyages d'affaires et de tourisme à Kashgar ! Les prestations Hyatt sont toujours d'une qualité exceptionnelle !

We booked a family room and specifically asked for it to be free from any cigarette smell. Unfortunately, despite our request, the room still smelled of smoke, and even the pillows had a noticeable cigarette odor. We also noticed that people were smoking near the elevator area. Perhaps this is more common in China, but we were not prepared for it and found it a bit uncomfortable. On the positive side, the hotel provides a free airport shuttle, which is very convenient and greatly appreciated. The room itself was good for the price, and overall it offers solid value for money. If the smell of cigarettes does not bother you, this hotel can be a very good option for its price range.

Nous avons eu un excellent séjour à Hilton à Urumqi Le personnel était si amiable et agréable et attentif à nos besoins.Mon épouse et moi voyageons avec notre fils de 9 mois et ils ont pris soin de lui et de nos demandes. Il a vraiment pris le stress de voyager. Il recommanderait fortement ce Hilton à quiconque voyage à Urumqi. Mlle Jasmine nous a vraiment aidé beaucoup, merci beaucoup à Mlle Tsai et à son personnel pour avoir passé quatre jours et trois nuits à Urumcis.

This is our first time to Ürümqi and we reached in the early wee hours of the morning. We were taken care of by Ann & her colleague of front desk. We are very impressed by the high quality of breakfast and the level of service we have received. The staff were genuinely interested to know how our experience were and went out of their way to make our experience even better. We want to give our thanks to Ann for taking such good care of us over the 4 nights we stayed and continued to do so while we are away at Hilton Altay while awaiting our return to Conrad Ürümqi before our flight home. The hotel’s proximity to 2 shopping malls and more makes this a perfect location. Our luggages arrived 3 days late and it was a blessing we are connected to the mall and was able to buy our necessities without braving the cold. We will definitely stay again in Conrad when we are next back in Urumqi with family.

Love this hotel, clean and new facilities. Everyone was friendly and helpful especially Manson who help arrange a driver for our day trip to Lake Karakul. Highly recommended hotel. The breakfast spread had a wide variety of local food. There is free self service laundry facility. The hotel provides free airport transfers. The hotel is about 15rmb taxi distance to most tourist sites.

這家酒店是旅途中的驚喜，感謝酒店升級270觀景房間，窗户向外看去是金草灘濕地，早起能見到鳥類蹤影、晨光、雪山，處處是美景，開啟美好的一天。另，房間有氧氣出行一天後能更好的休息，就是氧氣的噪音大了。早餐餐品較為豐富，粥粥不錯，很好的安慰了我一個南方的胃。在此感謝服務人員小麗和凱特的熱情接待，朋友高反厲害無法出遊，在酒店休息能照顧周到。

La chambre est propre et propre, la lumière est très bonne, les lits sont doux et confortables, et le sommeil est particulièrement solide. La position de l'hôtel est confortable, pratique de voyager, le service de la réception de la barbe curieuse est enthousiaste et intime, répond rapidement. La salle de bains se sépare sans odeur, les installations sont complètement utiles, le rapport coût-efficacité est super élevé, la prochaine fois que vous séjournez, vous choisissez cette maison, fortement recommandé!

The hotel staff really took care of us. Reception Manager Jason was very warm and friendly and responsive to our needs. He went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and answered all our questions about the city. Receptionists Vicky and Michael also helped us during our stay! They went above and beyond to serve our needs by getting us extra water bottles, searching for amenities around the area for us etc. Special mention to all the restaurant staff too! We were sad to leave Radisson Blu Kashi because we felt so comfortable there. Thank you for taking care of us!

Wonderful stay during the holidays! The room was high end with everything remote controlled, hand crafted cultural art as decors, and many local fruits and drinks as welcome gifts. We are basically staying in a museum itself, and they do sell tickets to visitors who do not stay here. My wife and I really enjoyed their hospitality. They pick you up from the train station/airport with a luxurious mini van, and offer you free breakfast/afternoon tea. All the staff members are very friendly and welcoming, they check your trip details with you beforehand to make everything smooth. 艾克 and 小孜 were assigned to us and they made our stay a great joy!
