Mon séjour à l'hôtel Altay Gem a été absolument parfait, et je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Aliya ! Il a soigneusement vérifié les informations de ma réservation lors de l'enregistrement et nous a même rappelé l'horaire de départ de la navette pour la station de ski – une attention très appréciable ! Il a été efficace et patient lors de l'enregistrement, et lorsqu'il a appris que nous étions un groupe, il a eu la gentillesse de nous placer au même étage et nous a même fourni le mot de passe du Wi-Fi de notre chambre. Même à notre retour tard dans la nuit, la réception était encore bien éclairée – bravo à lui ! Les installations de l'hôtel sont déjà excellentes, et grâce à ce service si chaleureux, je me suis vraiment sentie comme chez moi. La prochaine fois que je vais skier à Altay, je choisirai sans hésiter cet hôtel et je le recommanderai à tous mes amis !

I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training. Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).

Nous avons réservé les chambres des clients, qui sont en fait un concept « » où vous obtenez n'importe quelle chambre est disponible à l'arrivée. Nous avons même eu un bateau de vapeur là-bas une soirée, ce qui a fait que le séjour se sentait extra confortable, agréable et confortable. Il y avait aussi une grande zone ouverte devant les cabines, mais malheureusement le vent pendant notre séjour était trop fort pour nous asseoir à l'extérieur. En bon temps, vous pouvez même voir le lac Sayram et les montagnes de neige directement de la cabine, qui était vraiment beau. Les cabines sont répandues dans une grande zone, vous devez marcher à votre unité, mais les chemins sont bien placés et faciles à marcher. Les utilisateurs de la chambre ont été très aidés par le personnel Hemu et Dan Ni Er, qui ont utilisé leur petit bouton de transport pour aider à déplacer nos bagages pendant le check-in et le check-out. Comme nous voyageons avec des membres de la famille âgés qui ont eu des difficultés à marcher, ils leur ont aussi donné des chemins à la cabine et à partir de celle que nous appréciions vraiment. Recommandé pour ceux qui cherchent une expérience différente et plus mémorable que pour un séjour normal.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel’s environment, facilities, service, and cleanliness were all excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Complimentary beverages were provided in the fridge, along with plenty of bottled water. The room and the bathroom were very well equipped, including a high-quality Dyson hairdryer. I had requested a room on a high floor, and the hotel made sure to accommodate my request, which I really appreciated. The check-in and check-out processes were both excellent, smooth, and efficient. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful, considerate, and professional. I would especially like to thank the Guest Relationship Manager, Refat, who provided excellent service during my stay. He was very considerate and made sure everything went well. Thank you, Refat, for your kindness and excellent service. I would also like to mention Cathy, who left a very good impression on me. Her service was attentive and thoughtful, and she patiently answered all of my questions. She was extremely helpful and reliable throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is great, especially as it was close to the places I wanted to visit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of. I would happily choose this hotel again for my next stay and would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful stay during the holidays! The room was high end with everything remote controlled, hand crafted cultural art as decors, and many local fruits and drinks as welcome gifts. We are basically staying in a museum itself, and they do sell tickets to visitors who do not stay here. My wife and I really enjoyed their hospitality. They pick you up from the train station/airport with a luxurious mini van, and offer you free breakfast/afternoon tea. All the staff members are very friendly and welcoming, they check your trip details with you beforehand to make everything smooth. 艾克 and 小孜 were assigned to us and they made our stay a great joy!

Nous avons eu un très agréable séjour à l'hôtel Radisson à Kashi. C'est particulièrement agréable de rester sur un étage supérieur, ce qui nous a donné un grand avantage sur la ville et fait de l'expérience sentir encore plus spécial. Il a été très bienvenu dans le centre de la ville, et il a été très utile dans toute notre séjour. Il a été très difficile de se rendre sur la route Taklamakan, mais Henry a fait de la professionnalisme, de la patience et de la connaissance locale une bonne chose. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était également très agréable, avec une bonne gamme de nourriture chinoise et occidentale, y compris quelques plats locaux Xinjiang, que nous apprécions vraiment. En général, ce séjour a été plus agréable encore par la vue de la ville, le petit déjeuner et l'hospitalité exceptionnelle de Henry.

I am very happy that I chose this hotel. I highly recommend it — I spent three wonderful days here. From helping me arrange transportation from the train station to the hotel, the staff were very kind and friendly. Thank you to the warm and attentive Xiao Mu 小木 Hotel for the pick-up and drop-off. There were also activities available, such as cow milking, hiking, and more. I especially recommend the horseback riding tour. Riding up into the mountains offers a unique view of Sayram Lake, and the scenery throughout the experience is absolutely beautiful. The horseback riding instructor, “Kenlide肯里得”, was very friendly, enthusiastic, and patient. I am also very grateful to “Bieke别克”for his warm and selfless sharing of the local culture. And Uncle Sha沙叔叔, who was also kind and friendly, recommended some great places to visit. I also want to thank the service staff who helped arrange my meals. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was hearty. I had a truly wonderful experience — it added a warm touch to my journey. I look forward to coming back next time. Highly recommended! The only downside is that I thought the hotel had hot springs.

Elle a finalisé les formalités et m'a apporté le nécessaire, et très attentivement, elle m'a même offert une tisane au gingembre et du porridge de riz blanc. C'était vraiment touchant. Son attitude de service était très douce, et nous avons même échangé nos WeChat. Pendant mon séjour, elle a pris de mes nouvelles, ce qui est vraiment remarquable. On se sentait comme à la maison. Un grand bravo encore à la jeune Ava 👍
