Les toilettes électriques et le chauffe-eau sont très modernes et la température de la chambre est maintenue à 30 °C. J'y ai séjourné 4 nuits. Propreté : Propreté irréprochable. Ambiance : Les plats à emporter sont livrés par un robot. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux. Service : Un grand merci à la charmante réceptionniste Lina ! C'est une très jolie jeune femme, très enthousiaste et serviable, toujours à l'écoute.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Kanas Hemu was nothing short of exceptional. If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I absolutely would. What stood out most was the genuinely warm hospitality and extraordinary thoughtfulness of the team. From the moment we arrived, we felt that our special occasion was not jusy simply noted, but sincerely celebrated. That personal touch transformed an already wonderful stay into a truly memorable one with decorations and cakes prepared all in advance. A very special mention must go to William Shan, whose professionalism, attentiveness and heartfelt care deserve the highest recognition. William consistently went above and beyond, anticipating our needs and ensuring that every detail of our stay was handled with remarkable thoughtfulness. He and his team who create this kind of guest experience are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises William’s and his team contribution. The hotel itself is superb. Our room and the entire property is sparkling clean, comfortable and exceptionally well maintained. The buffet breakfast iss excellent, with a wonderful variety and quality that made each morning something to look forward to. On top of that, hotel provides free photography, cable ride to the mountain and grassland ski to complete a beautiful memorable stay in Hemu. Considering the level of service, cleanliness, comfort and overall experience, the value for money was outstanding. Most importantly, this was hospitality with heart. It is easy for a hotel to provide a clean room and a good breakfast; it is far more difficult to make guests feel genuinely welcomed, remembered and cared for. William and his team at Holiday Inn Resort Kanas Hemu achieved way beyond that. Future visitors: do not make the mistake of overlooking this hotel. A stay here is an experience you will remember, and choosing elsewhere may well leave you wondering why you didn’t stay here instead. 我在伊寧市住過的最最豪華最最舒服的酒店。前台阿麗亞、阿卜杜塔衣爾，管家米婭服務非常到位。熱情周到的服務態度讓我們感受到賓至如歸的幸福和温暖。房間按照我的需求安排到高樓層，直接升級到行政房，床上用品、洗漱用品、mini bar都配備了高品質的用品和特色飲品食品。禮賓部的帥哥們服務真的很好。幫忙開車門拿行李、送行李。早餐菜品很多，品種齊全和品質一流。中西結合，還有當地民族特色小吃和奶茶，剛出爐的烤包子被廚師拿到餐桌前來品嚐，感覺不要太好。鮮榨果蔬汁兒強烈推薦。麪包、甜品都非常好吃。現包現煮餛飩吃了很暖胃。雙人晚餐夠四個人享用，色香味俱全，環境優美，服務周到。16樓露台餐吧，雞尾酒調得還不錯，法式炸薯條是我吃過的最好吃的薯條。現場演出也非常精彩，尤其是男歌手唱得太好聽了，給他點贊👍。健身房設備齊全，游泳池水質優良，環境優雅，體驗感極好。前台服務員熱情接待，總而言之，這次伊寧洲際酒店入住體驗超級好。旅拍拍得也很滿意。以後來伊寧首選洲際酒店，也給身邊的人強烈推薦。

We stayed at Courtyard No. 6 of Silk Road’s promise as two families with three kids, and everyone had a fantastic time. The rooms were comfortable, and the courtyard itself is full of charm. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the old town, within easy walking distance of key sights and plenty of great food options. The accommodation was very generous with thoughtful touches, including snacks, fresh fruit, tea, and small gifts. Breakfast each morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. Sammi and 小娅 provided outstanding, around-the-clock service and truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore Kashgar.

My family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel! When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather. The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation. I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!

Wonderful stay during the holidays! The room was high end with everything remote controlled, hand crafted cultural art as decors, and many local fruits and drinks as welcome gifts. We are basically staying in a museum itself, and they do sell tickets to visitors who do not stay here. My wife and I really enjoyed their hospitality. They pick you up from the train station/airport with a luxurious mini van, and offer you free breakfast/afternoon tea. All the staff members are very friendly and welcoming, they check your trip details with you beforehand to make everything smooth. 艾克 and 小孜 were assigned to us and they made our stay a great joy!

C'est particulièrement agréable de rester sur un étage supérieur, ce qui nous a donné un grand avantage sur la ville et fait de l'expérience sentir encore plus spécial. Il a été très bienvenu dans le centre de la ville, et il a été très utile dans toute notre séjour. Il a été très difficile de se rendre sur la route Taklamakan, mais Henry a fait de la professionnalisme, de la patience et de la connaissance locale une bonne chose. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était également très agréable, avec une bonne gamme de nourriture chinoise et occidentale, y compris quelques plats locaux Xinjiang, que nous apprécions vraiment. En général, ce séjour a été plus agréable encore par la vue de la ville, le petit déjeuner et l'hospitalité exceptionnelle de Henry.
