Room & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer. Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient. Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk! Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away. Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December). Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.

Le Hilton Garden Inn se distingue par ses installations modernes et neuves, ses chambres spacieuses et une literie douce et confortable. L'excellente insonorisation nous a permis de bénéficier d'un repos de grande qualité. Je tiens particulièrement à souligner le professionnalisme et la gentillesse de tout le personnel, dont l'accueil est des plus chaleureux. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité, rendant les repas et les déplacements extrêmement pratiques. Notre séjour a été des plus agréables et confortables, une expérience d'hébergement impeccable et de grande qualité, que je recommande vivement !

Отдыхали семьей с 9 по 14 июля 2026 года (2 взрослых, три ребенка). Жили в огромном трехкомнатном номере с видом на море. Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый. Убирались каждый день. До моря 10 минут. Вокруг полно кафешек, супермаркеты. Все понравилось!!!

I don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

I spent so long choosing a hotel at thaiwoo and I'm so glad that I decided on AB hotel! First, the service provided by Ms Wang was excellent, she was so patient and helpful, and communication by wechat was always prompt. Second, the hotel apartment looks modern and clean. I do not notice any smell even for a pet friendly hotel. Compared to nanshanli next door, I think that this offers a better value for money as you get a larger room (with kitchen and living room). However, the downside is that during winter we had to walk outdoors to get to the ski rental hall which is in the nanshanli building itself. Nonetheless my family looks forward to staying again in future!

During the past few days in Zhangjiakou, the most unforgettable thing is not the passion of the track, but the emotion brought by the front desk. My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. I went halfway through the warehouse with them to find it!” She thought she could get it now, but she frowned again and said, ”The box is too big to fit in the electric car basket. I'm afraid it will be broken on the road. I'll run around and pack it in the trunk again!” Before I could react, she turned and rushed down the stairs again - the second time she saw her, she had a sweat scarf on her arm, With her hands tightly wrapped around the trunk, even her work shirt was soaked with sweat, but she smiled and said, ”I just borrowed a shock absorber from the post office, and none of the drinks damaged.” When she tore open the packaging, she also purposely put a note on the trunk: ”Remember to replenish electrolytes after the game!” At that moment, I suddenly felt that although the wind of Zhangjiakou was cool with the grassland, but the box of drinks and the smile of my little sister, the trophy of the race course was more heart-warming. When I met such a service in a strange city, I really wanted to share the warmth with everyone! She not only helped us to get the express, but also let me feel the ”heart for heart” service temperature. Next time I come to Zhangjiakou, I will definitely choose this hotel full of human touch.

Zhangjiakou est un grand endroit, mais pas quand il est plein de gens... À partir de : Plusieurs: Arrivée avant 14h00; Accommodated my child's needs; Le personnel de restaurant est très bien. Pensez à ce que le petit déjeuner/la nourriture est chinois, les choix occidentaux sont mauvais. Moi : Mauvais nettoyage (désinfection de l'odeur gauche de vieilles vêtements); Pas de bains, pas de savon dans la chambre (il fallait demander); Lorsque vous êtes arrivée, personne ne m'a dit de l'heure du petit déjeuner, ni où/quand sur le bon de petit déjeuner; Les récepteurs vous ignorent principalement; Haven n'a pas parlé de la piscine, les récepteurs essaient surtout d'éviter la communication, père puis aide, j'étais figureniste choses moi-même; Le personnel ne parle pas anglais, quand je leur ai parlé, ils disent d'abord qu'ils ne comprenaient pas, et ensuite ils m'attendaient à quitter le bureau de réception, absolument inapproprié pour cet argent.

Singaporean of 6 stayed for 5 nights during March ski season Booked the 3 rooms apartment, 3 showers, 3 toilets with 1 bathtub, hairdryers, Humidifiers, clean, spacious enough for family Home kitchenette available but no utensils, cutlery to use but only 4 cups and a kettle Service is good, responsive especially the gentleman at front desk very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is simple but it is sufficient, good and filling enough for a morning start The service staff at the breakfast restaurant remembers our daughters selection too and is attentive to children. SPA overall is a good respite for the cold weather but hygiene poor, do not compare to Japanese onsen as this is just a heated pool concept with outdoor pools. Movie tickets are good and we managed to catch 1 almost everyday and totally enjoyed ourselves. Short walk over to LAWSON, shops, and skis shops, rentals, ski academy Question is, will I stay again, YES!

Cette fois-ci, j'ai séjourné dans une maison d'hôtes au sein de la station balnéaire de la Côte d'Azur, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage : un emplacement exceptionnel. La longue plage est idéale pour prendre des photos, se promener et se détendre ; une destination complète pour tous vos besoins balnéaires. Une expérience absolument parfaite !

Location: il est juste devant la plage. Vous traversez une petite route. Pas beaucoup de choses à faire autour de la zone, mais une didi de 15 minutes vous met en plein chaud. Service: Le service de bureau frontal était vraiment excellent, prêt à aider à réserver des billets pour les attractions locales. Le personnel était généralement ami et même me donna un cadeau à la fin. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chambres: Bien que l'hôtel puisse faire une mise à niveau de certaines choses, les chambres sont exactement comme on le voit dans les photos et sont toutes face à la mer. J'aime que les chambres aient une mini-kitchenette avec un réfrigérateur de grande taille. 👍 Il n'y avait pas de thé/café dans les chambres, même s'il y a une « station de thé ». J'ai demandé à l'ayi pour un thé de thé vert, elle a dit qu'ils n'ont pas. 🥴😪🥴 Petit-déjeuner: Le petit déjeuner est un petit déjeuner chinois standard. Cleanliness: L'hôtel est chinois “clean”. L'ayi est entrée pour nettoyer mais a laissé les lunettes dans le baignoire non lavé et le lit “fabriqué” comme on le voit dans la photo. 🫣🤣😂 Même le compteur de cuisine n'a pas été même éliminé. 😭😭😭 Il avait quelques crampes de mon repas précédent. Le bain avait des marques d'eau/ des peintures qui pouvaient facilement être polies, si l'ayi prenait son travail sérieusement. Les serviettes de bain disponibles dans la salle de bains étaient un gagnant.🥇 Et les feuilles, serviettes et épaisseurs de lit étaient très propres et propres. 🙌🏾 Globalement : si vous voulez le temps de démantèlement et de relaxation, et ne vous êtes pas trop choisi, cet endroit est super. Mais j'aimerais que l'hôtel puisse former le personnel en bonne hygiène.
