Very nice hotel and get the room at very good price due to non peak season. Can see the sunrise from room though there is building blocking in front of hotel but still nice, no need to go out to view at cold weather. First day they gave us complimentary breakfast including my kids, but second day hv to top up for kid.

Un endroit vraiment magnifique et magique, situé à cinq rues de l'entrée du Palais d'Été (et, si j'ai bien compris, faisant partie intégrante du complexe). La chambre était charmante et spacieuse. J'ai beaucoup aimé l'endroit et le personnel est adorable et serviable. À mon avis, c'est le meilleur endroit où passer la nuit à Chengde.

Convenient Location, directly above a large shopping mall with a good variety of shopping and food & beverage options. The hotel and mall are directly linked through the 4th floor, though it is closed outside of the mall operating hours. Room was clean and toiletries were nice! Overall a nice and comfortable stay.

We were so happy with our stay! The hotel staff were so nice and friendly, and they were very accommodating! We really enjoyed the comfortable and clean room and amenities. The breakfast was delicious and the laundry facilities were also very nice. We can’t wait to come back to visit!

L'hôtel était à l'origine une installation de soutien pour le parc aquatique, les étages 1 à 4 étant les étages du parc aquatique, et l'étage 5 étant réservé à l'hébergement du parc aquatique, aux massages, etc., et étant loué comme hôtel pour augmenter l'efficacité. Les chambres ont été rénovées mais la décoration reste traditionnelle et acceptable. Il y a une coupe de fruits gratuite, mais les boissons dans le réfrigérateur sont payantes, mais le prix n'est pas indiqué ! Le pire, c'est que la télé est un modèle qui date d'au moins 20 ans. Elle est épaisse et petite, la réception n'est pas claire et la télécommande n'est pas très maniable ! Rénover toute la maison mais ne pas remplacer la télévision ? Il y a un terrain de sport à côté de l'emplacement, il n'y a donc pas de centres commerciaux, de restaurants ou d'autres installations. L'arrêt de bus est loin et il faut plus de 10 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le bus de l'aéroport.

Chambre très grande et confortable, idéalement située, de style occidental et toute neuve. Je n'y ai passé que deux nuits et j'ai été très satisfait de tout. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très aimable et attentionné. Il a également pris soin de me prévenir la veille de mon arrivée afin que ma chambre soit prête. Le petit-déjeuner était très correct, avec un mélange de plats chinois et un peu occidentaux.

The most fabulous hotel my family have ever stayed in and the best reception staff member ever - Mr. Lang. Lang was so wonderful, my son had a birthday during the stay and Lang organized a free room upgrade, beautiful decoration and they even sang happy birthday to my son. Lang and his group brung in a tasty cake for our family to celebrate. Just to add that Mr Langs English is excellent as well and we had smooth communication. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast very tasty. Hot springs and cinema were great as well. We have travelled all over the world but have never experienced such a fabulous service. Thank you Mr. Lang and thank you Thaiwoo hotel!!

IInvitéIt was a very pleasant experience in this hotel. Then service was really great, Xiao Wang and Xiao Fan did a really great job and made us feel very welcome.
The breakfast was also really good with western and Chinese choices. The cook was such a lovely and friendly guy. The room was perfect and we could see the while mountain resort and hammer rock in the distance.
We would definitely stay again here.

GGeneric UserI don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

IInvitéDuring the past few days in Zhangjiakou, the most unforgettable thing is not the passion of the track, but the emotion brought by the front desk. My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. I went halfway through the warehouse with them to find it!” She thought she could get it now, but she frowned again and said, ”The box is too big to fit in the electric car basket. I'm afraid it will be broken on the road. I'll run around and pack it in the trunk again!” Before I could react, she turned and rushed down the stairs again - the second time she saw her, she had a sweat scarf on her arm, With her hands tightly wrapped around the trunk, even her work shirt was soaked with sweat, but she smiled and said, ”I just borrowed a shock absorber from the post office, and none of the drinks damaged.” When she tore open the packaging, she also purposely put a note on the trunk: ”Remember to replenish electrolytes after the game!” At that moment, I suddenly felt that although the wind of Zhangjiakou was cool with the grassland, but the box of drinks and the smile of my little sister, the trophy of the race course was more heart-warming. When I met such a service in a strange city, I really wanted to share the warmth with everyone! IInvitéI recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken.
The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work.
I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied.
The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service.
I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone.
In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement.

Booked the 3 rooms apartment, 3 showers, 3 toilets with 1 bathtub, hairdryers, Humidifiers, clean, spacious enough for family
Home kitchenette available but no utensils, cutlery to use but only 4 cups and a kettle
Service is good, responsive especially the gentleman at front desk very helpful and accommodating.
Breakfast is simple but it is sufficient, good and filling enough for a morning start
The service staff at the breakfast restaurant remembers our daughters selection too and is attentive to children.
SPA overall is a good respite for the cold weather but hygiene poor, do not compare to Japanese onsen as this is just a heated pool concept with outdoor pools.
Movie tickets are good and we managed to catch 1 almost everyday and totally enjoyed ourselves.
Short walk over to LAWSON, shops, and skis shops, rentals, ski academy
Question is, will I stay again, YES!

En fait, les installations de montage autour de lui étaient très peu nombreuses. Il n'y avait qu'un château d'or, mais quand je l'ai vue, j'étais assez choqué.
La suite est assez grande, c'est trois avant la plus grande de mes suites habitées au pays. Tous les équipements sont très Princess, pas seulement le château de la Princesse, que ce soit de la forme de la lumière ou de la forme de la paille, méritent les quatre mots du ”champ de jardin”. La réception de la dame à la maison était très polie, puis elle aimait particulièrement le lait de leur maison. La dame a également demandé à la chambre d'hôte, et j'ai trouvé le même lait de la même nature. Je suis allé au restaurant pour manger. La dame a suivi le restaurant pour me dire quel. Le petit déjeuner de l'appartement est livré à la chambre, la variété est relativement riche.
Pour parler de la gueule, ma tête de la chambre précédente était mauvaise. La réception a une gueule avec un linge et une gueule. Nous pouvons comprendre, mais je pense que le client est toujours mieux placé quand il est reçu, parce que le lundi est venu, je sens que l'immeuble est dans notre famille, Très silencieux, il est arrivé à 9h30 à la nuit, l'hôtel n'a pas de chambre de nuit, contactez le gestionnaire de l'hôtel à 8h30 environ, j'espère que le restaurant de l'hôtel conservera plusieurs plats, et le restaurant de l'hôtel est fermé à 8h00 environ. Le petit frère de M. Meng est très jeune et plus déprimé. Il voulait me répondre quand je sors avec mes affaires, mais il semble avoir pensé à la moitié du jour, et sa tête est allée de nouveau, hahaha 😂
L'hôtel est très riche parce que la végétation est couverte, l'écosystème est meilleur, il y aura aussi des petits chiens de rouge, très mignon, je m'aime beaucoup. Il y aura aussi beaucoup de filles et de sœurs dans les vêtements de princesse pour prendre des photos, il y aura des photos de mariage pour prendre des photos, et je viendrai rester quelques nuits.

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around.
Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason.
Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved.
Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in.
This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests.
Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years.
Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good.
The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable.
We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com).
We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week.
Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese.
This is still the case, WHY?
As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well.
This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels.
With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements.
(Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him).
There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.
