Very nice hotel and get the room at very good price due to non peak season. Can see the sunrise from room though there is building blocking in front of hotel but still nice, no need to go out to view at cold weather. First day they gave us complimentary breakfast including my kids, but second day hv to top up for kid.

Un hôtel charmant installé dans un ancien complexe impérial (une bibliothèque, probablement), proposant de grandes chambres propres. Situé à flanc de colline, il est facilement accessible en taxi ou VTC. De plus, il est tout près du centre-ville et à quelques minutes en voiture des temples incontournables de Chengde.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel sert un petit-déjeuner correct, et le dîner propose des plats locaux censés rappeler ceux qu'aurait pu déguster un empereur. Vous pouvez donc, moyennant un supplément, dîner comme un roi. Les grands cerfs qui errent sur le domaine vous dévisagent de leurs grands yeux tristes, visiblement à la recherche d'une aumône, mais ne vous laissez pas avoir : l'herbe ne manque pas.
Des travaux étaient en cours, les bâtiments semblent être en rénovation, mais cela n'a pas perturbé notre séjour. La signalétique est en anglais et le personnel de la réception parle anglais.

酒店地理位置在愛琴海旁邊，住宿逛街兩不誤。房間乾淨舒適，還配備了微波爐和冰箱及操作枱和廚盆，住宿很方便。早餐非常豐盛，兩側餐食各具特色，補充也很及時，非常nice。洗衣房洗衣機有專人負責清理，很大很乾凈，樓下有專用停車位和充電樁。唯一的不足就是洗澡水熱水水壓過低，噴頭衹能局部出水，洗澡得勉強沖半天，建議整體檢修一下，住起來就更完美啦

We were so happy with our stay! The hotel staff were so nice and friendly, and they were very accommodating! We really enjoyed the comfortable and clean room and amenities. The breakfast was delicious and the laundry facilities were also very nice. We can’t wait to come back to visit!

L'hôtel était à l'origine une installation de soutien pour le parc aquatique, les étages 1 à 4 étant les étages du parc aquatique, et l'étage 5 étant réservé à l'hébergement du parc aquatique, aux massages, etc., et étant loué comme hôtel pour augmenter l'efficacité. Les chambres ont été rénovées mais la décoration reste traditionnelle et acceptable. Il y a une coupe de fruits gratuite, mais les boissons dans le réfrigérateur sont payantes, mais le prix n'est pas indiqué ! Le pire, c'est que la télé est un modèle qui date d'au moins 20 ans. Elle est épaisse et petite, la réception n'est pas claire et la télécommande n'est pas très maniable ! Rénover toute la maison mais ne pas remplacer la télévision ? Il y a un terrain de sport à côté de l'emplacement, il n'y a donc pas de centres commerciaux, de restaurants ou d'autres installations. L'arrêt de bus est loin et il faut plus de 10 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le bus de l'aéroport.

Service et hygiène impeccables ! Le personnel de la réception était incroyablement accueillant et m’a fait sentir comme chez moi. Les chambres étaient propres et bien rangées, et le petit-déjeuner proposait un plat de nouilles spécial au goût authentique que j’ai trouvé très savoureux. Des bornes de recharge étaient disponibles dans l’hôtel, ce qui était très pratique, notamment pour ceux qui ne conduisent pas. Un service de navette vers la gare du Sud est également proposé.

The most fabulous hotel my family have ever stayed in and the best reception staff member ever - Mr. Lang. Lang was so wonderful, my son had a birthday during the stay and Lang organized a free room upgrade, beautiful decoration and they even sang happy birthday to my son. Lang and his group brung in a tasty cake for our family to celebrate. Just to add that Mr Langs English is excellent as well and we had smooth communication. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast very tasty. Hot springs and cinema were great as well. We have travelled all over the world but have never experienced such a fabulous service. Thank you Mr. Lang and thank you Thaiwoo hotel!!

AAlpohskL'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, à proximité des principales attractions et à quelques pas des grands magasins et d'un marché nocturne.
La chambre est propre et spacieuse, et le petit-déjeuner propose un choix varié et savoureux. Le personnel est très serviable et se charge d'organiser les transports et de réserver les billets pour les attractions.
Cependant, comme nous y étions pendant les vacances d'été, les ascenseurs étaient assez lents et le petit-déjeuner peut être bondé.

GGeneric UserI don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

IInvitéDuring the past few days in Zhangjiakou, the most unforgettable thing is not the passion of the track, but the emotion brought by the front desk. My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. I went halfway through the warehouse with them to find it!” She thought she could get it now, but she frowned again and said, ”The box is too big to fit in the electric car basket. I'm afraid it will be broken on the road. I'll run around and pack it in the trunk again!” Before I could react, she turned and rushed down the stairs again - the second time she saw her, she had a sweat scarf on her arm, With her hands tightly wrapped around the trunk, even her work shirt was soaked with sweat, but she smiled and said, ”I just borrowed a shock absorber from the post office, and none of the drinks damaged.” When she tore open the packaging, she also purposely put a note on the trunk: ”Remember to replenish electrolytes after the game!” At that moment, I suddenly felt that although the wind of Zhangjiakou was cool with the grassland, but the box of drinks and the smile of my little sister, the trophy of the race course was more heart-warming. When I met such a service in a strange city, I really wanted to share the warmth with everyone! She not only helped us to get the express, but also let me feel the ”heart for heart” service temperature. Next time I come to Zhangjiakou, I will definitely choose this hotel full of human touch.

Watching the sunrise and strolling along the beach added to the charm. The hot springs in our room were a unique and enjoyable feature.The staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing our experience. The dinner buffet, priced at 169 RMB, offered a fantastic variety of seafood and other dishes, making it a must-try. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our stay and recommend this hotel for its excellent location and amenities.

Je voudrais tout d'abord remercier le personnel pour son excellent service, en particulier, je voudrais que la direction reconnaisse mon nom Meijiaxue pour son aide. Je recommande que l'hôtel dispose d'un compte de chat pour les étrangers pour contacter le bureau frontal pour une traduction facile. Elle s'est éloignée de sa façon d'aider à réserver une voiture, à commander des aliments et à acheter des produits.
L'hôtel et les terrains sont beaux. Les chambres sont incroyables et se sentent très haut de la fin, le luxe. Le bâtiment est nouveau et bien entretenu. Shampoo, soap et conditionneur est un beau lavender et mine, produit naturel.
On vous donne des billets pour l'alimentation alpaca et l'activité de dessin de DIY.
Le petit-déjeuner buffet a été bien fait et plus que suffisamment de nourriture pour seulement 24 chambres, principalement de la Chine mais quelques plats occidentaux.
La location était la seule chute. Je pensais être à seulement 15 minutes du centre-ville et la plage ne serait pas un problème pour un taxi. Cependant, il était presque impossible d'obtenir un taxi ou Didi. Il n'y a rien d'autre dans la zone, donc il n'y a pas de voiture dans la zone. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable.
Globalement, je visiterais absolument de nouveau et recommande, Idéalement avec une voiture.

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around.
Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason.
Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved.
Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in.
This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests.
Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years.
Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good.
The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable.
We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com).
We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week.
Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese.
This is still the case, WHY?
As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well.
This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels.
With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements.
(Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him).
There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

RRoquetThis hotel is very new, very clean, and very modern. It is definitely a premium grade hotel. I will not call it ”international” grade because (1) my Australian Mastercard debit card could not be used, (2) not much English is spoken and (3) there is no bar as we know it. None of that matters because (1) staff are adept at using the language translation tools (2) we can use the foreign card to withdraw Chinese cash at most ATM's around the city, and (3) there is a modern mall directly across the road with a supermarket selling everything including a good range of beer, wine, and spirits. Breakfast includes agreeable international selections along with a tempting range of Chinese fare. A FREE late supper is served every evening from 9.30pm which we found quite adequate as our evening meal. The dining room for breakfast and supper is on the 20th floor with spectular city views. Our room on the 17th floor enjoys the same views. Easy-to-use automatic laundry facilities are also provided FREE on the 20th floor. Robots were effectively used to deliver small items to our room. Value for the price is incredible. I was hestitant to give top rating... the word might get out... the price might go up... the quality might go down. But for now, it is what it is... diabolically excellent.
