L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très pratique pour se déplacer dans la ville. La propreté de la chambre est correcte. Le personnel de service a fourni un excellent service

Notre séjour au Puteri Bay Melaka a été excellent 👍🏼 L'emplacement était idéal car nous avions une belle vue sur la plage et l'hôtel était proche des restaurants. L'accueil et le personnel étaient également aimables et serviables. Le choix au petit-déjeuner était varié et les lits étaient confortables ; nous y avons bien dormi 👍🏼👍🏼 Le seul bémol était la propreté des toilettes : des cheveux dépassaient du dessous du lit. De plus, il n'y avait pas de brosses à dents dans la chambre et le tapis de prière avait une odeur désagréable. Globalement, le séjour a été agréable, même si le personnel devrait peut-être être plus vigilant quant à la propreté et à l'odeur des chambres. Je recommande tout de même cet hôtel pour le confort des lits, la belle vue et son emplacement en bord de mer 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Hôtel pratique et proche de Jonker Street. Accès facile aux restaurants. Hôtel récent et propre. Accueil chaleureux. Je réserverai à nouveau sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Malacca.

The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of food and a spacious dining area. However, there were quite a lot of hairs on the carpet in the room, which was not very pleasant. The carpet should be vacuumed properly before each new guest checks in. Only two small bottles of shower gel were provided, which was not enough. I asked the receptionist for more, but was told there was no extra shower gel available and was only given shampoo instead. One of the towels was also torn. The water flow was quite slow, and the mattress felt a little too hard. Overall, the breakfast was good, but the room cleanliness, amenities, and comfort could be improved.

I booked this hotel for a one-night stay. While the front desk service was excellent and the room was clean and well-maintained, I unfortunately would not choose to stay here again, especially considering the price point. The room was also smaller than I expected, particularly the bathroom. Space felt quite limited, which made the stay less comfortable than anticipated. For the price paid, I expected a more spacious and practical room layout. The biggest issue for me, however, was the lack of soundproofing. The walls seem extremely thin, and I had a very poor night’s sleep because of the constant noise. I was repeatedly awakened throughout the night, starting from around 5AM. The noises came from both inside and outside the hotel, including motorcycles passing by, people talking and laughing loudly on the street, footsteps on the stairs, doors closing, cups and mugs being placed on tables, housekeeping activities, and vacuum cleaners. At times, the sounds felt as if they were coming from right next to my bed. For the rate charged, I believe there are other accommodations that offer much better value and a more comfortable sleeping environment. A good night’s rest is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this property fell short in that regard. That being said, I would like to commend the staff for their friendly and helpful service. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and free-flow water available in the pantry. These were nice touches that enhanced the overall guest experience. Another positive aspect is the parking. For guests who are driving, the hotel provides complimentary parking spaces, and the parking area is relatively spacious. This makes it convenient and hassle-free for those traveling by car. Overall, the service and cleanliness were good, and I appreciated the parking facilities and pantry amenities. However, the small room size and poor sound insulation significantly impacted my stay. Unfortunately, this will likely be a one-time stay for me.

Au-delà de mes espérances ! J'ai eu une chambre standard avec deux lits simples. La chambre est propre, bien entretenue et dispose de tout le nécessaire. L'espace commun offre de nombreux sièges pour se détendre, et la piscine est également propre ! Le plus grand atout de cet endroit est son emplacement : on peut se rendre à pied à Jonker Street, au centre commercial Dataran Pahlawan & Mahkoda Parada et au restaurant A Famosa.

Located conveniently next to Jonker Street however nosies from the ground can be heard since we are staying at 2/3 storey. Not advisable for people who are really light sleeper. Toothbrush and toothpaste are provided but have to collect it at the reception. Overall I would still stay again when I visit malacca! Thank you!

a great budget hotel find for anyone looking for a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. the room was really cozy. got upgraded for a bigger room for f.o.c and it came fully equipped with a tv, iron and kettle nor mineral water. as a muslim travelers, they also provide a clear qibla direction sticker. the aircond was superb too, really cold and perfect for a good night's sleep. the bathroom was the best part, it was clean and the water pressure was really strong which makes showering so refreshing plus most importantly, it has a bidet hose, which is a huge plus. the elevators are okay so no long waits. the staff are very friendly and welcoming also theres plenty of parking space, not to worry about finding a spot for parking. hotel location very strategic & located in the middle a city & convenience store for restaurants, i have to walk a little bit, but it’s a manageable distance. one minor downside, the room soundproofing isnt the best, i can occasionally hear noise from the hallway or outside the room. if youre a light sleeper, you might want to take note of that. overall i highly recommended for those who want comfort on a budget

Everything was great except for the lift service of the building itself. The system of the lifts was so stupid that we waited almost an hour to get down from the 33th floor. In the end there were 20 people just waiting to go down. Out of 6 lifts only one comes when called/signal is given. Otherwise everything was clean and nice.
