IInvitéRésumé : il n'y a pas longtemps de place pour les gens, le paysage, les services, les installations et l'hygiène sont très bons.
Environnement: près du parc de vent et de pierre, sous la fenêtre, le tunnel du parc, dehors de la fenêtre, la mer de pierre, et les temps de la journée sont magnifiques.
Service: Le peuple a un truc de congé, les bagages ont un personnel pour l'aider, le service est très bon, le café est envoyé.
Installations: Le lit est très confortable, la famille d'enfants peut dormir trois fois, les produits de lits de mer sont sèches, le tuyau est un modèle de protection des cheveux souples, un électro-équipe, un bébé à coucher unique.
Recommandation: L'île Dongshan est une péninsule, il est très pratique de vendre des fruits de mer. Si vous voulez manger des fruits de mer, ne trouvez pas de grands magasins, coûteux et difficiles à manger, vous pouvez le tourner plus loin, manger deux fois le petit magasin appelé ”l'esprit général”, le patron recommande le poisson ou le pomme de terre entré dans le jour, la pratique la plus propre, très frais, recommande le riz, Ils ont mangé deux fois.

It's the first time I encounter staff kept telling me my room is a ”special offer” room at check in process when I didn't ask anything about the room.
She was very friendly and even offered to usher us to our room. When we exit lift at level 9, she led us to a hidden stairs behind the lift. So no wonder she has to led us because the ”special offer” room was hidden.
The wall and corridor looked different from the normal rows of rooms from lift level.
When we went in the room, we realised it's very small but didn't immediately check trip.com photos and booking details. We put our bags and left quickly for dinner.
When we returned I don't think the room matched what I booked here so I went to the counter and inform the same staff. At this moment, I understand why she kept using the words ”special offer room” when I checked in.
Advertised pictures of the room type showed several different designs but all have space for table and chair.
The room given to me only has leg space around the double bed and a low cabinet (height of stool) near the door.
Shower and toilet are in the same space which means toilet will be wet when u shower. This room is 902.
At the counter, the staff said I should have rejected the room at first glance and she doesn't have other rooms which looked more like the advertised rooms because I rejected too late.
Her colleague besides her said the hotel has many different rooms. She said my room is ”special offer room” and they don't bother to look at my phone to see trip.com photos and listed space and furniture provided.
I made the colleague look at trip.com room photos and tell me the type of room they belong to. To my horror, the staff sad those are Yi yue rooms and not yi xin.
So I asked them if they are telling me that the hotel used yi yue room photos as advertisements to sell yi xin rooms. Then she became quiet and the girl suddenly has other room for me to change.
Although the new room (also level 9) still didn't have the table and chair as per listed in trip.com booking details and photos but at least it is far more decent.
Please be careful if you have already booked this hotel!

IInvitéThey provide pick up service from train station with charges, they said its small business so must charge some. I am fine with that so engage their pick up service. As we had three large and heavy luggage and others baggage so I request for bigger car but the driver keep saying normal sedan wad enough. I travelled from Guangzhou to Xiamen and from Xiamen to Wuyishan I knew from the experiences that our luggage could only fit in bigger car and insisted on it regardless of how the driver reluctant to listen to me, they thought that I was just being picky. Anyway I paid more for bigger car, its not same fare, just dont get why the driver was so reluctant and unfriendly when he come and fetch us, his face was all black and very unfriendly.
The hotel staff attitude were somehow not very sincered. Service was slow. Breakfast was ok only, we stayed there 4 nights and their breakfast were same everyday. First day breakfast noodles was a little sour maybe was kept overnight.
The room sound insulation are poor, we would hear people talking outside our room, door closing. Rooms provide alot of little staff for guest which were quite thoughtfull.

IInvitéLe paysage était magnifique de jour comme de nuit. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ! La réceptionniste a été d'une grande aide. J'avais commandé sur Taobao et la réceptionniste a été très gentille de m'aider à retrouver mon colis. L'une d'elles m'a même aidée à ouvrir les casiers, car je ne connaissais pas le coin. Il y a plein de restaurants autour de l'hôtel, à seulement 2-3 minutes à pied de Zhongshan Lu ! L'hôtel était très propre et le service de chambre était assuré tous les jours, donc pas de souci si vous faites des dégâts. Tout était fourni et la réceptionniste nous a même mis en garde contre les arnaques. Le personnel était très serviable et sympathique ! Je recommande cet hôtel à tous ceux qui cherchent un bon hôtel à un prix abordable !

IInvitéL'expérience de séjour est très bonne. L'environnement du magasin est propre, calme, l'air ambiant est très profond, la chambre est large et lumineuse. Les produits de lit sont doux et confortables, votre coucher peut rapidement se détendre, l'effet d'isolement sonore est très bon, la nuit est très calme.
La réception est très enthousiaste, le bureau est efficace et les besoins peuvent être répondus en temps utile. Lave-linge, salles de sport sont toutes, ce prix est réservé, prix abordable, le logement se sent particulièrement sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon.

IInvitéLa chambre est OK, avec un peu de fumée. Ce qui pourrait être amélioré est d'aider les clients de l'hôtel à organiser un service de taxi. C'est la première fois que j'ai entendu parler d'un hôtel à ce niveau que ce service ne pouvait pas être organisé. Les clients de l'hôtel n'ont pas tous un numéro de téléphone local pour l'embauche de taxis ou de voitures sur des applications mobiles.

Ooverthinking_outloud28We had a wonderful stay at this hotel on Zhongshan Pedestrian Road in Xiamen. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They checked us in quickly—even a little earlier than the official time—and provided us with water and a place to sit while we got settled. Seeing that we were traveling with a lot of luggage (as my parents had flown in from South Africa and this wasn’t their final destination), they offered us an upgrade for just 100 yuan to a more spacious room. This was such a thoughtful suggestion and made our stay much more comfortable, as the original room would have been quite tight with all our bags.
Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond, sending us recommendations for food and activities via WeChat. This was especially helpful for us as visitors navigating in Chinese, and it made exploring the city much easier.
The room itself was excellent—spotlessly clean, modern, and stylishly designed. The loft layout was a fun touch, with my parents downstairs and me upstairs. Everything felt new and well maintained, from the bathroom to the furniture and finishings. In fact, it looked even better in real life than in the photos, which is rare for many hotels.
The rooftop was another highlight, offering a lovely view and a great spot to enjoy dinner. Overall, the hotel had a fresh, welcoming atmosphere that made our stay very pleasant.
The only small downside was the loft ceiling height—I hit my head a few times despite the “mind your head” signs. While this is to be expected with loft-style rooms (and I’m on the taller side), the signage could have been placed in slightly better spots. That said, it didn’t take away from how enjoyable the stay was.
In short, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way: fantastic service, modern and clean rooms, thoughtful touches and a prime location. I would absolutely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.
