L'hôtel est situé à l'entrée de la rue piétonne Zhongshan Road, ce qui le rend très pratique pour les restaurants et les boutiques. Il se trouve à environ 500 mètres de la station Zhenhai Road (ligne 1 du métro) ; il suffit de prendre la sortie 3B et de suivre les indications dans la rue adjacente. La chambre, bien que petite, était propre et bien équipée. Les lits jumeaux étaient confortables et le petit-déjeuner copieux. N'ayant pas de fenêtres donnant sur l'extérieur, un système de ventilation était installé dans la chambre.

C'était vraiment génial ! Non seulement ils m'ont surclassé spontanément, mais ils ont aussi accepté un départ tardif ! L'accueil était absolument impeccable ! Ils m'ont même donné un guide touristique avec des recommandations de restaurants et d'activités, ce qui était très utile. J'ai suivi leurs conseils et goûté les nouilles satay… et je dois dire qu'elles étaient incroyablement délicieuses ! J'en ai mangé pendant trois jours d'affilée et j'étais complètement accro ! La chambre était également très propre et bien rangée. Le matelas était incroyable : parfaitement confortable, ni trop mou, ni trop ferme, et je n'avais plus envie de quitter mon lit. L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de tous les sites incontournables ! Je me déplaçais principalement en taxi, et cela ne coûtait qu'une dizaine de yuans – incroyable ! Juste la prise en charge ! Ils sont vraiment doués pour faire des économies ! Xiamen est une ville vraiment romantique ! J'y retournerai sans hésiter ! Je continuerai à séjourner dans cette incroyable maison d'hôtes et je la recommanderai vivement à mes amis et camarades de classe. Mes compagnons de voyage l'ont tous adorée ! Nous vous recommandons vivement cet hôtel. Ils offrent un service de transbordement gratuit de l'aéroport à l'hôtel et vice versa. La distance est à seulement 10 minutes de l'aéroport. L'hôtel est propre et moderne et l'un des principaux points de vue est leur réception, ils sont très aimables et soignants.
L'hôtel est aussi très proche du marché, il m'a pris seulement 7 minutes pour y arriver.
Si j'ai la chance de revoir Fuzhou, je resterais ici.

La dame à la réception est vraiment belle et offre un bon service. J'ai patiemment répondu à toutes mes questions. Les hôtels suivront leur exemple à l'avenir.
Il y a un bus en face de l'hôtel qui peut aller directement à l'aéroport. Il y a un arrêt de bus devant la porte, si vous allez à Sanfangqixiang, vous pourrez choisir parmi un petit-déjeuner buffet à seulement deux stations de métro. Pas besoin de chercher où acheter des boulettes de poisson Fuzhou, il y a le petit-déjeuner. Venez prendre le petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel !

Le service est très bon et il est pratique de voyager. C'est un endroit calme juste à l'extérieur de la rue piétonne Zhongshan Road. La chambre est également très propre. Mon enfant a dit que le lit était très confortable. a une très bonne attitude de service.

Emplacement idéal 👍 L'immeuble est ancien, mais les chambres sont très propres et les lits étaient impeccables.
L'année dernière, j'y ai séjourné plus de dix jours car le gérant était très compétent et m'a attribué une chambre parfaitement adaptée à mes besoins. Il a été très à l'écoute de mes demandes ! Cette année, j'y suis retourné avec ma famille, mais la réceptionniste n'a pas été très serviable.
Je tiens à souligner que le gérant de cet établissement est une véritable perle ! Les propriétaires devraient la chérir ! Elle est incroyablement compétente !

The location is very advantageous, close to Zhongshan Road in Xiamen. There are also many restaurants around. It's very close to any scenic spot, and across from it is Gulangyu Island. There is a viewing terrace on the fourth floor for you to take a look. I am very satisfied with every part of the hotel, except for the bed sheets. I stayed for four consecutive days without changing them

IInvitéThis is one of the nicer, quieter accommodations right at the end of the beachfront with a great view of the shore. It is a small boutique hotel with only 4 rooms. There is a tourist attraction right below it. In the evening, you can sit at the viewing deck to relax into the night.
The small crew of live-in staff are great. They helped us with a very challenging situation and were very quick to provide general assistance even up to very late at night. They were communicative on Wechat.
The only downside is that the hotel is some distance to the main area at the library building. There is a buggy which brings you there and back which the hotel staff arrange very quickly and enthusiastically. This is a small problem as the hotel staff are very quick to support but you must be aware to factor in an additional 10-15minutes travelling time to reach the library building to go elsewhere. Do also note that at the library building, cars cannot wait too long if you are planning travel activities.
The hotel also houses two cute cats as pets which are friendly to guests. There is a nearby cafe affiliated to the hotel which is nice to relax in and the coffee is fine. The beachfront shops are about 10-15 minutes walk away along the shore.
The toilet in the rooms have bidets. The rooms have good unobstructed views, which should be better compared to other hotels around them. In addition to usual complimentary water bottles, small snacks are provided in the rooms.
The hotel staff are excellent. They had a high energy level, were engaging and genuine in wanting to support hotel guests.

YYappariStory⭐ 5/5 — A Truly Exceptional, Warm-Hearted Stay at Zengcuo’an Village ⭐
I travel often and have experienced many different types of hotels and accommodations over the years. From 25 Nov 2025, I stayed at Hua Cai Xiao Zhu · Florich 民宿 (环岛南路曾厝垵店) for 12 nights, and extended my stay by another 3 nights because it genuinely felt like home. That alone says everything. 😊
From the moment I arrived, the experience was not just comfortable, but deeply warm and reassuring, thanks to the owner and housekeeper who went out of their way to make sure every detail of my stay was taken care of. 🙏
I stayed in the Huacai Balcony Tub Room on the 5th level. I believe this is the only accommodation in Zengcuo'an that has an elevator.
The room was very clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped. The large bathtub and giant HD projector made every evening wonderfully relaxing. The balcony overlooks Zengcuo’an Village and is just 50 metres from the village church. I even enjoyed a beautiful sunrise at around 6:30am right from my room. 🌄
The location is outstanding. It’s about 200 metres from the main entrance of Zengcuo’an Village, surrounded by everything you could possibly need. There are countless eateries nearby, including my personal favourite right in front of the accommodation — 福鼎肉片小吃店, run by the warm and amiable 美金姐, a 56-year-old local lady (highly recommended!). 😋😋
Convenience stores, fashion and accessory shops, souvenir stalls, luggage shops, spas, travel agencies — and even a McDonald’s — are all within easy reach. 👍👍
Several attractions are also within walking distance, including Pearl Public Beach and Music Square. One of the smartest ways to explore Xiamen is the CNY 50 hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus (24 stops), with the bus stop conveniently located right in front of the village on the right side. It’s honestly the most affordable and efficient way to see the city.
What truly made this stay exceptional, however, were the people. 👬👭 The owner, 许老板, is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. He patiently gave directions, recommended places to visit, pointed out nearby essentials like the bank and pharmacy, and even allowed me to store my luggage while I was away for a few days. When I checked out, I was down with a cold — he not only helped with my luggage, but also personally drove me to the airport, making sure I arrived safely. That level of care is rare. 💯💯💯
The housekeeper, 秀容, is equally wonderful. Always smiling, always attentive, she made sure I was comfortable every single day — from providing extra water, tissues, and towels to quietly checking that everything was in order. Her warmth made the entire stay feel effortless and homely.

One last tip: don’t miss the sunset. Walk across the overhead bridge from the village and enjoy the beach scene between 4:30pm and 6:30pm — it’s absolutely unforgettable.🌻🌷
Overall: highly, highly recommended.

La position est super pratique, juste à côté de la place commerciale de la Californie, le bas est de manger et de jouer, la rue de la chaussure, la cuisine, le bus sont super-professionnels, près du bus BRT, aller à toutes les attractions et boutiques est très confortable et très amicale pour les touristes.
L'environnement de l'hôtel est simple et conçu, la zone publique est propre et propre, les photos sont très extrêmement élégantes pour les jeunes. Le service de la réception est très attentif, il gère un séjour rapide et efficace, l'attitude du personnel est très patiente, il y a des questions et des réponses, les détails sont très intimes.
La chambre est propre et propre sans odeur, la lumière est très bonne, l'espace est confortable, les lits sont doux et confortables, dormir jusqu'au matin. La salle de bain est séparée séchante, l'eau chaude est suffisante, les fournitures sont complètes, le sentiment de séjour est excellent. L'hôtel n'est pas tranquille dans son ensemble, le repos de nuit n'est pas perturbé, le Wi-Fi est stable, le rapport coût-efficacité est super élevé.
Que ce soit un voyage d'amis, un voyage d'amitié ou un court séjour, il est très approprié. Bon emplacement, un bon environnement, un service louable, un rapport qualité-prix élevé. La prochaine fois que vous arriverez à la porte, vous serez le premier à choisir ici, avec un fort Anne pour tous!

It's the first time I encounter staff kept telling me my room is a ”special offer” room at check in process when I didn't ask anything about the room.
She was very friendly and even offered to usher us to our room. When we exit lift at level 9, she led us to a hidden stairs behind the lift. So no wonder she has to led us because the ”special offer” room was hidden.
The wall and corridor looked different from the normal rows of rooms from lift level.
When we went in the room, we realised it's very small but didn't immediately check trip.com photos and booking details. We put our bags and left quickly for dinner.
When we returned I don't think the room matched what I booked here so I went to the counter and inform the same staff. At this moment, I understand why she kept using the words ”special offer room” when I checked in.
Advertised pictures of the room type showed several different designs but all have space for table and chair.
The room given to me only has leg space around the double bed and a low cabinet (height of stool) near the door.
Shower and toilet are in the same space which means toilet will be wet when u shower. This room is 902.
At the counter, the staff said I should have rejected the room at first glance and she doesn't have other rooms which looked more like the advertised rooms because I rejected too late.
Her colleague besides her said the hotel has many different rooms. She said my room is ”special offer room” and they don't bother to look at my phone to see trip.com photos and listed space and furniture provided.
I made the colleague look at trip.com room photos and tell me the type of room they belong to. To my horror, the staff sad those are Yi yue rooms and not yi xin.
So I asked them if they are telling me that the hotel used yi yue room photos as advertisements to sell yi xin rooms. Then she became quiet and the girl suddenly has other room for me to change.
Although the new room (also level 9) still didn't have the table and chair as per listed in trip.com booking details and photos but at least it is far more decent.
Please be careful if you have already booked this hotel!

L'emplacement est idéal pour explorer l'île de Xiamen et découvrir la gastronomie locale. Prenez une chambre avec vue sur la mer : située à l'ouest de l'île, elle offre un magnifique coucher de soleil. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant. 10/10, j'y retournerai sans hésiter.

YYas_miniNot sure if this hotel is independently run or under the park in brand. The checkin and check out and getting left luggage just took forever. The staff were not friendly, no uniforms were worn, no welcome was given . Nothing was even said when I checked in. I was given a room that was clean and tidy. However the first night being a Saturday I was kept awake by the thumping sounds of the nightclub and the screaming sounds of KTV bar which kept me up all night. Then at 6 am the construction started digging and grinding. I asked to switch rooms and the next room was smaller . Somewhat clean. But it over looked the roof of the building where the aircon machines were which was absolutely loud.
The breakfast in this hotel was abysmal . Not much western food or vegetarian options. Except over sugary cereal and toast with no toppings. Every morning the room was filled and mosh patrons wasted half of what they took it was disheartening to see soo much food waste. The breakfast fruits were also always finished and nothing was being replenished. The chairs and table were dirty and stained. And I’m not sure the type of hygiene that went on cause no staff wore any type of uniforms. The coffee machine was dirty with finger marks and the overall cleaning was just poor. Skip the breakfast it was loud and in there and I saw guests sitting with the feet on the chains and kids sleeping all over the place.
The location is not very convenient it’s a bit of a distance from the west street and buses are not frequent but the bus stop is right outside.
The restroom in the lobby was also in a very poor state when I wanted to use it.
Again it is 2025 why are wel allowing smoking in public establishments! The halls smelt like smoke and one day my room a non-smoking room had a stench of smoke coming through the vents. The daily house keeping was also suspect, one day the toilet was cleaned and floors mopped the next.
Seriously , not sure if it’s actually is a radisson or what. But overall the room was clean and tidy.

Excellent service ! L'établissement nous a même fourni un guide gastronomique et touristique. La chambre au cinquième étage était très propre et l'environnement agréable. L'emplacement est idéal, pratique pour se déplacer partout. Il y a de nombreux restaurants et cafés juste en bas, et c'est aussi très facile d'aller à Gulangyu.
