This is one of the nicer, quieter accommodations right at the end of the beachfront with a great view of the shore. It is a small boutique hotel with only 4 rooms. There is a tourist attraction right below it. In the evening, you can sit at the viewing deck to relax into the night. The small crew of live-in staff are great. They helped us with a very challenging situation and were very quick to provide general assistance even up to very late at night. They were communicative on Wechat. The only downside is that the hotel is some distance to the main area at the library building. There is a buggy which brings you there and back which the hotel staff arrange very quickly and enthusiastically. This is a small problem as the hotel staff are very quick to support but you must be aware to factor in an additional 10-15minutes travelling time to reach the library building to go elsewhere. Do also note that at the library building, cars cannot wait too long if you are planning travel activities. The hotel also houses two cute cats as pets which are friendly to guests. There is a nearby cafe affiliated to the hotel which is nice to relax in and the coffee is fine. The beachfront shops are about 10-15 minutes walk away along the shore. The toilet in the rooms have bidets. The rooms have good unobstructed views, which should be better compared to other hotels around them. In addition to usual complimentary water bottles, small snacks are provided in the rooms. The hotel staff are excellent. They had a high energy level, were engaging and genuine in wanting to support hotel guests.

⭐ 5/5 — A Truly Exceptional, Warm-Hearted Stay at Zengcuo’an Village ⭐ I travel often and have experienced many different types of hotels and accommodations over the years. From 25 Nov 2025, I stayed at Hua Cai Xiao Zhu · Florich 民宿 (环岛南路曾厝垵店) for 12 nights, and extended my stay by another 3 nights because it genuinely felt like home. That alone says everything. 😊 From the moment I arrived, the experience was not just comfortable, but deeply warm and reassuring, thanks to the owner and housekeeper who went out of their way to make sure every detail of my stay was taken care of. 🙏 I stayed in the Huacai Balcony Tub Room on the 5th level. I believe this is the only accommodation in Zengcuo'an that has an elevator. The room was very clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped. The large bathtub and giant HD projector made every evening wonderfully relaxing. The balcony overlooks Zengcuo’an Village and is just 50 metres from the village church. I even enjoyed a beautiful sunrise at around 6:30am right from my room. 🌄 The location is outstanding. It’s about 200 metres from the main entrance of Zengcuo’an Village, surrounded by everything you could possibly need. There are countless eateries nearby, including my personal favourite right in front of the accommodation — 福鼎肉片小吃店, run by the warm and amiable 美金姐, a 56-year-old local lady (highly recommended!). 😋😋 Convenience stores, fashion and accessory shops, souvenir stalls, luggage shops, spas, travel agencies — and even a McDonald’s — are all within easy reach. 👍👍 Several attractions are also within walking distance, including Pearl Public Beach and Music Square. One of the smartest ways to explore Xiamen is the CNY 50 hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus (24 stops), with the bus stop conveniently located right in front of the village on the right side. It’s honestly the most affordable and efficient way to see the city. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, were the people. 👬👭 The owner, 许老板, is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. He patiently gave directions, recommended places to visit, pointed out nearby essentials like the bank and pharmacy, and even allowed me to store my luggage while I was away for a few days. When I checked out, I was down with a cold — he not only helped with my luggage, but also personally drove me to the airport, making sure I arrived safely. That level of care is rare. 💯💯💯 The housekeeper, 秀容, is equally wonderful. Always smiling, always attentive, she made sure I was comfortable every single day — from providing extra water, tissues, and towels to quietly checking that everything was in order. Her warmth made the entire stay feel effortless and homely. . One last tip: don’t miss the sunset. Walk across the overhead bridge from the village and enjoy the beach scene between 4:30pm and 6:30pm — it’s absolutely unforgettable.🌻🌷 Overall: highly, highly recommended. Hua Cai Xiao Zhu · Florich 民宿 (环岛南路曾厝垵店) is more than just a place to stay, it’s a place where you feel genuinely cared for. Adepte aux voyages commerciaux Le centre de l'exposition est très proche. Le transport est pratique, la rue est cuisine, la chambre est propre et propre. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon. La prochaine fois que vous partez, vous restez ici. Le rapport coût-efficacité est très élevé, il est recommandé d'y rester.

Do not recommend this hotel. Booked ji xin room type and expected room not worse than photos and size and furniture as advertised in trip.com It's the first time I encounter staff kept telling me my room is a ”special offer” room at check in process when I didn't ask anything about the room. She was very friendly and even offered to usher us to our room. When we exit lift at level 9, she led us to a hidden stairs behind the lift. So no wonder she has to led us because the ”special offer” room was hidden. The wall and corridor looked different from the normal rows of rooms from lift level. When we went in the room, we realised it's very small but didn't immediately check trip.com photos and booking details. We put our bags and left quickly for dinner. When we returned I don't think the room matched what I booked here so I went to the counter and inform the same staff. At this moment, I understand why she kept using the words ”special offer room” when I checked in. Advertised pictures of the room type showed several different designs but all have space for table and chair. The room given to me only has leg space around the double bed and a low cabinet (height of stool) near the door. Shower and toilet are in the same space which means toilet will be wet when u shower. This room is 902. At the counter, the staff said I should have rejected the room at first glance and she doesn't have other rooms which looked more like the advertised rooms because I rejected too late. Her colleague besides her said the hotel has many different rooms. She said my room is ”special offer room” and they don't bother to look at my phone to see trip.com photos and listed space and furniture provided. I made the colleague look at trip.com room photos and tell me the type of room they belong to. To my horror, the staff sad those are Yi yue rooms and not yi xin. So I asked them if they are telling me that the hotel used yi yue room photos as advertisements to sell yi xin rooms. Then she became quiet and the girl suddenly has other room for me to change. Although the new room (also level 9) still didn't have the table and chair as per listed in trip.com booking details and photos but at least it is far more decent. Please be careful if you have already booked this hotel!

They provide pick up service from train station with charges, they said its small business so must charge some. I am fine with that so engage their pick up service. As we had three large and heavy luggage and others baggage so I request for bigger car but the driver keep saying normal sedan wad enough. I travelled from Guangzhou to Xiamen and from Xiamen to Wuyishan I knew from the experiences that our luggage could only fit in bigger car and insisted on it regardless of how the driver reluctant to listen to me, they thought that I was just being picky. Anyway I paid more for bigger car, its not same fare, just dont get why the driver was so reluctant and unfriendly when he come and fetch us, his face was all black and very unfriendly. The hotel staff attitude were somehow not very sincered. Service was slow. Breakfast was ok only, we stayed there 4 nights and their breakfast were same everyday. First day breakfast noodles was a little sour maybe was kept overnight. The room sound insulation are poor, we would hear people talking outside our room, door closing. Rooms provide alot of little staff for guest which were quite thoughtfull.

Le paysage était magnifique de jour comme de nuit. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ! La réceptionniste a été d'une grande aide. J'avais commandé sur Taobao et la réceptionniste a été très gentille de m'aider à retrouver mon colis. L'une d'elles m'a même aidée à ouvrir les casiers, car je ne connaissais pas le coin. Il y a plein de restaurants autour de l'hôtel, à seulement 2-3 minutes à pied de Zhongshan Lu ! L'hôtel était très propre et le service de chambre était assuré tous les jours, donc pas de souci si vous faites des dégâts. Tout était fourni et la réceptionniste nous a même mis en garde contre les arnaques. Le personnel était très serviable et sympathique ! Je recommande cet hôtel à tous ceux qui cherchent un bon hôtel à un prix abordable !

Le service est très bon et il est pratique de voyager. C'est un endroit calme juste à l'extérieur de la rue piétonne Zhongshan Road. La chambre est également très propre. Mon enfant a dit que le lit était très confortable. a une très bonne attitude de service.

L'hôtel Lijiang Plaza, New York City, dans l'ancien quartier de Hangzhou, a été hébergé le soir, et l'expérience globale est supérieure à ce que j'avais espéré. Vous pouvez dire que c'est la famille la plus satisfaisante que j'aie jamais eu Les installations de l'hôtel sont très nouvelles, bien entretenues et utiles, du salon à la chambre d'hôte. Le service de la réception répond en temps voulu, les besoins proposés sont essentiellement satisfaits et la conscience du service est en ligne. Si vous avez besoin d'une défaillance, c'est que le nombre de lave-vaisselle et de séchoirs avec la salle de bain est limité (un seul et même hôtel), et il peut être nécessaire de se faire en file d'attente. En outre, cette sélection de l'hôtel est vraiment une décision sage et il y a une chance de revenir.

La chambre est OK, avec un peu de fumée. Ce qui pourrait être amélioré est d'aider les clients de l'hôtel à organiser un service de taxi. C'est la première fois que j'ai entendu parler d'un hôtel à ce niveau que ce service ne pouvait pas être organisé. Les clients de l'hôtel n'ont pas tous un numéro de téléphone local pour l'embauche de taxis ou de voitures sur des applications mobiles.
