I can’t say enough good things about my stay at this incredible homestay on Dongshan Island—it’s hands down one of the best accommodation experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m already counting down the days until I can come back. From the breathtaking sea views to the thoughtful, attentive service, every single detail made my trip unforgettable, and I’m so glad I chose this homestay for my island getaway. First and foremost, the seaview here is absolutely stunning, beyond anything I could have imagined. The homestay boasts an unbeatable location with unobstructed views of the endless blue sea, and I spent every spare moment just admiring the ocean, both morning and night. Waking up early to watch the soft golden sunrise glisten over the water, with gentle waves lapping against the shore, was the most peaceful way to start each day. As the sun set, the sky painted itself in warm hues of orange and pink, reflecting beautifully on the sea, creating a romantic and serene scene that took my breath away. Even at night, the quiet glow of the moon on the water and the soft sound of waves made the view just as magical. I took countless beautiful photos during my stay, and every snapshot perfectly captures the mesmerizing beauty of this place—no filter could ever do the real scenery justice. What surprised me most is that the homestay is even more beautiful in person than the online photos. When I booked the room online, the pictures looked lovely, but I didn’t expect the actual space to exceed my expectations by such a large margin. The interior is cozy, clean, and tastefully decorated, with large windows that frame the sea like a living painting. Every corner of the homestay is well-maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. 設施方面：完全滿足小朋友要求，要海洋球、滑梯、浴缸、祕密基地，小朋友玩得很開心。 服務方面：酒店也是有求必應，有什麼要求都是第一時間解決。 衞生方面也不錯，沒有發現不乾淨的地方。 地理位置：酒店旁邊有小吃街，吃東西比較方便。離海邊步行5分鐘，這邊的黃厝沙灘是在廈門相對乾淨的沙灘了，其他沙灘不忍直視。酒店出來這個沙灘位置剛好是日出打卡點，可惜的是這兩天天氣不好，沒有看到日出。這裏沙灘晚上也有喝酒唱歌的商家出來，比較熱鬧。 總的來説體驗感很不錯，衹是外面街道比較老舊，不過這不是酒店的錯。酒店還是很nice的！ 提個小小的建議，要有一個比較通風曬得到太陽的晾曬衣服的地方。

Given the late hour and festive season, we were concerned that nearby restaurants might already be closed. To our pleasant surprise, several small eateries within 50 meters of the hotel were still open, allowing us to enjoy a proper late dinner. It was a reassuring start to our stay. The hotel’s environment is comfortable and welcoming. The lobby features a bright, clean design with warm wood tones and soft lighting that create a calm, relaxing atmosphere. A tasteful display area and cozy seating space add a subtle blend of business functionality and artistic charm. The front desk staff were professional and courteous, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient despite the late hour. We stayed in the Premier Themed Room (Japanese Style with Sakura), which was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Upon entering, we were greeted by a beautifully designed Japanese-inspired interior. Warm lighting, wooden flooring, and delicate sakura (cherry blossom) wall art created a serene and elegant ambiance. Wooden partition panels and subtle decorative details added refinement, giving the space an artistic yet tranquil feel — almost like a small ryokan-style retreat in the heart of Xiamen. The room was thoughtfully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. A charming feature was the private balcony, which allowed fresh air in. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, dressed in crisp white linens. The mattress offered excellent support, and the pillows were soft yet supportive, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. All essential toiletries were generously provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dental kits, slippers, and towels. Everything was neatly arranged and well-maintained, reflecting attention to guest comfort. The complimentary breakfast was another pleasant surprise. It offered a good variety of well-prepared options, making it a satisfying way to start each day. The location is highly convenient, close to the Xiamen International Convention & Exhibition Center, with California Plaza Shopping Mall next door offering numerous dining choices. Whether for business or leisure, the hotel is an excellent option. Most importantly, the nightly rate was very reasonable and offered excellent value, especially considering the themed décor, balcony, full amenities, and included breakfast. The stay exceeded our expectations. We would gladly choose this room again on our next visit. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Highly recommended!

L'hôtel est assez récent. La chambre est propre et les articles de toilette sont fournis. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement, mais le lit n'est pas fait. La chambre est équipée d'appareils intelligents contrôlables par la voix grâce à Xiao Du. Une laverie est à la disposition des clients gratuitement. Cependant, certaines des chambres que nous avions réservées présentaient un problème de sol. L'hôtel nous a rapidement proposé une autre chambre après notre réclamation concernant ce sol dangereux. Le petit-déjeuner est le même tous les jours et offre peu de choix. L'hôtel se situe au troisième étage du centre commercial. De nombreux restaurants se trouvent à proximité, et une supérette est juste en face. En résumé, l'emplacement est très stratégique et tous les commerces (pharmacie, café, boulangerie, salon de thé, restaurants, etc.) sont accessibles à pied.

The hotel was located at the center of zhongsan road and 8th street. Convenient for shopping and dining. Disappointedly the room was filled with cigarettes smell which I hated very much 😭

Loved this hotel super close to the beach and incredibly dog friendly. One of the reviews talked about a long uphill walk from the parking to the hotel so we were really worried, but decided to book after all because we really liked the room and the closeness to a quiet beach for my dog. On the day of check in I was contacted by the hotel to confirm that I was checking in, traveling with a dog and needed parking. I was sent a location for the parking to navigate to, which was quite easy. When I struggled with finding a parking spot, the staff came out to help me find one and assist with bringing the suitcases to the hotel, which was a very short 5 minute walk we didn’t have to worry about at all. The staff then waited for us to settle in and showed us the way to the beach. We were impressed by his English and helpful attitude. The room was beautiful with amazing views and the access to the beach was amazing and easy to find.

非常非常好的经验！衷心感谢！ Séjourner dans cet hôtel a rendu notre visite du site classé au patrimoine mondial de Wuyishan d'autant plus enrichissante. 1. La chambre était très propre, bien conçue et bien équipée. On y trouvait un large choix d'en-cas, de fruits et de thé Dahongpao. Un copieux petit-déjeuner était également servi. 2. Le service était impeccable. Le directeur de maison, jeune et dynamique, était aux petits soins, et les clients bénéficient d'un majordome personnel. 3. Depuis le toit-terrasse, les clients bénéficient d'une vue panoramique sur les montagnes Wuyishan. 4. L'incontournable Impression Dahongpao est à quelques pas. Cet hôtel est idéalement situé pour les visiteurs qui viennent à Wuyishan pour assister à ce spectacle. (À mon humble avis, ce serait un véritable gâchis de visiter Wuyishan sans voir Impression Dahongpao.) La direction de l'hôtel nous a trouvé les meilleures places disponibles pour la section choisie, à un meilleur prix que celles proposées en ligne. 5. L'arrêt de bus où nous avons pris le bus pour l'entrée du site pittoresque de Wuyishan est accessible à pied. Si vous préférez héler un taxi (Didi), le prix est d'environ 6 yuans. Dans la direction opposée à l'hôtel, les rues du thé sont à peu près à la même distance. Si vous ne souhaitez pas aller en ville pour manger, vous trouverez également de nombreux restaurants et stands de restauration à proximité d'Impression Dahongpao. 6. Nous avons passé trois nuits à l'hôtel et pensons avoir bien planifié notre séjour. Nous voulions profiter du trajet panoramique en tramway de la gare TGV de Nanping à Wuyishan et, à notre arrivée à l'hôtel, il était déjà l'après-midi. Nous sommes montés sur le toit pour admirer la vue et nous préparer pour la visite de l'immense parc. Tôt le lendemain matin, nous sommes allés au parc après le petit-déjeuner. Le premier jour, nous voulions faire du rafting en bambou et admirer les six anciens Dahongpao. L'observation des arbres a été encore plus enrichissante lorsque nous avons assisté à l'Impression Dahongpao le deuxième soir. Le troisième jour, nous avons grimpé jusqu'au sommet du Wuyishan. Sans la pression du temps, l'ascension s'est faite en toute sécurité. Les vues le long du sentier et depuis le sommet étaient spectaculaires. En fin d'après-midi ou de soirée, nous avons visité la ville et arpenté les rues du thé. 7. Nous avons reçu un joli cadeau lors de notre départ le quatrième jour.

Hôtel formidable avec une belle vue sur Gulangyu. Idéalement situé à deux pas de Bashi (environ 2 minutes à pied) et de la rue Zhongshan (environ 8-10 minutes à pied). J'y retournerai sans hésiter. Le service était excellent et une machine à laver et un sèche-linge sont mis gratuitement à la disposition des clients.

L'insonorisation n'est pas bonne. La chambre est juste à côté de la porte de l'ascenseur. C'est très bruyant. Les autres sont OK.

Not sure if this hotel is independently run or under the park in brand. The checkin and check out and getting left luggage just took forever. The staff were not friendly, no uniforms were worn, no welcome was given . Nothing was even said when I checked in. I was given a room that was clean and tidy. However the first night being a Saturday I was kept awake by the thumping sounds of the nightclub and the screaming sounds of KTV bar which kept me up all night. Then at 6 am the construction started digging and grinding. I asked to switch rooms and the next room was smaller . Somewhat clean. But it over looked the roof of the building where the aircon machines were which was absolutely loud. The breakfast in this hotel was abysmal . Not much western food or vegetarian options. Except over sugary cereal and toast with no toppings. Every morning the room was filled and mosh patrons wasted half of what they took it was disheartening to see soo much food waste. The breakfast fruits were also always finished and nothing was being replenished. The chairs and table were dirty and stained. And I’m not sure the type of hygiene that went on cause no staff wore any type of uniforms. The coffee machine was dirty with finger marks and the overall cleaning was just poor. Skip the breakfast it was loud and in there and I saw guests sitting with the feet on the chains and kids sleeping all over the place. The location is not very convenient it’s a bit of a distance from the west street and buses are not frequent but the bus stop is right outside. The restroom in the lobby was also in a very poor state when I wanted to use it. Again it is 2025 why are wel allowing smoking in public establishments! The halls smelt like smoke and one day my room a non-smoking room had a stench of smoke coming through the vents. The daily house keeping was also suspect, one day the toilet was cleaned and floors mopped the next. Seriously , not sure if it’s actually is a radisson or what. But overall the room was clean and tidy. Staff can be trained on positions of the rooms.
