I have stayed in this hotel for a few times! Recommended 5 stars hotel in Semarang. The best part is that all staff are very friendly, professional and HELPFUL. The location is not that close to city center, but it is not that far, either. So, quite convenient. I will sure stay again in this hotel.

Dès l'entrée dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel, l'ambiance est tout droit sortie du temple de Borobudur & dès l'entrée dans le lobby on sent l'aromathérapie typique de Plataran... l'ambiance est calme comme à Ubud, Bali et les équipements sont nombreux dont notre famille et moi pouvons profiter.

La salle de bains est très confortable et très confortable. Je suis allé visiter cet hôtel chaque année et c'est la première fois que j'ai été refusé d'entrer parce que j'ai réservé une chambre supérieure au lieu d'une chambre de luxe.

Overall the hotel is good, need to check the air conditioner, very noisy and can’t lower the air flow. Pillow very soft, should have more options.

I recently had a delightful stay at Hotel Tentrem in Semarang, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and their attentiveness truly enhanced our experience. The cleanliness of the rooms and restrooms was impressive, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. The hotel amenities, including the gym, were excellent and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the delicious breakfast spread. The variety was fantastic, and the quality of the food was outstanding. I also want to give a special shoutout to Ibuk Elfi for her warm hospitality during breakfast. Her cheerful demeanor made our mornings even more enjoyable. As a coffee lover, I was particularly impressed by the skills of Mas Arafi, the barista. I thoroughly enjoyed the cappuccino, mocaccino, and café latte he prepared; each cup was a treat. His knowledge of coffee truly shines through in every sip. The hotel’s location is excellent, and although the building is older, everything is clean and well maintained. I was very satisfied with my stay. There’s a small mall right next door, which made dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Overall, it’s a comfortable and practical place to stay.

J'ai récemment séjourné dans une chambre King Supérieure. La chambre est petite et n'est peut-être pas idéale pour les familles, mais elle convient parfaitement à un voyageur solo. Le petit-déjeuner du matin était un point fort, offrant une grande variété de choix qui ont rendu mon séjour plus agréable. Les installations de la salle de sport et la piscine de 1,4 mètre étaient également excellentes, ajoutant à l'expérience globale positive. Je recommande vivement de réserver une séance de massage au Mustika Spa. Après un long voyage, la thérapeute, Wanda, était une vraie professionnelle et m'a fourni exactement la relaxation dont j'avais besoin. Cependant, un inconvénient était la porte de la salle de bain de ma chambre, qui était assez vieille et grinçante. La direction devrait vraiment se pencher sur ce problème et le résoudre

I came during high season so maybe the cleaning staff wasn't very detailed (we found popcorn at floor and some stain at bed sheet). I complained and the staff handle it very well. However this hotel located at strategic place so near from central city. The hotel is connected to a mall, so it's very helpful for families with children (I brought a 1-year-old baby) if there are baby items that we forgot to bring from home. We can buy them at the mall. Breakfast is complete but maybe if they have ”nasi tim” it will be perfect. (In this case because my baby cant eat rice yet) Thank you Po Hotel

Nous avons eu une belle expérience de séjour au Grand Mercure Solo Baru! L'emplacement était parfait et accessible à tous les endroits de la ville. La chambre était vraiment confortable. La propreté pourrait être légèrement améliorée en raison du vieillissement, y compris dans le gym. Mais, dans l'ensemble, nous reviendrions !
