I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and was satisfied with the overall experience. One of the best things about the hotel is its location. It is very close to a shopping mall, so it was extremely convenient to find restaurants, cafes, shops, and other amenities without having to travel far. The hotel also offers excellent value for money. The room was comfortable, clean, and suitable for both short and business stays. Everything I needed was easily accessible, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The front desk staff were particularly impressive. They were friendly, professional, and always greeted me with a smile. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they responded quickly and kindly. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a convenient location, reasonable price, and good service. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

Honest review.. stay with the expectation of a 5-star hotel, but the experience is not comparable to the price. The lobby and check-in process are quite good, the welcome drink is refreshing, and the concierge helpfully carried the luggage. Basement parking is also relatively easy. Unfortunately, many important details reduce comfort. The door of the room does not have a stopper so it is often slammed loud and noisy. Soundproofing was not good, the sound from the next room was still heard. The room size is relatively small for the standard 5-star, and there is no minibar at all, even a paid one. For mineral water, use plastic bottles, not the premium ones with glass bottles. The lighting system was confusing and the bathroom lighting was too dim. There are 4 elevators but it is very slow.. there is often a buildup of guests. The pool area is also less well-organized such as having no concept and not weather-friendly because there is no shaded area. It's ridiculous, having to pay an extra 200rb for access to the whirlpool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a disappointment: the menu options were less varied, the taste was standard, and the service was less warm (officers lacked smiles). Overall, I wouldn't really mind these things if the room price wasn't this muc, but with a rate above Rp 2 million per night, this experience is less worth it. Compared to 5-star hotels in Jogja and its surroundings, it is still quite far behind.

Loving the facilities and varieties of free activities provided. We literally just stay in the hotel to join as much activities as we can. The kids had lots of fun at kids club, we parents joined latte art class, aerial yoga. Even grandparents enjoyed the stay, my mum & I managed to join the flower arranging class, mums finally got to have fun too 🥰

We took a mid-term break during our travels in Java in this beautiful hotel. The surroundings are so green up on the hills, very relaxing. The staff is amazing and will do everything for you. We loved the afternoon tea, with everyday a delicious surprise. We went swimming in one of the pools early in the morning and afternoons. And in between visited Borobudur temple, the friendly village and Selogriyo temple. The hotel can arrange all your transport and will even pick you up down in the village to bring you back to the hotel. A special mention for the massage ladies! Highly recommended!

1 out of 2 that is truly 5 stars hotel available in Semarang city. All facilities meet up our expectation. Although price can be 3 times compare to other 4 star hotel. But we can different relax & convenient experience here. Tentrem mall just next door is a plus.

Le serveur Ana a également fait une énorme différence pour son professionnalisme, son attention particulière et son attention aux détails. Souhaite rester plus longtemps..

Réservé à cause de la piscine et du terrain de jeu. Il est un ancien hôtel avec des accents en bois. La chambre était assez spacieuse mais la lit était vieux et beaucoup d'encre marron. Vous pouvez voir plusieurs bugs dans la zone humide. Il a fallu 30 minutes pour qu'ils viennent. Il a fallu 20 minutes pour qu'ils viennent. La piscine est chaude, mais très froide demain matin. Il était bon, il devrait être nettoyé plus fréquemment parce que beaucoup de feuilles et de fleurs. Le côté inférieur, quand les piscines sont remplies, certains hommes ont vu fumer près du terrain de jeu. Le terrain de jeu est spacieux, mais il a commencé à vieillir. Il y a des zones patchées dans le tapis de gazon. La zone de glissement n'est plus glissante, certains glissements sont même trop glissants, certains enfants ont vu glisser dans la position assise et se plaint de se faire mal. La chambre de l'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable.
