Le service était excellent, surtout M. Aviet, gestionnaire de service. Je lui ai souligné qu'il n'y avait aucune vue dans ma chambre; le miroir était encrelé et l'eau de tapis s'éclatait quand il s'est tournée. Il est venu immédiatement dans ma chambre et a donné des options pour un changement. Il a échangé mon chambre sur le même étage avec une belle vue le deuxième jour pour le reste de mon séjour. Le petit déjeuner était très répandu et l'équipe de personnel travaillait bien en harmonie. Globalement, une bonne expérience avec un excellent bureau frontal et une F&B.

Alila is a nice hotel , but being a city hotel lacks the personal touch . A personal request made at the time of booking from my husband was ignored, which was disappointing. Aside from waiting 1 hour for our luggage to be delivered to the room and the front desk not responding to an enquiry to pay a room upgrade. The hairdryer is so sad for 5star hotel, i hope you change it. It’s works but it very difficult to use, even when you put up the hairdryer is off, so basically you only can dry the front hair. Modern hotel should have modern amenities as well. Too tired to raise a complaint so i just leave it there. everything was ok. Breakfast is good 👍 Most of the staff is friendly. Is not bad but not that good .

This hotel in Semarang is truly one of the best! It has a fantastic gym and a variety of great restaurants. The staff are always friendly, smiling, and full of happiness, making your stay even more enjoyable.

We took a mid-term break during our travels in Java in this beautiful hotel. The surroundings are so green up on the hills, very relaxing. The staff is amazing and will do everything for you. We loved the afternoon tea, with everyday a delicious surprise. We went swimming in one of the pools early in the morning and afternoons. And in between visited Borobudur temple, the friendly village and Selogriyo temple. The hotel can arrange all your transport and will even pick you up down in the village to bring you back to the hotel. A special mention for the massage ladies! Highly recommended!

1 out of 2 that is truly 5 stars hotel available in Semarang city. All facilities meet up our expectation. Although price can be 3 times compare to other 4 star hotel. But we can different relax & convenient experience here. Tentrem mall just next door is a plus.

love every part of this hotel, during all my hop on and hop off hotels this past years, this Gumaya hotel has met a good standard in most of aspects, especially the breakfast. im so suprised find hotel that the breakfast food taste delicious in all the stalls (usually will be too salty, too bland or just bleh..) but at gumaya, we are like travelling to each own traditional food restaurant, the authentic gudeg, the very nice lumpia and ikan bandeng, the warm soto ayam semarang and the homemade jamu and juices. all is excellent.

Le complexe est très bien conçu, aménagé et entretenu. Il y a beaucoup d'activités à faire. Le service est sympathique. L'expérience culinaire était magique. Cadre sympa, menu avec des choix et la nourriture bien présentée et savoureuse. Le serveur Ana a également fait une énorme différence pour son professionnalisme, son attention particulière et son attention aux détails. Souhaite rester plus longtemps..

Hotel quite old lot of furnitures little bit broken like door and then wardrobe . The water quite small during the peak hours. Stay there 2 nights. 1 room in the first night so many issues so the next day we requested to move to other room. Quite sad they dont really check the room condition before give to the customer but yes i can say their service and hospitality is good but yes hope they can do more renovation and check each room condition to avoid some complaint again. The breakfast quite nice lot of varieties as well.

J'ai récemment séjourné dans une chambre King Supérieure. La chambre est petite et n'est peut-être pas idéale pour les familles, mais elle convient parfaitement à un voyageur solo. Le petit-déjeuner du matin était un point fort, offrant une grande variété de choix qui ont rendu mon séjour plus agréable. Les installations de la salle de sport et la piscine de 1,4 mètre étaient également excellentes, ajoutant à l'expérience globale positive. Je recommande vivement de réserver une séance de massage au Mustika Spa. Après un long voyage, la thérapeute, Wanda, était une vraie professionnelle et m'a fourni exactement la relaxation dont j'avais besoin. Cependant, un inconvénient était la porte de la salle de bain de ma chambre, qui était assez vieille et grinçante. La direction devrait vraiment se pencher sur ce problème et le résoudre

Quelle excellente expérience! C'était le plus grand séjour à Semarang que j'ai connu. Il est confortable et confortable. Nous avons même eu un grand petit déjeuner. Il est super recommandé pour ceux qui veulent rester avec la famille ou les amis.
