Very nice hotel and feel very comfortable at room. Connected with shopping mall, so very convenient to look around and enjoy various foods. Great staffs and they are willing to help and serve which is great.

We stayed at Grand Mercure Malang Mirama for our honeymoon for 3 nights and 4 days, and honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. My wife absolutely loved everything about this hotel, and so did I. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. We were welcomed by Wike from the front office, and she truly made our stay extra special. She was always smiling, respectful, kind, and very helpful throughout our stay. She even offered us free activities and vouchers, which was such a nice touch. The biggest surprise was that we got upgraded to the Executive Suite, the highest room category in the hotel. Huge thanks to Wike for making our honeymoon unforgettable! The room itself was unbelievable. Beautiful views, a huge living room, separate bedroom, and an amazing bathroom with a bathtub overlooking the view. Everything felt luxurious and very comfortable. Since it was our honeymoon, the room was also beautifully decorated and we were welcomed with a fruit basket, which made us feel really special. Breakfast was another highlight. The variety was insane so many options that we honestly didn’t know what to choose. Everything we tried was delicious. One thing that really stood out was the staff. I’ve traveled quite a lot, but the service here felt different. Every single staff member we met smiled, greeted us warmly, checked if everything was okay, and helped immediately whenever needed. You can really feel the genuine hospitality here. We also received a complimentary photoshoot from the hotel, which was such a lovely experience. The photographer was great, and we even got a printed photo in a frame to take home as a memory. The only disappointing part during our stay was the Teppanyaki experience at the Japanese restaurant. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations at all. The chef only cooked in front of us without any interaction or entertainment, and when I tried making conversation, she seemed annoyed. Considering how expensive it was, it honestly felt very underwhelming. I personally wouldn’t recommend the Teppanyaki experience there. Other than that, everything was truly amazing. Even though I don’t remember everyone’s names, thank you to every single staff member who made our honeymoon so memorable. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back again. Service amical, chambres avec vue agréable. La cuisine du Skydome est délicieuse compte tenu du prix et du service. Malheureusement, le petit-déjeuner est décevant. Le choix est moindre que lors de notre dernière visite. Le plus décevant est la saleté, la présence de mouches et, à deux reprises, de petits cafards ont été trouvés près des plats. Malgré mon signalement au personnel, ils n'ont pas réussi à les attraper, et les insectes étaient toujours là. De plus, de la glace est en vente au milieu de la salle de petit-déjeuner ; il est très contraire à l'éthique de vouloir en vendre dans une salle payante. Existe-t-il vraiment un hôtel qui vend de la glace dans cette salle ? Les conditions de petit-déjeuner ne sont pas adaptées à un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Second stay here and the consistency is solid. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — no drop in standards compared to my first visit. Service was smooth throughout. Special thanks to Joan for handling both check-in and check-out efficiently and professionally. Quick, clear, and hassle-free. Location is very convenient with easy access to nearby amenities and transport. We had a meal in Nishimura  is decent — not over the top, but reliable and well-managed. Overall, a dependable hotel that delivers consistently. Would return again.

Booked for my friend, she brings her husband and her daughter. Her daughter very sureprised with their hospitality, every staff are welcome and give their big smile. The pool and jacuzy was so good, the room quite comfort but she said the breakfast should be improve for the taste.

Outstanding hotel in the heart of Surabaya! Staff are exceptionally warm and professional, treating guests like family. The breakfast buffet is incredible with amazing variety. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Perfect location next to Tunjungan Plaza mall. The pool and facilities are well-maintained. Excellent value for a 5-star luxury experience!

Great property with ideal location opposite the expansive mall. Room was well appointed and with a comfortable and quiet ambiance. Pool options are lovely with some nice areas to stroll around. Reception staff were hospitable.

Notre séjour au DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis, et ce qui nous a le plus marqués, c'est leur service véritablement personnalisé. Différents membres du personnel nous connaissaient par notre nom lors de nos visites, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir véritablement appréciés et comme chez nous. Un grand merci à Adi et Sophia, qui ont tout mis en œuvre pour que notre séjour soit confortable et inoubliable. Leur attention, leur chaleur et leur professionnalisme ont fait toute la différence, et nous apprécions sincèrement leurs efforts. Le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnel, proposant une grande variété de plats délicieux et joliment présentés. Chaque détail était soigneusement préparé, ce qui en a fait un moment fort de notre séjour. Nous avons également adoré le club enfants, qui proposait des activités bien pensées pour les divertir. Il était évident que tout avait été pensé pour en faire un espace ludique et stimulant pour les familles. Le service dans tout l'hôtel était irréprochable, reflétant les standards élevés du DoubleTree by Hilton. Chaque interaction a été accueillie avec chaleur et une réelle disponibilité. Si nous retournons à Surabaya, le DoubleTree by Hilton sera sans aucun doute notre premier choix. Je le recommande vivement !

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was super clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well taken care of. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Definitely a great place to relax—would come back again!

À chaque fois que je suis à Surabaya, j'essaie de séjourner à l'hôtel Bumi. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la ville. C'est un bel immeuble ancien, entouré de verdure. Dès l'entrée dans le hall, une agréable odeur de citronnelle embaume l'air. Le personnel est aimable et poli. La chambre est spacieuse, mais malheureusement mal entretenue. Tout y paraît vétuste. Les rideaux (des voilages) étaient abîmés et vieux, et les lampes n'éclairent pas suffisamment. La salle de bain est grande et belle, mais malheureusement, la lunette des toilettes était cassée, les toilettes n'étaient pas propres et les stores étaient vieux et abîmés. La propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain laisse à désirer. Le petit-déjeuner peut être pris à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. Il offre un large choix, avec une prédominance de plats indonésiens.
