Our trip to Bromo and Ijen started from Surabaya. Ascott has a great location just beside the Pakuwan Mall, and the people are super friendly during check in and out, and during our stay, they were very helpful to provide anything we need. The service apartment is spacious and clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Service amical, chambres avec vue agréable. La cuisine du Skydome est délicieuse compte tenu du prix et du service. Malheureusement, le petit-déjeuner est décevant. Le choix est moindre que lors de notre dernière visite. Le plus décevant est la saleté, la présence de mouches et, à deux reprises, de petits cafards ont été trouvés près des plats. Malgré mon signalement au personnel, ils n'ont pas réussi à les attraper, et les insectes étaient toujours là. De plus, de la glace est en vente au milieu de la salle de petit-déjeuner ; il est très contraire à l'éthique de vouloir en vendre dans une salle payante. Existe-t-il vraiment un hôtel qui vend de la glace dans cette salle ? Les conditions de petit-déjeuner ne sont pas adaptées à un hôtel 5 étoiles.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room was spacious and well maintained event this isn't brand new building. My initial booking was for 1 night only but after I spent the first night I decided to extend another day with request another room that facing to Jalan Basuki Rahmat. Ms. Fara was helped to find my request and she asking Mr. Reva to showing me some room. They were very nice, friendly and informative. Also I thank Mr. Komarus- the room attendant who really friendlt and well in clean my room, he help to explain the function of AC which is I got confused. Then the security - Mr. Haryono also nice and informative when I asks about surrounding interesting places to visit and eat. For Room Service : I ordered Fried Gurame and Pizza , All was good. The area to improve : 1. Level of hot water need to be better 2. The noisy from AC need to be fix Other than that all experiences went extraordinary stay ! Thanks Wyndham Surayabaya, absolutely ,I will be back !

Les installations de l'hôtel sont relativement neuves, le petit-déjeuner est également très riche et il y a de petits cadeaux à l'arrivée. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, dans le centre-ville, avec des commerces et des restaurants à proximité.

Le restaurant est un hôtel très confortable et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est bon et le personnel se souvient même de leur numéro de chambre. La chambre est grande et confortable et propre. Le lit est confortable. Seul que ce soit face à la route principale, il y avait un bruit routier qui pouvait être entendu la nuit. Il y a un grand réfrigérateur et une machine à laver/sécheresse. Les gestes, la politesse et les services fournis par les personnels sont vraiment 5 étoiles.

We celebrated our honeymoon at this hotel and had a truly memorable stay. The staff went above and beyond, surprising us with beautiful decorations and a thoughtful cake. The historic charm of the building added a unique touch, and we thoroughly enjoyed the guided hotel history tour. It was an overall delightful experience, and we wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

La chambre paraît neuve et confortable, car elle vient d'être rénovée. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique et serviable. Cependant, la propreté doit être améliorée. Il y avait des taches noires sur nos taies d'oreiller lors de notre première nuit. Nous avons demandé un service de ménage, qui n'est venu qu'après un deuxième appel. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons quand même trouvé un séjour agréable.
