Cet hôtel n’est pas situé au cœur de Venise, mais à seulement 3 minutes en ferry, ce qui ne change rien à l’expérience bien au contraire. C’est un lieu qu’il faut absolument découvrir dès que l’on est à Venise, tant il mérite la visite. Véritable œuvre d’art artisanale, l’hôtel est magnifique, raffiné et authentique. Le service est exceptionnel, avec un accompagnement attentionné dès l’entrée jusqu’au départ. Une mention spéciale pour le geste délicat à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de ma femme, qui a rendu le séjour encore plus mémorable. Excellent restaurant, superbe rooftop avec une vue splendide, et surtout un personnel remarquable, professionnel et chaleureux en particulier Sofia à la réception, d’une attention rare. Un hôtel unique, élégant et inoubliable.

I would have given them a higher score but we had a few issues. First the restaurant and bar were closed on one of the 2 nights we stayed. For a premium cost hotel I would expect to be able to get a drink in the bar. Breakfast was really poor. It was included in our rate but consisted of stale croissant and pan au chocolat. Poor selection of cured meat and cheese and one bowl of fruit salad. No toast. I asked for an egg and my daughter a crepe. We were charged an extra £25! Hotel was otherwise in a good location and rooms were lovely. New member of staff had started that day and he was brilliant.

The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the staff, who were extremely polite and attentive. Unfortunately, the Valentine’s Day dinner was a major disappointment. Despite having great potential to be a special night, it lacked planning and romance. There was no themed decoration, and the music selection was completely off, with Latin music playing instead of a romantic Italian soundtrack. The only saving grace of the evening was the menu—the food was simply delicious, and I am immensely grateful to the chef for that. Without his exceptional cuisine, the night would have been completely ruined. Another frustrating detail was the absence of live music, despite the presence of a piano in the hotel. Throughout the entire weekend, there was no performance, which was a shame, as small details like this could have made a big difference in the atmosphere. Overall, the hotel has its qualities, but the service feels more like a 4-star standard rather than a true 5-star experience.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel impressed us with its elegant Venetian charm, rich history, and impeccable service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel cared for throughout our short but memorable stay. Our room was beautifully appointed, combining classic Venetian style with modern comfort. It was comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared—perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The attention to detail and cleanliness were excellent. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, just steps away from St. Mark’s Square, making it incredibly convenient to explore Venice while still enjoying a sense of calm and refinement inside the hotel. Despite the brief stay, Baglioni Hotel Luna delivered a truly luxurious and authentic Venetian experience. Timeless elegance, exceptional hospitality, and a prime location make this hotel highly recommended. We would absolutely return on our next visit to Venice.

L'hôtel et l'île sont absolument belles une vraie bijoux. Il y a un grand but: défaut de personnel catastrophique. Le niveau de service est très faible. Vous pouvez voir le personnel essayer de leur mieux, mais il n'y a pas assez de personnes. Le petit déjeuner est servi à la réception et aux bureaux de concierge. Le petit déjeuner lui-même était une lutte : de grandes lignes de café, et les tables étaient laissées intactes. C'est le seul côté de cette belle place. This hotel has a private pier, making it very convenient for guests to arrive directly by water taxi. The hotel garden is beautiful, and the rooms offer open, scenic views that perfectly capture the charm and atmosphere of Venice. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There were a few minor issues, such as bottled water not being replenished in one of the rooms, but overall, the atmosphere was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

L'hôtel et la chambre sont très bons. Le transport gratuit a été fourni entre l'hôtel et San Marco au moment de ma visite. Le personnel est très utile et gère ma demande rapidement. Je profite également du temps dans le bar bleu qui dispose d'un excellent service et d'un excellent repas. Recommandé.
