Hôtels 5 étoiles à Gangwon, Corée du Sud

We stayed for 5 nights, and it was a great stay for us. The location is convenient as it is near to ski and snowy land. We can also get food easily from the resort. The only inconvenience is that they don’t have laundry service or coin laundry.

Did not book the bus from Incheon airport to Alpensia Ski resort, end up no transport so have to spend $460 on international taxi.  Location of hotel is at the centre so it is close to ocean 700 and ski700 .  Hotel guest enjoy discount for snow sledding, skiing . Room was facing the ski slope so view is great .

It was a last minute reservation we have made to enjoy our national holiday and it surely was a great decision! The location of this resort is in prime spot right next to the Dae-po dock where for the seafood lovers you are in for a delight of fresh and cost efficient sashimi and steamed crabs. Not only that, the resort itself was very resourceful for the families who bring their youngs - massive indoor playground - arcade for the little gamers - quiet family friendly walk way into the shorelines - indoor water park (Stopping here because my fingers hurt trying to write everything down!) Lastly, the rooms were cleaned at exceptional quality with the ocean view. Definitely coming back here next year!

I knew about this hotel and because it looks like a cruise ship I was thinking it was very touristy. It was, but not in a negative way. Only guests are allowed to roam the premises, which makes the place feel safe and less crowded. There is a sculpture garden with 30 sculptures where you can walk around and enjoy yourself, two buildings are connected and one goes down to the coast, so you can enjoy scenes of the sea and being close to it. It is also next to the largest walkway along the shore in the country, I think I thought the place was better than I expected and it was a nice break for me.

Great location and very comfortable! The hotel staff have created a warm and welcoming environment with lots of cozy zones inside. Beautiful walking track around the lake out back. The only minor gripe I had was that the breakfast was mediocre and it got boring having the same spread every day, down to the types of fruit and drinks served. Staying at the hotel also ensures you get 30% off the ski lift and gear rental which was an added plus!

Je suis resté dans le bâtiment du complexe pendant une journée, mais lorsque je suis resté à l'hôtel et que je suis ensuite allé au complexe, il n'y avait rien. Il n'y avait pas de minibar, de serviette de bain ou de serviette pour le visage, et comme le nombre standard de personnes était de 4, il y avait 4 serviettes et j'ai dû utiliser le savon que tout le monde avait utilisé. Il n'y a pas de climatiseur non plus. Je pense qu'il aurait été préférable de se laver les mains au lieu du savon. Cependant, il existe du shampoing et du gel douche. Nous avons réservé un resort pour 4 personnes le deuxième jour, mais je pense qu'un hôtel serait mieux pour 3 personnes. Pourtant, le sol est chaud parce que c’est de l’ondol, donc c’est agréable. L'hôtel avait de la moquette, donc le sol était froid, j'ai donc dû allumer le chauffage, mais il faisait trop sec. La vue était belle et j'ai passé un bon moment. J'ai vu le lever du soleil et c'était incroyable car le soleil était rose.

Great location. Check-in experience poor. Feels like they would rather have no guests to deal with. Room clean, but looking tired. Space too small for all the furniture, only helped by moving some chairs and table to the balcony.

Okay, this was a super pleasant surprise. Somehow, we did not expect the view to be so beautiful. The room was amazing. The view was amazing. The staff were so helpful despite the language barrier, I am so grateful! There were not many foreigners, but the experience was lovely. Koreans are amazing people. Everything you need is in the hotel, from food, to snacks to beer. It was a much needed break! DEFINITELY COMING BACK!

J'ai opté pour l'option EFL et je me suis bien reposé ~ Cependant, il était décevant que l'eau ne s'écoule pas correctement à cause de l'inclinaison de la salle de douche dans la chambre, et il était décevant de devoir prendre le petit-déjeuner et l'happy hour avec le même menu tous les jours. Je pense que je reviendrai si le menu est plus diversifié.
