We had a wonderful anniversary staycation at Parkroyal A’Famosa Resort. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised with a simple anniversary room decoration and a complimentary dessert, it was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. The breakfast spread had plenty of choices, the swimming pool was great for both adults and kids, and the changing room was clean and well-equipped with shampoo and body wash, making it easy to freshen up after swimming. Our little one enjoyed the kids’ playroom, and the complimentary ice cream after completing the stamp activity was a nice bonus. The resort is also conveniently located near A’Famosa Safari, making it great for a family getaway. Thank you for the warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay!

It's a new Hotel and the room for me and my family was awesome. Though there was a misunderstanding but the Hotel staff rectify it immediately and special thanks to Mr. Thariq and Mr. Shah for rectify the issue and makes our stay more enjoyable. My kids were so happy staying there and they even wanted to break their money box / piggy bank to help me pay for an extra one more day to stay there which of course didn't happened. There were ample parking space. and the food prepared during breakfast was marvelous! Just one thing I hope for the management to consider, maybe some private access (walking distance) from the Hotel to the beach so that I would be able to go for fishing during the night, that's all and thanks again for your hospitality. Much appreciated!

La chambre était assez spacieuse, bien que les équipements soient un peu vieillots. On nous a donné un étage élevé avec une vue imprenable sur le détroit depuis la chambre. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, avec un centre commercial juste en dessous et de nombreux restaurants à proximité, ce qui est très pratique pour manger. Les prises de l'hôtel ne sont pas compatibles avec les modèles chinois, il faut donc un adaptateur pour recharger son téléphone, mais on peut en acheter un au centre commercial du rez-de-chaussée de l'autre côté de la rue. L'hôtel est proche des attractions touristiques, on peut s'y rendre à pied.

Nous avions réservé une chambre Deluxe avec deux lits simples pour 3 jours et 2 nuits. Nous avons été ravis de déguster un thé glacé tarik en guise de boisson de bienvenue et de pouvoir nous servir nous-mêmes les kuih bahulu. Notre chambre offrait une vue sur la mer et la ville de Malacca. La chambre était propre et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort du lit. Cependant, nous avons constaté que la climatisation ne pouvait pas être réglée. Elle était à 25 °C à notre arrivée. La fraîcheur était agréable, mais la nuit, nous avons eu très chaud, comme si elle était réglée sur 28-29 °C. Trop fatigués pour vérifier la climatisation, nous avons dormi dans une atmosphère étouffante. Nous pensions donc que la deuxième nuit serait meilleure. Malheureusement, la climatisation était toujours aussi défectueuse au milieu de la nuit. La chambre était suffocante. J'ai dû utiliser mon ventilateur portable pour dormir. C'est regrettable pour un hôtel 4-5 étoiles. J'espère que la direction de l'hôtel pourra se pencher sur ce problème. Nous étions dans la chambre 1319. Nous avons apprécié le petit-déjeuner, mais en raison d'un événement, le café était bondé et il était difficile de se déplacer jusqu'à notre table. L'emplacement est un peu excentré par rapport à Bandar Hilir. Il faut compter environ 12 à 15 minutes de marche ou de transport en commun. Dans l'ensemble, nous envisagerons d'y séjourner à nouveau.

La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner a été répandu et a été très bien répandu. Cependant, la nourriture n'a pas assez répondu à nos attentes en termes de goût. Bien qu'il y avait beaucoup à choisir, nous avons senti que la qualité et les goûts pouvaient être améliorés. En général, nous avons eu un séjour agréable et nous avons apprécié le confort de la chambre.

Urusan pendaftaran sangat cepat, mesra dan mudah. Tidak seperti hotel kebiasaan, staf receptionist The Lisbon memang wajar dipuji kerana bila kita sampai di kaunter, mereka dah standby siap kad bilik dan borang yg perlu diisi dalam satu folder plastik, jadi hanya perlu mention nama penuh, mereka terus beri borang utk diisi dan bayar RM5 utk heritage charge. Tiada deposit yg mahal lagi mengarut dikenakan. BILIK Sesuai dengan harga, bilik lengkap dengan katil berserta tilam yg empuk. TV ada Netflix, Youtube, AppleTV, Prime and so on. Juga lengkap dgn iron, coffee corner, hair dryer, safety box, bath robe dan tuala. Tidak lupa utk buat Muslim, sejadah ada disediakan di sini. Namun sayang sekali utk toilet, tiada botol kecil syampu utk dibawa balik sbg kenangan dan saya ada request complimentary deco for anniversary yg ringkas spt deco tuala tapi mungkin pihak mereka terlepas pandang email permintaan saya tapi The Lisbon menebus silap terlepas pandang dengan beri sarapan percuma utk 2 org SARAPAN Banyak pilihan sarapan yg tersedia meskipun dihidang dalam kuantiti yg kurang sedikit mungkin berdasarkan faktor bilangan tetamu. Namun, wajar dipuji kerana banyak pilihan dan sedap. Bagi mereka ada anak kecil, jangan terlepas pandang seksyen makanan utk anak² ada disediakan siap dengan kertas lukisan mewarna jika anak² bosan. PERSEKITARAN Cantik, ada kolam renang yg luas utk dewasa dan kanak². klasik sinonim dengan nama The Lisbon Melaka. Tapi mungkin kekangan atau kekurangan manpower, jadi ada few tempat agak kelihatan semak Overall, The Lisbon Melaka boleh menjadi hotel mesra keluarga jika The Lisbon kekal menjaga kualiti sampai bila². Recently I had the pleasure of staying at The Majestic Malacca and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The accommodation was exceptionally comfortable and well-maintained. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making my stay very relaxing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, who were always ready to assist and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend The Majestic Malacca to anyone looking for quality accommodation. I look forward to my next visit!

We had a pleasant one-night stay at Ames Hotel Melaka. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel environment was relaxing, and the facilities were good for a short family stay. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and we would consider staying here again when visiting Melaka.

J'avais de grandes attentes avant mon récent séjour dans votre hôtel. J'ai remarqué que le parking était un peu limité. À mon arrivée, j'ai apprécié le biscuit de bienvenue offert par le personnel de la réception. Cependant, j'ai rencontré quelques problèmes qui ont perturbé mon séjour. La pompe à eau de la salle de bain était assez bruyante pendant la douche, ce qui était plutôt gênant. De plus, j'ai été un peu déçu que l'hôtel ne propose ni décorations ni petit gâteau d'anniversaire pour célébrer notre anniversaire. Je suis ravi d'apprendre que le buffet du petit-déjeuner était excellent ; j'espère qu'il a compensé ces impressions négatives.

La chambre était spacieuse, neuve et très bien équipée, d'une propreté impeccable. Le personnel était chaleureux et serviable. C'est un hôtel de type appartement, le hall est un peu petit mais cela n'a pas posé de problème pour la consigne des bagages. C'est proche des attractions, mais il faut quand même prendre un taxi, c'est trop loin à pied. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Il y a beaucoup de petits plats à Malacca, donc si le petit-déjeuner n'est pas inclus, mangez dehors.
