For mountain driving and uncertain conditions, we do recommend 4x4 or all wheel drive vehicles. Please close tank valve when you are done. Please do not run when not sitting by the fire. Should you need to refill the propane tanks, please just send us a picture of the receipt and we will reimburse you!Note: we have 5 chairs on our deck but none out at the firepit area. Bring your own chairs or sit on a nearby stump. Guests may use the options above for having a fire if they certify that they will do so safely and will be responsible for any damage due to its use or misuse. Please no candles.HEATHeat is powered by our boiler system and is controlled by the digital thermostats in the hallway and main bedroom. It takes a bit to come up to temp but will be warm and cozy. To prevent costly freeze ups, please DO NOT TURN DOWN HEAT BELOW 55 OR ABOVE 75. The electric heaters have been turned off, with the exception of our heated mudroom, which you may turn on during the winter season (control knob is found within the enclosed mudroom).DEHUMIDIFIER (BASEMENT)There is a dehumidifier running in the basement, by the basement entry door. Please do not unplug or touch. This needs to stay on and pumps water in the air outside. Thank you.NO SMOKINGThis is a NON SMOKING cabin. If you smoke inside the cabin you will be charged $250, plus the increase in cleaning fee, plus any damages.NO PARTIESIf you plan to party do not book this cabin.
