This resort feels like an oasis in the middle of the desert. Beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean, and every bit deserving of its 5-star reputation. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and thankfully free from any cigarette smell. The laundry room was another pleasant surprise, equipped with new and well-maintained washers and dryers, with detergent provided for guests' convenience. All meals are included and served in the dining hall, making the stay truly hassle-free. The food was consistently good, with hotpot available for dinner. Drinks, snacks, and refreshments were also available throughout the day. It would be difficult to leave this place without gaining a little weight! 😜 Given the size of the resort, guests may occasionally need to use the resort's transportation to get around. Fortunately, the waiting time was minimal, and we were able to travel between locations quickly and efficiently. One minor drawback of the resort's impressive size is the walking distance to some rooms. The accommodation blocks are built in a circular layout, and our room happened to be located on the opposite side from the escalator landing. This meant walking past nearly 50 rooms every time we returned to our room. While this could be inconvenient, we did notice that the rooms closer to the escalator often had a noticeable cigarette smell in the corridor. By contrast, our section at the far end was completely free of smoke odours, which made the extra walk worthwhile. Whether these were designated non-smoking rooms, I'm not entirely sure. What truly sets this resort apart is the range of activities and entertainment on offer. Guests can enjoy camel rides, ATV adventures, flying fox rides, guided stargazing walks, and nightly concerts and performances complete with spectacular fireworks displays. 🌌🐪🏍️🎆 For those looking for a Club Med-style, all-inclusive holiday with a unique desert setting, I would highly recommend this resort. It offers a memorable experience that combines comfort, adventure, entertainment, and excellent food in one remarkable destination.

Un ancien hôtel cinq étoiles avec un service chaleureux et attentionné. L'emplacement est très bon et il est pratique d'aller n'importe où. L'environnement est très bon et les alentours sont très calmes. Le prix est raisonnable et les oreillers sont très confortables pour dormir.

As expected from Wanda, the hotel was great! However, we didn't have a good experience at the receptionist. The staff was talking about us in Mandarin thinking that we do not understand Mandarin. She even help their own local to check-in while she is still holding on to our passports and doing the administrative work, which we feel that it was rather unprofessional. She was already processing our IDs and then she went to assist another person to check-in and then complete our check-in process. This has resulted us to check-in rather late. She was sighing throughout the whole process. This service is definitely not what we expected from Wanda. After giving us our rooms, the worst thing is there is only ONE bed when we travel up to check in. We have to come back all the way down for the same lady to change our rooms once again. Breakfast buffet, i think it could be better! There are quite a number of local food which is rather tasty. It wasnt something i will go a second time. Location was quite far from the main attractions.

Situé dans le quartier commercial central, à quelques pas du centre commercial MixC. Cependant, le personnel d'entrée ne semblait pas trop familiarisé avec son travail - j'ai réservé 2 suites de chambres interconnectées (total de 4 chambres) pour ma fête de 10, mais elle a presque terminé le processus d'entrée et nous a donné seulement 2 chambres de connexion ( 1 lit roi et 2 lits uniques au total). Elle a corrigé son erreur, après avoir pris un temps pour traiter ses pensées et venir à la réalisation, bien sûr sans aucune reconnaissance pour sa supervision ou ses excuses. Les chambres sont très bien datées avec une petite télévision à 32 ou 37 pouces, et probablement pas la valeur du prix pour ce séjour.

La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Pas de plaintes ici. Check-in et check-out fonctionnait bien. Mais 2 choses que je dois me plaindre : 1) Je n'ai aucune idée pourquoi certains disent que le petit déjeuner est grand. Pour moi et ma femme, il était terrible. Peut-être le pire petit déjeuner que j'ai jamais eu. Oui, ils ont beaucoup à offrir. Mais de quelque façon ils font tout goût bon marché et ”étrange”. Je suis fini de manger du pain sec avec du jam, parce que je ne pouvais pas manger autre chose. Je suppose qu'ils ne cuisinent pas seuls, mais achètent des aliments préparés bon marché et vendent-ils comme ”fraîches”. Il y a des mois. 2) Aucune option de nettoyer les vêtements est ridicule. Je n'ai pas de problème à payer ou à laver par moi-même, mais les deux ne m'ont pas permis de le faire. Je n'ai jamais vu cela avant. Tout ce qui est bien, c'est pas mauvais. Si vous ne vous inquiétez pas du petit déjeuner et ne voulez pas laver vos vêtements, cet hôtel peut être pour vous. Les chambres sont bonnes et le service est également très bon (à part ”vous pouvez supposer” le personnel du petit déjeuner)

We were transiting through Hohhot and had a 12-hour layover between flights, so we chose this hotel for a short rest. Juva Grand Hotel exceeded our expectations with its clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. We especially loved the swimming pool — it was very large, well equipped with play facilities, and had clean changing rooms, showers, and a hot jacuzzi, which made our stay even more relaxing. If we have the chance to visit again, we would love to stay longer and enjoy it more

Lanyang Lindun Hotel is truly an amazing hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful, and quick to resolve any service-related issues. Even though we faced some language barriers, the English-speaking manager connected with us through WeChat and handled our requests smoothly and efficiently. If you are visiting this city for business or with family, this is definitely the place to stay. In my case, my family and I had to spend a few days in Hohhot. Although our booking period ended and we initially planned to move to another hotel, we decided to extend our stay here—and it was the right choice. The main reason was our children, who absolutely love swimming. They spent nearly four hours a day in the pool. Unlike other hotels where the pool and fitness center come with extra charges, here everything was free of cost. I will certainly stay here again when I return for business. It appears to be the premier hotel in this city, it is close to the Hohhot train station, but is is away from all the major attractions of this town. I love their breakfast . And the service is first rate. I remember one of the front desk managers named 冀俊成who went out of his way to help me to manage a tricky check in and out and check in process, that made my stay even more pleasant.

La première impression de l'hôtel était bonne. Nous avons séjourné au 25ème étage, Ainsi la chambre est plus grande que les autres. La raison pour laquelle nous avons choisi cet hôtel parce qu'il a une piscine. Alors, après avoir vérifié la piscine, j'ai été choqué de voir tant de personnes là-bas. Il a révélé qu'il y avait une leçon de nage avec 6 instructeurs et vingt étudiants. La leçon passe de 9h à 8.30pm. ( la piscine est fermée à 9.30 et seulement 4 lignes.) J'étais très déçue, donc j'ai appelé le gestionnaire de la fonction et lui ai dit la question. Même si il ne pouvait pas résoudre le problème, nous avons senti qu'il était hors de sa main. La nourriture au cinquième étage était si. Le petit déjeuner a beaucoup de place à améliorer. Si vous voulez vous détendre dans la piscine. Ne y aller pas. Sinon, il est bon de choisir de dormir en paix.

The breakfast was, without a doubt, a major highlight. It was far beyond typical hotel fare—everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty. They offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, inner Mongolian buuz, Mongolian milk tea and made-to-order hot dishes. It was the perfect, delicious start to every morning. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring we had a peaceful night's sleep. This hotel offers amazing value and service, and we can't wait to return!
