C'est un super hôtel, bien situé. L'enregistrement s'est bien passé, mais le service en chambre est un peu lent. Le ménage est excellent, je les apprécie beaucoup. Les installations sont excellentes, mais je n'ai pas aimé la piscine, toujours bondée. Certains n'étaient même pas clients de l'hôtel. Du coup, laisser ses affaires traîner n'est pas très sûr. Il faut tout ranger à chaque fois qu'on va aux toilettes. La piscine n'offrait pas d'espace pour se détendre, surtout l'après-midi. Le bar met un peu de temps à préparer les boissons. Le serveur était formidable. Je n'ai pas apprécié l'heure de départ. 10 h, c'est trop tôt et ils n'étaient pas prêts à prolonger d'une heure. Je ne pense pas que je réserverai à nouveau. Problèmes de sécurité. Si d'autres personnes n'avaient pas autant accès à l'hôtel, j'y retournerais volontiers.

After a long day I was getting ready to have a hot bubble bath only to find out that there was no hot water. The maintenance staff came to check and casually told me to wait 40 minutes for the water to heat up. It was so late and I was so tired. We ended up having to move to a different room with hot water, only to find out later that night that there were monkeys on the roof making so much noise throughout the night and there was very loud music going into the night from a neighboring property. Safe to say we didn't get much sleep. Not to mention the food we ordered from the restaurant was horrible, the fish was not fresh and the chips were undercooked. The salad was also terrible. We didn't even bother to stay for breakfast after it had taken more than an hour to get someone to fix the broken hair dryer and deliver my pillow which I had left in the previous room. The staff clearly do not care. Our spa treatments were also not that great. I'm quite disappointed as I've heard such good things about this place and I won't be returning. The location is great but for the price I don't think its worth it.

De la chaleureuse réception de la table de front aux chambres bien désignées et confortables, cet hôtel a dépassé mes attentes et a consolidé sa position comme l'un des meilleurs endroits préférés pour rester dans la ville. Bien que les salles de bains ont besoin d'un peu de modernisation, Je suis sûr que je reviendrai à cet hôtel lors de mes prochaines visites à Johannesburg.

J'ai récemment eu le plaisir de séjourner dans un hôtel et je dois dire que ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle. Le service du personnel était impeccable. Ils étaient attentionnés, sympathiques et toujours prêts à répondre à toutes mes demandes. Dès mon arrivée, je me suis senti bien accueilli et aux petits soins. En résumé, je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour son service exceptionnel, ses chambres propres et sa cuisine exceptionnelle. Il a véritablement dépassé mes attentes et a rendu mon séjour mémorable.

J'ai eu un menu de boissons à l'arrivée qui a été servi gratuitement, n'attendais pas que cela en Afrique du Sud 🤪🤪 L'hôtel est situé dans une bonne position, entouré de la nature. Les services étaient 10/10, avec un personnel super amical et utile. J'ai été impressionné par les options de petit déjeuner et le restaurant lui-même....étonnant et esthétiquement agréable. Je n'ai pas aimé leur menu de cocktails 🥺🥺 ils n'ont pas de cocktails classiques. 90% de leurs cocktails sont faits avec sminorf 18/18 qui n'est pas cool. En général, c'est un grand hôtel et il reviendrait certainement !

J'ai amené mon fils de -25 ans avec moi. L'emplacement est le meilleur atout et l'établissement est très propre. Cela ressemble à un nouveau bâtiment. Il est accessible à tout et à distance de marche. Cet emplacement est pour ceux qui n'ont pas peur d'être paresseux et de rester au même endroit. Ou l'aventure de sortir et d'explorer. Uber est facilement accessible. Il y a une vie nocturne pour ceux qui veulent boire un verre et écouter de la musique et pendant la journée, de nombreux choix de restauration et de shopping. La place Nelson Mandela, Melrose Arch et de nombreuses autres attractions fréquemment visitées sont toutes situées dans la région.

I arranged four king-bed rooms at this hotel for my guests. Unfortunately, their experience at the hotel restaurant was quite unsatisfactory. During the meal, the restaurant was nearly empty, with only our table present. Despite this, service was noticeably slow and inattentive. After the starters were cleared, there was a long delay before anyone followed up regarding the main course. Even after ordering, plates were not brought in time, and the overall pace of service was unusually slow. Under such circumstances, it was difficult to understand the reason for the delay.
