Équipements : Le chauffe-eau et les toilettes de la chambre sont vétustes ; le chauffe-eau ne fonctionne pas et la pression de l’eau aux toilettes est trop faible. L’embout du sèche-cheveux est encrassé et ne souffle pas d’air. Le chauffage est très bruyant. Propreté : Les toilettes sont jaunies et la peinture de la baignoire s’écaille. Ambiance : Le hall de l’hôtel est relativement propre et agréable, et un billard est à disposition. Service : Des pommes sont fournies et, le matin, du pain simple, des fruits, du jus de fruits et des boissons chaudes sont proposés.

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews I read online, and I can happily say I wasn't disappointed with my choice. Check-in & Parking Our check-in process was completely smooth and hassle-free. We parked our car in the hotel’s free parking lot. It was quite packed—I assume there was a wedding or another big event going on at the time—but despite the crowd, we managed to find a spot for our car. Room & Amenities The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the floors were spotless. This is a multi-story hotel with a functioning elevator. I learned that it used to belong to a major hotel chain before it changed ownership and name. You can definitely feel that legacy, as it still maintains a certain standard of high quality. The building itself doesn't look worn out at all. Another great perk was the ice machine; we were able to fill up our icebox for the car free of charge, which was super convenient. The room's AC worked perfectly, the TV had plenty of channels, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable and smooth. Location & Value The hotel is located close to the airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers who need easy airport access. While it is a bit far from the city center, it worked perfectly for us since we had a car. If you don't have a vehicle, the distance from downtown might be something to consider, but for our needs, it was just right. Conclusion Overall, I really liked it. The pricing was very reasonable for what it offers. It’s a clean, comfortable, and highly stayable place. I would definitely recommend it!

Everything was great. My husband and I spent 2 nights during their slow season. Hotel was clean, room was great, and staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs.  At the time of our visit, the outdoor fire pit was under construction and the off site gondolas were closed for repairs, but the staff encouraged us to explore the village on hikes and gave of recommendations for other activities nearby. I also lost a necklace and although I never found it, the hotel staff was empathetic and made every effort to locate it and communicated effectively with me.

La chambre est grande, mais le canapé lit n'est pas très plat et le côté tête est un peu incliné, ce qui rend le sommeil peu confortable. Il y a un petit déjeuner gratuit, qui est assez copieux. Il y a aussi un parking gratuit, vous devez enregistrer votre plaque d'immatriculation à la réception. Il y a un bon restaurant non loin.

Aussi j'étais la une journée froide en plein hiver la température était -30 Le parking est très cher par exemple 30$ de plus

Très bel hôtel, situé à 20min environ en voiture du centre de Québec. À proximité de la tribu Wendake. L’hôtel est charmant, décoré avec goût. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, la literie est très confortable, la sdb est grande. Piscine et sauna à l’extérieur. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable, ils n’hésitent pas à vous donner des conseils. Très bel accueil. Je recommande sans hésiter et j’y reviendrais avec plaisir!

I recently stayed at Hotel Railwayparc Montreal, Tapestry Collection by Hilton for one night (June 28–29) with my wife, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us through the check-in process with a smile, making everything quick and hassle-free. We stayed in an accessible room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very peaceful, allowing us to relax comfortably. The accessible bathroom was especially impressive—it was large, well designed, and featured both a spacious walk-in shower and an accessible bathtub, which was a great touch. The hallways and common areas were also spotless and quiet, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The only small suggestion I have is that it would be great if the hotel could provide room slippers. Since the bathroom has tile flooring, it became quite cold to walk on barefoot, and having slippers available would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding customer service. I would gladly stay here again the next time I visit Montreal and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier central assez animé, bien qu'il soit un peu éloigné de Chinatown à pied (environ 15 à 20 minutes). Il y a beaucoup d'occidentaux qui séjournent ici. La réception se trouve au 10ème étage. L'hôtel dispose de beaucoup de verdure extérieure en hauteur, d'un petit ruisseau et de canards. Certaines zones de la chambre nécessitent de monter quelques marches. Bien qu'il y ait une rampe pour faciliter le déplacement des bagages, ce n'est pas très pratique. Si cela vous dérange, je ne le recommande pas. La chambre dispose d'un très grand lit et d'un canapé-lit, collés l'un à l'autre. Contrairement à certains hôtels où il y a au moins une séparation entre le canapé-lit et le grand lit, si vous avez besoin d'intimité, je ne le recommande pas. J'y ai séjourné deux jours, l'hôtel a facturé un dépôt de 250 CAD. Une semaine après le check-out le 20, le dépôt n'a toujours pas été remboursé, ce qui est bien pire qu'avec l'hôtel Hilton de Vancouver où le dépôt a été remboursé le lendemain du check-out. Si cela vous dérange, je ne le recommande pas non plus. Les hôtels canadiens, comme ceux aux États-Unis, n'ont pas de chaussons, de brosses à dents ni de dentifrice.

La chambre était superbe, sans mentionner la belle chambre à deux niveaux que nous avons. La chambre était si propre, la baignoire, les lits, les équipages étaient tous superbes. Recherchez notre prochain voyage et séjour dans cet hôtel. Je suis heureux de vous recommander.

It was our 5th or 6th time at this hotel We choose this hotel due its location near our family. We had two big rooms one was great as they upgraded us for free to a suite, the other was on Décarie which is a pretty noisy main highway, they moved us to our request to a side room which still bordered on Décarie, could only sleep with earplugs. What ever you do ask for room facing the back of the Hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, breakfast buffet was mediocre but sufficient and due to previous experience we new what do expect. There is a supermarket and Starbucks near by which upgrades the experience. Most likely will return again.
